Always had great hair stylists until this visit today, Miriam missed the mark. I clearly asked for a faded side and she verbally told me she understood, which I don’t think was the case. I am super disappointed with my haircut there is no fixing it until until it grows back out and of course I couldn’t say anything about it during the cut because I’m as blind as a bat without my glasses and I of course trusted her to do what I wanted. I asked at least twice if she’s going to do a fade or not and I got verbal confirmation on both. Come to find out when I can clearly see when my glasses are on my disappointment was immeasurable and day ruined, it’s just hair I understand that but I will not be coming back after multiple visits with no issues until todays visit. I will say she did get the top length right and wasn’t necessarily rude so I’ll give her points for that.

Absolutely ruined my hair after trying them a couple times over the past for years even if it was just for a trim. Any good reviews have to be from forever ago, because if you can't point exactly to one of the 20 haircuts in their book they're doing what they want at that point. I couldn't even stop her because I wear glasses and couldn't see how much she was screwing it up, and now I'll need almost a year to grow my hair out again.

Good process they have. Its worth getting the app and doing a mobile check in. It will tell you an approximate wait time and your place in line.i just get trims and my 4 year-old will get a short and spiky fade. When checking out i tip the stylist u had and the stylist my son had separately.

Horrible experience showed pic and didn't look nothing like it I even asked her if she couldn't do it I would wait ... As she proceeds I asked do you need to see pic because I could tell it wasn't right. She then says I like to do things my way. Wow I use to always go to great clips even up north no problem ever . No got to find a salon I guess. Horrible
