I went here after being unhappy with the last place that did my nails in Portland. I explained to Ren what happened and he was awesome. He fixed them, made them look how I wanted and even told me what the last person did wrong and why they ended up looking the way they did. I have a trip coming up in a few days and I’m so happy my nails look nice for it.

I was given a gift certificate from this place. Never been here before. Peter did my pedicure. I asked for a basic mani/pedi. I got basic from Peter. He was fast, I will give him that. Anna did my manicure. She asked if I wanted “lotion” only after she had applied the finish coat? Kind of hard to do with fresh coat of nail polish. I had to ask her to please remove the nail polish that was outside of the nail area 😂 I didn’t bother to tell her my nails were still sharp from not filing them properly. I was glad I didn’t pay out of pocket and will not come back. Business looked slow today but again; I haven’t been there before so I don’t know if that’s the norm.

This place lived up to the reviews! I took my friend for a mani-pedi and we had two wonderful guys who gave us beautiful toes and nails! 10/10 would recommend!

I have a mixed review. I called to make a appointment for my daughter and I. We wanted to get different things done. Said what I wanted over the phone. Lady repeated it back to me before hanging up. Got to our appointment and had us down for only one of the correct things. My daughter had to wait almost 45 min to get her nails done. Mind you she is 10 and this was a special treat. I got a pedicure which was very nice. They didn't start on my daughters nails until I was done. So I got a eyebrow wax while I was waiting. I thought it hurt more than normal but it's been awhile. The technician did an excellent job on my daughter's nails. They are beautiful. Got home and looked in the mirror because my eyes hurt and noticed when I got waxed the technician took off skin too. So good at nails and pedicure. Make sure they understand what you want to make a appointment for before getting off phone.

I had a delightful experience at the salon. The staff members were incredibly friendly, and everyone in my group left satisfied with the services. Despite initially having an appointment for three people, they were very accommodating and managed to accommodate all four of us. It had been over 2 years since I last had my nails painted, but they did an impeccable job with my natural nails. I was overjoyed with the outcome.

Today's manicure was undoubtedly the finest I've had in at least a year. Mimi paid exceptional attention to the cuticles, an often overlooked aspect that requires careful handling. Moreover, her kindness and friendliness added to the overall experience. I'm genuinely thrilled and have every intention of returning.
