Fantastic food, Superfood Salad, Fish platter, perfect lunch. Service great, quick and polite. One issue, although it's nice to allow dogs, when they continually bark then the owners should be asked to calm the dog down or leave. We would have loved to have stayed for dessert but are having to leave as its unbearable.

Dog friendly. Incredible meal at Leaf Tea Shop and Bar at the weekend, service was impeccable and food was delicious. Could not recommend highly enough. Great selection of drinks too. I had the Fish Platter and was up there with the best I’ve ever tasted.

Leaf is an AMAZING place!!! Just go there and enjoy it. Fantastic tea (of course, as you'd expect), but so also a great beer selection and other booze. The food and portions were great too! I had Pan seared Seabass and it was just lovely 😍 👌 👍 5/5 recommended this place, go go go!

Lovely atmosphere with amazing cinema room and area for kids and dog beds and bowls for dogs. Beautiful decor and equally amazing food and service. Good vegan options including vegan cake but hopefully there will be more as we've exhausted them on 2 visits already!

Fantastic place with a brilliant atmosphere. Ordered the Mixed Tapas off the Specials menu, absolutely delicious, get loads with it, probably better sharing it with someone tbh.

Came here as it's closer to home and really enjoyed the brunch in the Liverpool Leaf last month. We liked it better as it was a bit quieter and had less of the "warehouse acoustics." Staff did an excellent job of "managing expectations" (coffee wait: 15 minutes, food: 30, no big deal). Food was very good - eggs Benedict for me, smaller full English for partner). Very clear tipping policy (the staff get it all whether card or cash). Would certainly return.

Nice place but really slow service. Having visited here many times, we have found slow service and unfriendly staff to be a recurring theme. Whilst we have enjoyed some meals, the food is not nice enough to warrant at 45 min wait. When we asked the staff to check on our food, we were told it would be next out but then waited another 15 mins. When it finally came a bowl of soup was missed and then arrived 10 mins after we finished despite telling the waiter we no longer wanted it. Pretty pricey for average food and we didn’t receive any sort of apology from any staff. We have found on several occasions that most of the staff have had bad attitudes. Its a shame because the aesthetics are nice and it has a nice vibe so it does have potential, but it’s quickly ruined by the attitudes and the prices. Dog Friendly. Ok place if you just want a drink and some cake but be prepared to wait. There is a car park.

We had a lovely meal with family who were visiting. The menu was great, lots of variety and choice for everyone. Our little dog had a huge fuss made of him too. We're looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely terrible. Very fast service, clearly because the food has been prepared hours earlier. Cold food, undercooked and sauces that had turned hard! Never again!

The food was amazing. The pan-fried seabass with crushed new potatoes, fresh pesto and sauté greens was absolutely divine. My daughter had the traditional Greek salad and said it was beautiful. Also had the focaccia bread with dipping oil which was perfect. Staff were friendly, helpful and just generally lovely. Think this is our new favourite eatery.

Good quiet location on a hill. Went for breakfast and it was lovely. Scenery was nice and I went on a sunny day, so even better. Felt like I was away from home and not sitting in a place in west kirby. Would go back again, my partner loved the place

Fabulous lunch here with friends this afternoon. I had the stacked thighs which were absolutely delicious, piping hot and melted in your mouth! Friends enjoyed their chicken sandwiches and hubby had the burger! Great choices of food, friendly customer service and overall a fab experience!

We didn’t catch the name of who served us and was in charge of the table, but she was amazing! service was absolutely brilliant for our party of 23. food was out really quickly, tasty and very close together. amazing job, and our niece and nephews loved the kids area, perfect. thank you so much Leaf team

Quick service. Amazing selection of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Food was super tasty and very filling with a good choice for veggies and vegans. Will definitely be back.

Had a late lunch with family. Nice choice of meals. Our group had the steak pie, beef, salt and pepper chicken burger and a children’s sausage and chips. Food was very tasty. The beef just melted in your mouth. We also managed a pudding each which were delicious. Friendly staff and great section for children to play and a small cinema which my granddaughter loved. Highly recommend.

First time visit with family and the dog. Fantastic food, great hot chocolate. Food was amazing value, piping hot when served great choice and great quality.

One of the very few cafes that sell the tea leafs they serve. And what great tea. Friendly staff, plenty of room, a hearty breakfast, wish there was one where we lived.

We go to The Leaf several times a month! It's 10/10 ... staff are well chosen, trained & managed. Great team & relaxed... creates friendly, relaxed & efficient atmosphere. Food is fresh, tasty & served quickly. Biggest measure of a good business is how they handle complaints/ constructive criticism... a cake I had was a bit dry... this is rare! I want to help keep The Leaf's standards high so told the staff & they were very grateful for the feedback, removed the cake from counter & took the money off my bill... Excellent response. One of, if not, the best eateries in West Kirby!

Love this place. Food is excellent but I advise against having a starter or you won't finish your main. Really worth a visit.

Hands down my favourite spot on the Wirral! Our favourite place for breakfast. The menu is amazing with so many vegetarian and vegan options. We've also been many times for dinner and loved it too! The staff are always so welcoming and super friendly. Can't recommend highly enough!

We have eaten here on many occasions, but our last visit left me thinking we would give it a miss for a while. However, after leaving a review explaining my disappointment, I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted immediately by the manager (Emma), who listened to my grievance. We agreed that I would return today and give it another try, and I have to say, we are glad we did. Food was good, service was good (even though it was extremely busy), and we will definitely return far sooner than we had anticipated. Refreshing to see a restaurant listen to their customers and take on board constructive criticism.

Great atmosphere, lovely food, very pleasant attentive staff. Highly recommended. Will be back.

14/07/22 First time visiting the area and drove past this place was intrigued by how presentable this pub looked. Really happy with the menu. Instantly saw vegan options. So happy we chose to come here. My partner and I shared a vegan platter which tasted incredible and we found it really good value for money! Nice spacious place. Romantic atmosphere. Clean facilities. Over the moon that we found this place when we next decide to visit the area ( we aren't local) we will happily return. A special thank you to ALL the team. Just been here for a wedding reception and have to say it was excellent! We were upstairs in a private room which seated roughly 40-50 people. The service was excellent, all the staff were so friendly and attentive. Whenever the water jug was empty on the table it would get replaced almost immediately. Then the food was fantastic. Normally your meal at a wedding reception is so so but the quality here was top. I had a chicken and leak terrine starter, steak main and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. All three dishes were fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough, fantastic!
