Love this place. Always delicious food. Fantastic and attentive service and lovely atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

Food was very nice, I had the burger and my wife had a tomato,cheese and pesto panini. What let our visit down was the server. A young girl who initially appeared pleasant. But when my pregnant wife quickly asked for all the crumbs to be wiped off her seat before she sat down, her demeanor changed. Quite subtle but she didn't appear to be interested in serving us. We noticed that everyone else was offered a specials board but we were not. We're not bothered that bits from a previous customers meal were on the bench, but we felt bad for asking someone to do their job

Nice waitress, OK chips, curry sauce on a cheese topped chicken burger? NO THANKYOU. It was horrible and not mentioned on the menu. I asked about the curry flavoured sauce to be told it's not curry. It's a sauce with cumin, coriander, turmeric and ginger . Key curry ingredients to create a curry flavour or am I odd? Not what I want or expect on a breaded chicken burger. The manager wouldn't come to the table but sent a young waitress back twice with messages. Coward.

After putting pancakes in Google and this cafe being a recommendation we thought it's abit far but we give it a go to break the day up. And wow im glad we did!! Lovely friendly welcoming service and especially by Molly, she cudnt do enough for us. Myself and my kids had food (pictures attached) my sons breakfast was the best he's ever had and that's saying something because he's had lots. Iced coffees very nice and refreshing, now onto the pancakes as we came mostly for them as it's pancake day! That's how nice the food looked we just had to order some by the way haha. Fluffy, tasting a huge. The three of us needed naps we were that stuffed. Overall we will be back and I'll be recommending to family friends work colleagues. Thanks again girls xx

Saw Hannah’s while looking for a place to have a mid day meal while in west Kirby, place was bright and clean, unfortunately first we were given a table then asked to move due to a booking which started to spoil the visit , then shown to a smaller table and I mean small and small in hight that made consuming the meal awkward as we had to bend right over the table and put our drinks on the floor to make room for our meal. The food was nice,we ordered the rump steak burger , with fries, salad and coleslaw which we enjoyed but the moving table was upsetting as we both have mobility issues and use sticks etc. I was looking forward to a nice day out after reading previous reviews but was let down. Attended at 12.30 on sat 29th april and it wasn’t packed so don’t know why we were put in the naughty seats fit for children only.

Absolutely stunning full English breakfast and latte. Perhaps one of the best I've had for a long time! Definately one to visit again

You can't go wrong here. The portions of food are always very generous, and for the price, you're getting excellent quality too. Everything tastes really fresh. Service is very efficient, friendly and polite. Highly recommend their homemade fishcakes and kuiche.

I visited for the first time today with my family and dog. The food was amazing! So tasty. The staff are professional and the service quick. Great to know of another dog friendly place to go.

Excellent breakfast, cooked exactly as I asked, very good choice, extremely friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. The price was what I would expect to pay. Definitely recommend.

This was our 1st visit here as we are new to the area. We were so impressed. We had our toddler with us who can be tricky at sitting and eating while were out out. Ruby could not do more for us. She was brillant with our daughter and just great at her job. The food was really tasty and great value. We will be back

Hannah's is my go to when it comes to lunch or brunch in West Kirby. We go there any time we are on the Wirral and it has consistently been brilliant. Cosy atmosphere with lovely staff and it's dog friendly. Don't hesitate, give them a go! 😊

Full rating. It has all you can expect from a cafe. Good choice of bites, drinks and cakes. We had fish and portions and quality were value for money. The men who served us was very funny and nice, great atmosphere. I would just recommend some of the female waitress to smile a bit more - they didn't seem very happy to serve us

Hiya went today we had breakfast was just gorgeous the food very hot and tasty latte that was the best my hubby has had my hot chocolate was just the best and made with milk and NOT water yuk and I got some cakes for much later and thay were just gorgeous and fresh 😋 so thank you very much we will be back for tea one evening 😋 and on each table u get fresh flowers 💐

From walking in to leaving everything was excellent. Dog friendly. Great choice and quality of food. Good service from the staff. Nice clean toilet considering they where so busy. Highly recommend Hannah’s.

We absolutely love it here! Our go to when in West Kirby. Always really friendly welcoming staff, great coffee and even better food. Always hot, homemade and fresh. Our black lab loves the doggy ice cream too! Highly recommend! ⭐️

First visit to Hannah's and definitely Wont be last great brunch time food/ coffee and cake shop. The staff were friendly and efficient and the cafe had a fantastic vibrant atmosphere. £35 for food and drink for 3 people was a good price for what we recieved. Only gripe was the cake was far too sweet and sponge dry that said well worth a visit!

