Can't commend Rachael and her team enough! I visited the Liverpool clinic for milia removal from a tricky spot on my eyelid. Rachael removed the majority of the spot in the first session, but the procedure became quite painful for me (low pain threshold) so I asked to stop. Rachael then offered to continue the treatment to get the rest free of charge when I was ready. I booked in a few weeks later (which was a very quick and smooth process with staff) at the Parbold clinic and the rest of the milia was removed. My eye looks great now!
