What a beautiful clinic! This place has everything I need as a mom. I'm so grateful to be able to have my dentist, orthodontist, pediatrician and therapist all in the same location - and all working together! So happy to have this clinic so close to home.

What an amazing new clinic! It is awesome that they have dentistry and medical in the same space. Dr. James is the best! I’m excited to have Dr. Mark look at my kids for braces. There was one front desk gal who was amazing I believe her name was Ana, she was awesome. Brie, who also works at the medical check-in, was the nicest.

Such a nice, newly updated office. I love that it’s connected to the pediatrician’s office and how close it is to where I live. The front staff are so kind and helpful. They are on things and answer all of my questions. Checking dental for a two year old isn’t an easy task and I appreciate them!

Getting our first appointment and consultation was easy. My son had some cavities that needed to be filled. We scheduled before we left. I needed to reschedule his appointment and that is where we had some issues. The individual scheduling didn't know the West Jordan schedule well as they just opened. She rescheduled me for a day they couldn't do his procedure because they only did IV sedation that day and not general anesthesia. When they called me to cancel I couldn't reschedule right away. The kids just started school and I had to look at all our schedules to work them out. I called three days in a row to get him back on the schedule. When I call there is no one available to answer the phone and I can leave a message. I have yet to get a call back on a message I left and I still can't get through to reschedule. After leaving this review I did find out they were having problems with their phone carrier, which I can relate too. I don't want to hold that against him. To say my son does not like the dentist is an understatement. It's mainly needles he doesn't like and he has had to have some dental work done recently. We switched to Families First Pediatric Dentistry when we had a bad experience with our previous dentist. We decided that we would pay for general anesthesia to calm both his nerves and mine. Dr. Chuck was so kind and patient with him under general anesthesia. He talked to him throughout the procedure and my son stated he had a great experience. He was also pretty entertaining under anesthesia and had us all in stiches. I would highly recommend Dr. Chuck and his team for your dental needs. My daughter is also having a great experience with her orthodontist and got braces on a couple of months ago.

Brought three of my kids in for a dental visit. In and out in a timely manner. The kids love going to the dentist and it shows in the way this office treats their patients.
