My husband and I had a tasty late lunch. It was very reasonably priced as there happened to be a 50% reduction on certain main courses. We would have been happy to have paid full price. The smoke detectors work very well as setting fire to the baked Alaska at the table set them off! Tips are included in the bill, just in case you miss the small print on the menu.

Visited here with my mother and lovely pup for lunch in the sun. Fantastic service, polite and very welcoming. Very attentive, fast and efficient, and beautifully cooked food. Would reccomend.

Food was good but not amazing. Had calamaris for started no side salad just 6 calamaris and alioli for main I had spicy seafood pasta, this was not spicy tasted of tomato no chilli or kick. For dessert I had the cheese platter was lovely. Service was lovely.

Fantastic food and great atmosphere. Our group of five arrived without a booking to their already busy restaurant and yet they still went out of their way to seat us. We went on Sunday and most of the menu was 50% off which was a bonus. We had a mixture of pasta and pizza dishes and everyone left feeling full. The quality of the food was spot on and definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in the wirral. The staff here were really attentive and always made sure you had everything you needed. Looking forward to coming back

When the waiter asks, "how was your food?" And you answer "awful" so he smiled, laughed and said, would you like to see the sweet menu? !! The food WAS awful, with no taste in the duck spring rolls! My wife's pasta looked like it had been under a hot lamp for ages. It was dry, the chicken was chewy, and the broccoli was hard. My meal was steak with a sauce over it. I asked for medium, but it was well done and not particularly nice. A steak from Aldi would have been better. I asked for the hand cut chips, but I'm pretty sure they were out of a frozen bag. My meal was just the steak and chips, no vegetables, salad, or anything else to make it look or taste better. We will not be going back!

We have been to Est Italian several times since opening in 2017. However, we went for dinner recently and had another amazing meal. The starters and the food came very quickly and was delicious - my personal favourite is the Calzone. The team were very friendly and happy to help. I look forward to returning to the restaurant soon!

We dined here for our first time last night, mix of adults and children. Food was lovely, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Great value for money, and large portions. We all rolled down the ramp on the way out we were so full. Service was perfect. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you

Delicious food, go fairly often Never had a bad meal

We had a big group meal with about 16 of us and the service was outstanding! The food was absolutely delightful. I must say a big thank you to the lady so helped with the bill at the end, being a group of young adults sorting out the bill took some time 😂 and the lady was beyond patient when sorting it out. I would 100% recommend!!

As usual a great meal had by all. Food was great, service lovely and a good atmosphere. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants the best Italian in chester.

Amazing food!! I had gamberoni diavola to start was absolutely amazing, then Pollo e Asparagi for main, both divine. Lovely service the waitress was so lovely and was actually Italian (added to the authenticity) she so attentive and polite. Amazing cocktails, great venue and atmosphere definitely will go again

Went for mother in last birthday.. good parking either on the street or they have their own. Staff were very welcoming, was great for 50% off menu which included the steak and vegetarian meals for my wife which she loved too! Waitress was lovely and was spacious and accommodating for our party.

Fantastic food, a great selection of Italian classics including from the grill, sea bass, prawns, pizza and pasta. But the main attraction is the wonderful staff and the ambience. We turned up on spec on a Friday and we were welcomed with smiles and friendly service. Prices are great for the quality of good and portion size. Loved it .

Table booked 600pm seated by 605pm. Lovely big banquet seats too, handy when you've kids with you. We all had different choices, so a deal of sharing going on. The lasagne was wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed it. All-in-all, some very satisfied diners

Spanish owned and operated Italian Resto. Excellent food with very generous portions including the starters. Our service was a bit hit and miss due to new staff and staff shortage but in the end this didn't detract from the great food. Only recommendation would be not to get the large table by the kitchen/toilets 😁

Amazing place! Staff are all so kind and funny,nothing was too much hassle. Asked for our two slices of left over pizza to be boxed up for us, where told another staff member had binned it by accident and brought out a whole fresh pizza on the house! Also made us drinks that I realised are not even on the menu after asking, top tier place nothing bad too say at all.

We visited this place and our food order came out very mins after our order and the taste of the food was bland and made us wonder how quick it was served if the food was already prepared and sauce was heated in a microwave.

Est is a Italian Restaurant, we have been numerous times it never disappoints. Food is very high standard. Think I have had most of all the menu. On Sunday they do 50% off all pasta and Carne dishes also are doing it on a Tuesday now as well. Most of the staff are Spanish, but speak very good English and they are all very professional and polite. If your in West Kirby give it a go you won't be disappointed.

We went to Est Italian for a family meal on Father's day. We have been here before and never had reason to complain. I appreciate it was busy and it was fathers day, however, the service was slow. The food was superb as usual, but we were waiting a long time in between courses and we waited quite a while before anyone even asked us if we wanted a drink. The staff were very nice and polite, but I think the management need to look at staffing capabilities during busy times.