We stayed in west Kirby for 6 days visiting family and Hannah’s happened to be just a couple doors down from us! We had breakfast the first morning and came back every morning after that. Hannah and the whole staff were extremely welcoming, and accommodating they not only had our orders memorized by the end of the week but they would also help us figure out how to get around that day and what route to take. The food was delicious all very fresh and tasty! Overall definitely check out Hannah’s

On the afternoon of Wednesday 29th November 2023 - I needed sustenance yet was aware that time was tight due to needing to get a one-per-hour Bus. Could I order, get a seat and enjoy my meal in 25 minutes? The answer was yesh due to informing staff of my deadline. The wait for my Jacket Potato with Tuna & Cheese along with the beverage of Cappuccino wasn't long. I truly enjoyed it with 8 minutes to spare. Lovely staff, very popular and nice business.

We had our Christmas breakfast here with a group of 12. I was allowed to decorate the table beforehand. Very attentive and friendly staff. Warm and cozy place with festive Christmas decorations. Great drinks and food. A hidden gem! Will come back.

Went here yesterday for breakfast at £9.95 for a full english. Have to say the food was delicious and was really high quality ingredients used and cooked perfectly was one of the nicest cooked breakfasts I have ever had. First time visiting but will be a regular thing now delicious. My wife had sausage and egg toastie was like a door step and delicious we where both very impressed a really outstanding cafe and the staff where very helpful and checked everything was perfect. 5 star experience. The milkshakes are nice too.

Hannah's lovely food and marvelous staff. Great service. Could not ask for more my regular place for coffee 😋 with my daughter. Especially today celebrating an early Fathers day. Would recommend .

Had pancakes with nutella and a hot chocolate- delicious! Other guests had English breakfast and said was very good. Prices a bit higher than average but not excessive. Staff nice and service good - minor issue where half the tables' order came and there were several minutes until the rest came (I could see it at the serving hatch whilst the waitress did other stuff). However, overall a positive experience, will definitely go again!

Had lunch here with my dad. Lovely choice of food. We both had the tuna and cheese melts which were delicious. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Love this place. We popped in for morning coffee with our well-socialised Springer Spaniel - (the section by the Crescent Walk entrance is dog-friendly, and there are water bowls outside). The staff were welcoming and made a fuss of our dog - as did many of the customers. Our order was taken promptly, and we didn't have long to wait for our toasted teacakes and lattes. The teacakes were perfect: hot and generously buttered. (Many cafes present them unbuttered, with small pats of cold, hard butter that are almost impossible to spread without destroying the teacake). The lattes were fine, too. Now that Hannah's accepts credit and debit cards (it used to be strictly cash only) I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars.

Dog friendly. Totally wonderful experience . The staff are so friendly and attentive, the food is amazing- the first time I've had scouse and it was amazing cant wait to have it again and the Lemon drizzle is to die for. Really look forward to returning. Thank you

The service was so bad from the gentleman there. He snatched my water glass full of water and told us ‘ okay it’s time to leave ‘ . We had coffees we had food yet we were being rushed and treated in a petty way from him. The other servers are lovely.

Lovely dog friendly cafe 20 mins or so from beach nothing too much trouble our dog loved doggy sausage !

Great cafe! I took my whole family in and all catered for. My Niece always asks to go, age 3. Great food and polite service, plus the food is to die for!! BLT my favourite and the kids love pancakes for breakfast. I've been in when big networking groups have been there too, eating & drinking.

After a very muddy and rainy walk to Hilbre Island and back my friends and I were made more than welcome along our wet clothes and muddy boots. We were greeted with an amazing selection of delicious cakes, perfect with a nice cuppa. Without asking we were offered separate bills too. Thank you to the two ladies who made the perfect ending to a really lovely day x

First visit to Hannah's this morning and the coffee and cake were fantastic. My long black [Americano) had a great crema and tasted superb. The ambience and staff were also excellent.

Saturday lunchtime. Very pleasant experience, excellent food (chilli chicken and lamb koftas). Place was just about full and had a nice buzz without being too loud. Have been here before and will definitely go again.

First time at Hannah's, if there's a perfect way to make things right, Hannah's would be the best example, nice friendly staff, quick service, they made us feel very welcome and comfortable, a balanced menu with a bit for everyone taste, fresh, tasty, simply perfect, we will be back.
