Worst pizza my son has ever had!! Been a customer of here for years but something is definately going wrong lately. Ordered a Mighty Sausage pizza which is supposed to have spicy sausage, garlic sausage, smokey sausage and pepperoni got i pizza that had chunky slices of raw garlic on it!! apparently they don't stock Garlic sausage so they thought added sliced raw garlic would be the same....Who the hell chops down on raw garlic slices. If you don't have the ingredient, take it off the menu or just tell people when they order, don't try a botch job. Chips tasted wierd too..either old stale oil or they have been left sat in polystyrene tray for a while.....Sorry, You have just lost a long time customer cause i won't be back🤢🤢🤢🤬 That's £20 straight in the bin

Worse experience with planet pizza. We ordered 2 of the planet special kebab and stated clearly no peppers on one because of an allergy. So when it arrives we have peppers on both and mouldy pitta bread. So they brought fresh meal 40 mins later with no salad or naan which was ordered originally and it was plain. We didn't get an apology from owner only the lady on phone well they have lost our custom and will not recommend them to anyone

Delivery driver is aggressive and rude. When I ordered ove the phone I explained that I needed to get cash out of the bank as she confirmed they didn't take card. As a result she told me the food would be 45-50 minutes. I went to the cashpoint and bank within 20 minutes, but when I got back to my house the delivery driver was outside my house extremely rude and aggressive about waiting for 5 minutes. The food shouldn't have even turned up for another 25-30 minutes after I got back to my property. Such a shame as the food is decent, but the driver needs some real lessons in customer services. Will not order again now

Mexican garlic bread is addictive. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. And the sizzler, kebabs, jacket potatoes and really tasty, fresh salad.

Ordered food off them and I said can I have a folded cheesy garlic bread and when it eventually came the garlic bread was not folded so I rang up and the lady said she will send one out but will take an hour so I said ok thanks. I rang up after an hour later and a man answered and said there’s not we can do unless you want to pay for the garlic bread again 🤣 how cheeky after I already paid. It’s not my fault you got the order wrong!!

Absolutely used to love planet but past year it’s gone down hill more and more, food tastes awful and cheap. Don’t listen to what your ordering on the phone then when you ring to complain they are to busy to send another out but if I do want it again I’d have to pay again for there mistakes! Won’t be ordering again! Such a shame that’s it’s been taking over and been destroyed

Staff are very friendly foods always cooked great , I love to come here when i get take aways 😁
