Reviewing the recent Google reviews, sounds like a change needs to be made ASAP! I have been a loyal patient here for almost a year. Lindsy, the person who is "in charge" but has no MD credentials is the worst person to deal with. I called to request a same day appointment with my therapist, and there was no availability, which is understandable. I told Lindsey I would have to go see a different doctor that day, which I did. I NEVER said I wanted to cancel my appointment or stop seeing my therapist. I just needed help that day. If everyone is booked, I completely understand. Lindsy assumed that I didn't want to continue being a patient and discharged a loyal, long client that day, taking my words completely out of context. I tried to address my grievances with Jessie and Scott, requesting multiple times that I need my medications refilled, and was discharged due to a total breakdown of communication on Lindsy's end. I ended up going 5 days straight without critical medications for my health. I was told by Lindsy to go to the ER if I needed them so bad. Scott, the director, should have respected to my my email request, stepped in, and saved me hundreds of dollars by helping me avoid the ER, retaining me as a patient in the process. Having a person who can make these type of decisions willy-nilly literally put my life and career at risk. Completely unacceptable. I would still be a patient if my voice was heard, howeveri was told to kick rocks and deal with it. I was forced to start over, and find a new doctor. Lindsy needs additional training on how to deal with patients, and there should be an avenue to address grievances. I suggest to avoid these people. There are many other options available, so don't settle with sub par services.

Altium has been a godsend and essential to my recovery. Everyone there, Dr Hansen, the nurses, therapist and even the sweet receptionist helped me so much to get through detox! I literally could not have done it without their knowledge and support. And the therapist who pushed me to do detox I owe so much to. If you are needing help this is the place to turn to. My life is so much better than it was when I started at altium. My relationships are better. My mental and physical health are better. I'm learning to love myself again. I owe so much of it to Altium for helping me find my strength again!

I’ve been at Altium health since June this year. I was in a worst way when I started there. From the day I started they helped me turn my whole life around after 32 years of an addiction that had a tight hold on me. Altima health helped me with my self esteem, helped me with my confidents and helped me see that there is so much more to live for in my life. I will forever love and appreciate everyone there that helped me through my hardest time in my life and want them to know that they are the greatest I will always recommend them to anybody I know that needs help Getting their lives together. If you like waiting on hold for questions you need answered, not being responded to by email for your prescription refills, and being blatantly disregarded in care because of your work schedule; this is the mental health care facility for you. No one answers the phone, and when they do you’re immediately put on hold. I have to take time off work (pre schedule a minimum of 2 weeks in advance) in order to go to appointments here, because of their operating hours. So when the receptionist who never seems to hear the phone ring does answer and schedule me, it would be so awesome if they scheduled me with the CORRECT person; so I don’t have to miss my appointment, miss prescription refills and go through the struggle of trying to find more time off work while seeing when Altium is even available. This place gets more insane by the day. If there is any way to see a different doctor or therapist, please save yourself and go to any mental health facility that does care about people’s mental health.

I’m not the person who likes to put bad reviews online… But it would have been nice if they would have called me or sent a bill of 25$. I didn’t know I owed them. They ended up sending it to collections without contacting me about it first. Also, It’s been months since I’ve been back to therapy and I just got the mail about the debt collection.

I am a current patient that needed medication refilled. I called multiple times during office hours. They do not pick up the phone. I have left messages. They do not return messages. I eventually found a back door email and they told me to message another email address. They didn't respond. I followed up several times. They said I'd need to talk to the receptionist. The same receptionist I tried calling in the first place, that doesn't pick up the phone. If they're your only choice, then good luck to you.

Altium has had some growing pains in the last couple of years, and there were a couple times when the ball was dropped. However, the errors were always addressed, and we have continued our work with them. If YOU are ready to make changes in your life, and willing to put in the work, you will absolutely thrive here. If you are working with Altium to "jump through hoops" you might not benefit as much. If you have had issues with mistaken appointments or billing issues in the past--we did too. This stuff has been addressed and taken care of. I think the practice grew too quickly and there were some things that fell through the cracks for a time. Give this place a try. They all care and are great people who want to help others.

What an awesome place! Been going a couple months doing group IOP and I have 3 amazing therapists to work on many different things. Truly love coming to group
