Bernie’s is a great new place on Bernard, it’s a chic space with oodles of character. We tried multiple items on the menu and every dish and drink was delicious and superbly presented. Our waitress Brydie was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere was just right. From the dumplings to the burrito, burger, bruschetta, salmon tartare, bacon wrapped dates to name just a few, were all amazing. Desert is a must as they have the tastiest pies and try the Pretty Bird it’s a slushy with a twist. For a newly opened eatery it’s one of the best we had a wonderful evening….

I had a very good time here on the weekend. Got in at 5 for happy hour and got to enjoy some great cocktails and nibbles. Food was well done and very tasty. Did not leave hungry. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Knowledgeable about what they were serving. Gluten free options available. Also vegan options as well. Looking forward to when they open the theatre for dinning and movies. If you can get in worth a stop. I was not disappointed in prices for what we received. I am sure it will be a hot spot for dates and events.

A pleasant new addition to the streets of Kelowna! Prompt and polite staff members, coupled with delicious drinks, tasty food with an eclectic yet charming ambiance is a WIN for me and Kelowna folk alike. Highly recommend a reservation to get in. Plan to be intrigued with tasty food and delightful movie classics playing in the background. Featured in the photo are Salmon Tartare, Wagyu Beef dumplings, spicy shrimp tempura for appetizers. For the main we had lobster and scallop ravioli, and 63 acres carne Asada. Each item was unique and full of flavour. We will be returning for supper and hopefully soon the cinema club. ☺️

My husband and I had a night out and we were blown away by the service. It was our first visit to this charming supper club and the restaurant manager Carolyn was so welcoming and sweet when we walked in. She really set the tone for a spectacular night out, kid free! After being seated, our waitress Amy soon came to take our drink orders...there was no waiting. I ordered the Salmon Tartare and wow was that delicious. The presentation and portions were perfect. My husband ordered the 63 Acres Beef Carne Asada and the flavors were bursting. The beef was cooked exactly liked he ordered (he is picky). One of his favorite things about this dish was the horseradish chimichurri. I did try it and I would have to say it was probably the best chimichurri I have had yet. I would rate this restaurant a strong 5 stars based on the high quality food, the chefs mastery of culinary techniques and an excellent dining experience. You will love the Boutique theatre experience with artisan cocktails! We can not wait to visit again!

We had a few cocktails, wine, and some sharable appies! Kenya was our server and she was on top of everything, so personable and knowledgeable! Highly recommend the bacon wrapped dates, wagyu beef dumplings, nitro espresso martini and the frozen Ron Diabolo! To note - they've got some amazing, premium wines on tap so you don't always have to spring for the bottle! Really enjoyed the Black Hills Rose which I tried for the first time. Well done, you guys! Can't wait to visit when the cinema is open!

A beautifully appointed chic restaurant with eclectic decor and a great varied menu. Dark tints mix with vibrant colours and beautiful ceiling and wall accents all combine to make this a beautiful spot for tête à tête or a nice evening out with friends and family. A large menu offers a wide selection sure to please many palates. Wether you’re into some eclectic starters before going up to their beautiful theatre for a show or comedy, or you’re out for an evening of great food and decor, Bernie’s is the place to be in downtown Kelowna. Maci made sure we were all very well taken care of. Service was great and so was the food!

I absolutely LOVE Bernie’s. My husband and I are huge cinephiles, so having dinner and a movie in a comfortable space is so great. The food and drinks are exceptional and the servers are very friendly. So far we’ve seen 3 films and each experience has been wonderful. I definitely wouldn’t go and watch a new movie because there are a few distractions if you’re going to order food/drinks during the movie, but this is the most perfect place to watch all the cult classics. Highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to come for another viewing!

My husband and I both agreed that this may have been the best dinner we have had in a year. We started with the wagyu beef dumplings. They were so flavourful with a hint of wasabi…perfect. Then we shared 2 entrees… the Peppercorn Striploin and the Caribbean Red Snapper. We ordered the steak medium rare. Although we did find it a little tough, the flavour was delicious, especially with the Gorgonzola cheese topping, and the horseradish potatoes complimented it so nicely. The Red snapper was amazing as well…the sauce, mango relish, plantain chips and cilantro was a vibrant taste explosion in every bite. So good!…. For dessert we ordered both the Peanut Butter Mousse Pie and the Key Lime Pie. They were both to die for!… but our favourite was the Key Lime Pie! It was light and fluffy!… not too sweet and not too tart…. It was juuuust right! I’m from the South, and I’ve had many key lime pies in my life. But this one may have been the best ever. On top of all that, we happened to be there during happy hour, so the $7 Sauvignon blanc was a bonus, and our server, Amy was friendly and fun. The atmosphere was also fabulous… very chic and cool, but still casual. We will definitely be back!

