This store was wheelchair accessible since the day it first opened. Now under the new ownership many of the things I would normally buy are up a set of steps. In the twenty first century you would expect business to be more inclusive but the new owners decided to take a big step backwards. They will no longer be getting my business. If you do plan on shopping at the Naramata General Store bring extra cash as it now caters to a more privileged clientele.

They have everything! A real general store! Fresh bread, cheese, charcuterie, awesome selection of wines (high end from Europe), the post office, lotto and much more in such a lovely small place! Nice staff!

Wonderful, and well stocked, general store that is great for small purchases or if you're looking for great beer or wine. Extremely friendly staff that care about their customers health and safety, and go beyond to help you find what you need.

Not particularly friendly staff, which is unfortunate. I got the impression we were putting the cashier out by being there, but they’re the only store in town so I suppose it doesn’t matter. I got one of the sandwiches they’re famed for and it was...alright. There’s nothing special about it whatsoever, and is about what I’d expect from a sandwich at Petro-Canada. Cute store though, and fairly well stocked with the essentials. They also have liquor, which saves you a stop.

Great food at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
