    I'll start my review by stating that I visit this Maverik multiple times a day because I literally live next door. Between beverages, cigarettes, snacks, and gas, I easily spend over 1000 monthly there. Unfortunately, today I visited the store at around 515 AM to find the registered unattended. I called hello several times, but the woman on the other side of the store (I think she was changing coffee pots) failed to respond. I crossed the store and spoke directly to her (I thought perhaps she hadn't heard me because she was wearing earphones... NOPE, she was just flat out ignoring a customer), and she mumbled that someone was on the back washing dishes. She disappeared into the back of the store, and neither she nor the mystery dishwasher appeared for a solid 5 minutes, without explanation. I finally just used self checkout (would have done so originally, but I needed cigarettes) and left, never seeing either of these individuals again. I subsequently called and asked for the managers name. Anton (presumably the person washing dishes and ignoring customers) have me the managers name. I then asked for his coworkers name (you know, the one that just ignored me when I called Hello a multiple times because the registers were unattended). He gave me her name (Sally, he said), and then came the best part: he rudely told me to go ahead and complain, and then be actually told me to never come to the store again!! I've complained about Anton in the past for similar behavior, yet clearly this location just doesn't care about customer service. I'll gladly go elsewhere, as there are 4 other Maveriks, 4 7-11s, a Chevron and two Holidays within about a mile of this store. However, I'll also gladly do what I'm doing here and let people know that some of the staff at this location are objectively awful, and that furthermore the management doesn't seem to care. I'll definitely complain directly to the manager, and I'll also contact Maveriks corporate offices. I'm posting this review, however, because I don't think other methods of complaining will do any good, given that this type of behavior, specifically from Anton (skinny long haired guy in case he's lying about his name) continues and has continued for at least 2 years. I'm not sure what his justification was for telling me not to return (apparently visiting a 24 hour store when the staff have other things to do is frowned upon...?), but I can definitely take my business elsewhere, as I doubt the reeducation,re-training, and disciplining of the problem staff at this store is going to occur as it should.

    After buying a 52 oz fountain drink (new not a refill) that states it's price a $1.79 (before tax) and getting charged $2.46 I will no longer visit this store either your sales tax is exuberant or more likely I keep getting up charged the higher refill price (65 ounces and up) which I know to be the case as I buy a lot of fountain drinks if I wasn't so broke I'd press charges against this corporation

    I would give 5 stars, but there are a few consistent issues that never seem to get addressed. 1) The fountain machine, the Coca~Cola on the right side always has too much syrup and not enough carbonation. It also sounds weird coming out of the spout, makes a strange vibration. 2) The fountain machine, the Coca~Cola is out quite often on the right side. 3) The staff from the front end needs to go back and make more coffee in the morning when there are a lot of customers in the store. I am not sure why the frontend staff needs to be the ones making coffee, the employees in the restaurant area should be taking care of this food task.

    Never a good look when you don't get a receipt and are making sure you got the right change and the attendant tells you what are you even talking about. Well im talking about my money you gave me the wrong total so I expected more back then I got. Show me my receipt so I can verify you dummy

    Very Rude older gentleman cleaning the bathroom. I get we are desperate for employees nowadays but some people obviously shouldn't be employed in customer service.

    Great place to stop and get gas if you are visiting Jordan Landing or in that area. Gas prices are always comparable (and usually slightly lower) than other gas stations in the surrounding area. This Maverik is always clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful.

    I just moved here to West Jordan so I started going to this Maverik! I'm always in and out within less than 15 minutes and there's a specific employee, unfortunately don't know his name, that took time to greet me when I walked in the door even though he had several customers already in line! As someone who works in customer service, I definitely understand frustrations and being overwhelmed sometimes so seeing an employee who makes customers genuinely smile and laugh is a great thing to see!

    I absolutely love this place! Yes it is just a gas station, but I will literally go out of my way just to come here. The cashiers are like family and always make sure I’m taken care of, and are always so nice and have a conversation to start. I literally don’t know what I would do without seeing them every day.

    two days in a row now you guys worker's have all been standing around and no coffee all the freaking coffee is gone! its ridiculous why? Whats the problem you have all these employees just standing around. The management needs to Do something :ESIT: I WOULD LIKE TO FILE A COMPLAINT ASAP REGARDING THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AT THIS LOCATION

    Drink stations were filthy. Obviously had not cleaned any of the spouts and the ice looks dirty. The place where you get the self service hot dogs also had food debris in the cracks of the counter. When getting a lid for the soda there was filth in the holder for the lids. This was not an overnight dirty. It's lazy dirty.
