Please
do
not
fall
for
the
cheap
prices
here.
You're
going
to
get
cheap
quality.
Marren
has
only
been
there
for
6
months
and
it
shows.
She
clearly
does
not
understand
how
to
do
a
Balayage.
She
had
me
leaving
looking
the
same
way
I
walked
in.
Bleached
my
hair
to
just
darken
it
back
to
the
same
black
color.
She
had
me
leave
with
wet
toner
still
in
my
hair.
She
tried
to
was
wipe
it
off
with
a
damp
towel
but
couldn't
bother
to
wash
it
out.
I
asked
if
someone
could
wash
it
out
and
she
said
no.
She
did
not
style
the
hair
either
given
she
had
another
client
at
4.
She
apologized
and
admitted
fault
profusely
and
told
me
to
come
back
to
fix
it,
no
charge.
When
checking
out
she
apologized
again
and
said
she
woulsnt
charge
me
for
that
day
but
had
to
because
its
policy.
She
even
said
don't
worry
about
tipping
it
was
totally
my
fault.
I
agreed
to
go
back
to
have
it
fixed.
I
come
back
to
sit
there
for
10
minutes
while
she's
"mixing
a
bowl"
to
then
have
her
come
out
stating
her
manager/boss
(who
is
on
maternity
leave)
stated
she
would
have
to
charge
me
for
the
product
because
its
"policy."
I
asked
her
are
you
joking?
I
would
now
be
paying
$145.00
total
to
fix
your
mistake?
Marren
then
back
tracked
and
said
there
must
have
been
a
miscommunication
on
hers
and
my
end
when
she
did
my
hair
originally.
Again
she
admitted
fault
on
Friday
and
stated
she
would
not
charge
me
because
she
made
the
mistake.
I
asked
her
why
didn't
she
tell
me
that
before
she
scheduled
me
again
to
come
back
and
be
there
she
said
she
didn't
know.
She
clearly
doesn't
know
what
she
is
doing.
When
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager,
she
replied
that
she
is
not
there
and
is
on
maternity
leave.
Please
avoid
this
place
at
all
costs.
It
is
much
worth
going
to
someone
who
has
been
doing
hair
for
years
and
has
a
better
reputation.
I
definitely
got
what
I
paid
for,
low
quality
and
inexperience.
Also
when
I
was
there
she
and
another
hair
stylist
were
discussing
another
client
who
had
left
with
wet
hair
and
claimed
the
color
was
fine
only
to
come
back
and
complain
about
it
later
when
the
hair
was
dry.
That
hair
stylist
asked
Marren
in
front
of
me
do
you
want
to
charge
her
the
product
or
just
fix
it.
Marren
debated
and
elected
to
charge
the
client
given
that
client
had
willing
left
with
wet
hair.
She
even
commented
that
i
told
her
not
to
leave
with
wet
hair
because
dry
hair
looks
different.
So
now
telling
me
that
it's
"policy"
sounds
made
up.
Avoid
this
place
at
all
costs.