First visit. Beautiful decor. Bar looks amazing. Went upstairs to the theatre and was very impressed. It's the real deal. Lots of different seating options in the theatre. Dinner was fabulous. Had the spicy crab entree. It could have been spicier but was very good. Had the lobster ravioli. It was excellent. Service was great. Overall a fantastic experience. Would love to catch dinner and a movie next time.

They have such a great staff here and they always execute at a very high level. With so many properties they operate they definitely have the secret sauce down pat. I've never had a bad meal at any of their establishments so the expectation they would deliver here was high and they certainly did. I mean the transition of the space itself is unreal. The previous place was a local dive but to see it transformed into this glorious new venue is pretty remarkable. I haven't done the movie night yet but it looks fun. Lots of room for making out too while you watch a movie. Coctails are so on point and the bar man mark is a legend. I would have his baby if I was capable of birthing. Food dialed great atmosphere definitely the best new place in Kelowna.

Fantastic evening at Bernie’s Supper Club. Awesome food accompanied by great service and friendly staff. The restaurant has a great vibe and ambience. Everything was delicious but you have to try the Wagu Beef dumplings and save room for dessert. Key lime pie and the coconut cream pie are decadent.

Highly recommend the movie theatre experience. Limited seating and seating styles make for a cozy and intimate setting The staff provide amazing service. The menu was delicious and there is an extensive drink selection, with some differences from the bar menu below. We had an amazing evening. Finished with dessert and a nightcap at the bar downstairs. Great concept and perfectly executed. The perfect idea for a date night.

I go to Bernie’s often for a drink or two as their cocktail list is amazing. The staff is so lovely, when I come in they always greet me by name and make me feel at home. I took my mother here for dinner and we were completely wow’d! Wait staff was lovely and very accommodating to making some alterations to the food so it wasn’t spicy for my mother. We ordered their Wagu Beef Dumpling as an appetizer, Short Rib Gnocchi and Noodle Bowl with Walnut Shrimp. I’d give this place 10 start if I could. Thanks Bernie’s, see you next time!

Went for a late night drink and snack. The cocktail was a bit too sweet, but we LOVED the hot dogs. I'm usually not a fan of hot dogs, but the buns were excellent, same as their homemade sauce and toppings. I love the vintage/retro decor.

This place was excellent! Went for dinner then to a show (evil dead). Food was great and cocktails were delicious. Movie theatre had cozy seats and full drink and menu options too. 100% recommended!

Phenomenal. Our server was Brandon. We drank The Vesper and Beached As. Our food was the sprouts, the ricotta, the wagu dumplings and the ribs. Every dish was unbelievably tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and can't recommend this place highly enough. Plus, bonus! We went upstairs and watched Superbad in the Cinema. All the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Just go.

This is a great spot if you’re seeking somewhere with a great atmosphere!! There were three of us total and all our food exceeded expectations except one aspect of the Caesar salad with chicken add on. I would love to see them amp up how the chicken is prepared but overall, the Caesar salad itself was quite delicious! We started with: Waygu dumplings Walnut shrimp Mushroom tacos All of these were incredible and I’d recommend! Our mains: Caesar salad with chicken Lobster raviolo Spicy noodle bowl Dessert: Peanut butter mousse Apple coffee cake

Super cool spot, the art work and decor is put together so well. Good little late night date spot. We stopped in for martinis (first time ever trying martinis!) and they were tasty. Got a classic dirty martini and the Apple A Day. Both very good, but I recommend the apple one. Super fresh tasting and perfectly sweet, and tastes like real apples! The other person in my party got the wagyu beef gyoza and said they were nothing too crazy, especially considering the price for only 5 pieces. Regular pork ones are better, but the toppings were tasty on these ones. They’re a nice treat if you’re curious to try them like he was. We wish we timed our night right to stay to see the cinema part of Bernie’s, but didn’t get the chance. Super cool idea!

Every dish I’ve tried here has been amazing…my favourite has been their original Wagyu burger, then their non-wagyu version. Their Caesar salad paired with any dish is an awesome accompaniment.

😐 The chicken burger was fine, I would have given 3 stars, but my friend’s quesadilla was so terrible. Both the drinks and the shots we ordered were super sweet and everything was… not cheap.
