Maria
and
her
colleague
were
exceptionally
slow,
rude,
and
unhygienic.
When
we
arrived
there
was
no
one
in
line.
The
male
colleague
was
making
two
sandwhiches.
Maria
chose
to
ignore
the
line
of
customers
and
break
bread
on
the
trays.
When
I
asked
for
the
supervisor
name
and
phone
number
she
refused
to
give
the
number.
Another
customer
asked
the
male
to
change
his
gloves
after
he
touched
his
ears
and
tried
to
go
back
to
making
her
sandwich.
She
waited
20
plus
min
and
they
ended
up
refusing
to
finish
her
online
order.
The
rudeness
and
unprofessional
behavior
is
a
blemish
on
subway.
They
refused
to
give
the
store
number
to
file
a
complaint.
I
noticed
a
receipt
openly
displayed
on
the
counter
and
got
the
order
number.
Maria
should
be
terminated
as
should
the
boy.
Both
were
rude
and
ignored
customer
concerns.
Both
actively
refused
to
provide
supervisor
information,
supervisor
office
number,
store
number,
or
provide
a
way
for
customers
to
file
a
complaint.
7

left
the
store
unhappy
with
these
two.
I
would
like
a
call
back
from
subway.
I
am
filing
a
complaint
with
the
better
business
bureau.
