Dropped in at short notice yesterday with a puncture half way into a 30 mile ride. New innertube fitted and back on the road in 15 minutes. Top service can't thank you enough, absolute lifesavers.

Just bought a Trek Checkpoint gravel bike from here. The staff where brilliant and really helpful, especially Ali who let me test his own bike out since my size wasn't in the shop. Obviously they are all keen cyclists and give sound advice. Good selection of bikes and kit and some great deals plus 0% finance on some stuff. They also like to ride on Sundays, hence it's closed as it says on the website (I always check such info rather than giving a 1 star rating - say no more 😂👍).

Really nice bike and customer service amazing. My bike was meant to be getting dispatched on the 7th September for home delivery from the courier company they use. I emailed saying could the delivery date be changed due to being away. Then 10mins later I got a phone call saying if I was around today (2nd September they would personally deliver my bike) PERFECT.....thankyou again

I took my 13 year old Specialized bike to Leisure Lakes at Mere Brow, as there was an issue with the frame which had a lifetime warranty. To my amazement 3 weeks later I received a phone call to come and collect my bike. The frame had been replaced with a new top of the range frame by Specialized and Leisure Lakes rebuilt the bike, which looks stunning. Excellent service by Specialized and Leisure Lakes staff Chris, Ali and the mechanic Matt. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Leisure Lakes and Specialized.

Just purchased a new road bike during a difficult time due to covid 19 , I must say the help and support I received from Ali was first class. It took us a few times to get the bike due to supply and demand but Ali was always patient and helpful throughout,. I would recommend this company to anyone, well done and thank you Ali.

I had a problem with the motor on my e bike, but the company I bought the bike from was closed due to covid. I approached LLB and they offered to take over the warranty on my bike for a nominal sum. Even though they were busy and themselves short staffed due to covid, they contacted Bosch and sorted out my bike. They also noticed my gears needed adjusting and replaced an inner cable. I got my bike back and I am delighted with the service received from Leisure Lakes. I would whole heartedly recommend this company.

I’ve been able to depend on this shop since 1993!! They are well stocked and on the ball, they know their stuff and treat you like a good friend and a valued customer! It’s not surprising, the amazing success of this company! ...they have the right ethos and quality of service and that’s why customers ‘travel’ to them!! Just to add, I’ve just bought a new front wheel, which I urgently needed and Joseph took ownership to ensure it was dispatched next day, at quite short notice.. total lifesaver!! Thanks dude!! Absolutely shocking service never again would I use or recommend this company. I payed over £300 for a service and parts and couldn't even ride the bike when I got it back. I took it elsewhere and the list of jobs was shocking !

Staff are great, booked my Cotic in for a service which seems to have been done to a good standard. All the staff knew exactly what was going on and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!
