The best breakfast food we ever had in Perth so far. Tasteful and well plated. All flavours are well balanced from the first to the last bite. However, the most important is the staff proactively paying attention to their customers. For instance, I went back in line to order 2 extra eggs and a staff noticed that it would take a while for me to reach the counter so she asked me what I wanted and she ordered the eggs straight in the kitchen so I could enjoy my meal while it was warm. So thoughtful. I would give this place 20 stars if I could. I would have paid 20 dollars for the extra eggs just because the proactive attitude that the staff has taken. Please keep serving people with that great smile with great food. I can’t thank you enough.

This place is very popular. So much so that I wish we had been told of the 40 minutes wait before we ordered. That said, it was worth the wait. The crispy chicken in a croissant was a hit. And Mrs C tells me she was very impressed with the smashed avo. The strong latté was good.

Best brekky in Perth! Coffee and food were amazing. The menu had so many good options as well and 10/10 for having chicken and beef brekky options for those that dont eat pork like me. Super recommend, the spot is small but adorable. Cant wait to eat here again!

Great little place for brekky, had the crossont and the Benedict, ice black and summer smoothie as well as a side of mushrooms(needed a tad more seasoning or butter but was good) with delicious cherry tomatoes.

It’s not a should, it’s a must. You don’t know what you are missing out. Food presentation and the quality is way beyond my expectations. Like any great places, waiting for your food is expected . So drop by after peak hours if waiting spoils your mood.

Had a brisket burrito for breakfast along with matcha they are just perfect. 100% recommended.

If I had known I would be waiting 1hr for the most underwhelming mushrooms on toast, I would have run out of this cafe. Mushrooms were salty, white bean purée lacked flavour, poached egg was cold. I don’t understand why it took 1 hr to make these. I told the waiter I had been waiting 50 minutes and she told me it is usually a 1hr wait. People arriving at 12 were told to wait an hr. Definitely an instagram vs reality moment. Never coming back.

This is the best french toast I have ever put into my mouth. Me and my partner are trying as many cafe’s in perth as possible, rating the food, water and juice or in this case smoothie. We got the french toast and spicy chicken burger. It took me two seconds to devour the french toast, perfectly cooked, not too sweet and so fluffy. The chips with the burger were incredible and the chicken was moist and crunchy. We got the refresher smoothie, and it definitely was, the raspberries were so fresh and it was nice and minty. Even the water at this place was a 5 star. Please try it!

Wow!! Best breakfast I’ve ever had. The French toast may have been one of the best things I’ve ever eaten . My daughter got the smashed avo and it was the best one we had both ever tasted. We will be back

Always great tasting food with an interesting variety of ingredients. The coffee is solid and atmospheres always great. The music could be a little on the lower volume side.

we recently visited Hylin, and unfortunately the food left much to be desired. i ordered Streetx chicken croissant. the chicken was dry and overcooked, croissant was burned and tasted so bitter. the dishes seems hastily prepared. Try to alert the staff but seems they dont really care about customer experience.its disappointing when the ambiance is great, but the culinary experience falls flat. for the price isn't worth the money, and coffee was average.
