😠 1. $$$ expensive rent but this place is no where near “luxury.” Except for the decent looking exterior, everything else looks cheap (e.g. fixtures, appliances, etc.). 2. Poor construction: vertical & horizontal lines on walls, visible gap between wall & floor. You can hear any & every noise coming... People often mention apartment, rent, move, lease, month, walls, amount, staff, worst,

WORST Apartments to apply for!! Stay away from this apartment!! The new girl at the front desk has a fake attitude that’s so nasty looking and you can till she doesn’t like her job. The apartment isn’t worth the amenities. And the residents complaints are about ants and the AC going out when I was applying. Tried to move - in on the 13th but since they had a team event my move in got pushed to the 15th and they said I couldn’t move in until I had a 2023 medical script for my medical ADA animal when I had a script that was still within a year and wasn’t expired yet. I couldn’t get my doctor to write a new script within 2days before my move in date so they said they will have to push my move in date but it will change my base rent even though they had all the other documents approved already. They wouldn’t work with me on keeping my base rent, they didn’t work with me on giving me a week to get my new doctors script for my service animal, they didn’t work with me on refund none of my $700 for application admin fee deposit and whatever else they bill thats ridiculous- so I lost all that money and they even said since I got the insurance and fpl already in my name that i would be responsible for the charges, which makes no sense because I never moved in and I never signed the actual lease agreement yet. I canceled everything and wanted other people to know how these apartments treat their residents and future tenants. I DO NOT RECOMMEND these apartments!

    1. $$$ expensive rent but this place is no where near “luxury.” Except for the decent looking exterior, everything else looks cheap (e.g. fixtures, appliances, etc.). 2. Poor construction: vertical & horizontal lines on walls, visible gap between wall & floor. You can hear any & every noise coming from outside & your neighbors in the unit next to you or even below you. The gate is broken for half the time I lived there, so the security advertised is nonexistent. The fire/smoke detector randomly went off for no reasons on multiple occasions. 3. Added fees: Valet trash fee is mandatory but sometimes it’s a hit & miss whether your trash will be picked up or not even though they are placed on days that they are scheduled to be picked up. You also have to pay a fee to receive your packages but sometimes they will be thrown on the floor instead of being in a locker. Lifestyle fees? Not sure what that means & I have never benefited from it but you still have to pay. Pest control fee is charged monthly & request is placed almost every month but you still have ants, spiders, silverfish, bugs, cockroaches, etc. in your unit. 4. Besides all the negatives above, the real nightmare only begins when you try to leave. You are required to pay approximately $300 for them to clean when you move out or you can hire a professional but there’s still a possibility that you’ll be charged extra if the place is not deemed “clean.” I have rented multiple places for 10 years & this place is the first & only place that charges a crazy amount for cleaning prior to move out. Of note, my unit was always well kept & clean. 5. Due to personal circumstances, I communicated with the office staff in person to make sure we were on the same page prior to both signing the lease & terminating it. We spoke in person & agreed on the amount I needed to pay prior to moving out. But later on, I was told I needed to pay more than the agreed amount. I did not agree to pay the extra amount they wanted, so they lowered the amount later due to “confusion.” However, the amount was still above what was agreed upon originally. I thought speaking to the office staff in person was sufficient, but I did not know how greedy one could be; otherwise, I would’ve asked for those information to be written down for proof. Once they know you are leaving, they will try to get every single penny they can. 6. The final utility bill was 150% higher the typical monthly utility bill even though nobody occupied the unit for almost a whole month. You don’t need basic math to notice such discrepancy. Even after multiple emails back & forth for weeks, they still could not provide me the utility usage details to explain their absurd charges. Yes! You read that right! They billed for water & sewer but could not tell how much water & sewer was consumed by the unit. To say that I’m disgusted is an understatement. 7. This was the worst leasing experience I have ever had, and if anyone asks me about this place, I would highly highly highly suggest AGAINST this overpriced pathetic nightmare. Spend your hard earned money at a place where integrity is valued.

Easily the worst (and most expensive) apartment complex I have ever lived in. Not worth the money at all and rent only goes up to renew your lease. Something in my apartment breaks every month. First it was the washer, then the dishwasher, and now the AC... list goes on and on. But the absolute worst thing about this place is the noise. Don't let the leasing office tell you it's not a problem. Because it is. It's a huge problem. Even with quiet neighbors, the walls are just so then you hear everything and it's miserable. Staff is unhelpful at best and rude and condescending at worst. The courtesy officer is completely useless, and any noise complaints don't get solved, so just get used to being miserable. Also you have to pay for a package service box that never works. So anytime you get a package be prepared to spend 10 minutes digging through the hundreds of packages the delivery drivers just chuck into the mail room. They won't refund your money for this service either. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team. They've always fixed the problems in my apartment. I just wish the on call tech would've fixed my AC after hours instead of having to wait all weekend until Monday.

The community is amazing. Very peaceful area, pool is heated which I Love, everything is up to date and has that new modern look!! The gym has a punch dummy which is pretty cool haha and maintenance is top tier and the staff here at The Springs are amazing. Briana at the front desk is everything you can ask for. She is very welcoming and is very intelligent and knowledgeable. The staff/management are just great and very friendly and caring. Everything is organized and the facility in the front is beautiful. && You must try the coffee machine :) thank you guys!!!!

Was there a month. Complained and sent in videos of a ticking noise that happens every morning around 5 am. Was told every person before me moved out quickly also. They did not respond to my complaints so I looked at my lease and it says there are no penalties if i move out in 30 days so I packed up and left. They got the keys on the 30th but still said I needed to pay another months rent since technically I moved in on the 27th. I think this is bull., they were keeping my deposit, and to pay a $1800 penalty. Even though I think they are greedy I agreed and emailed them TWICE to ask about a payment plan and asked not to send to collections. No response and I cant even log in to see what I owe. NOW they have reported me to the worst collecting agency without even responding and I cant rent anywhere. Greedy terrible people who are taking advantage of young adults during a pandemic. I didn’t even find out about it until I applied somewhere else 2 years later. DO NOT GO HERE

I have been paying over 2k a month for rent but I have been looking at this huge hole in my apartment ceiling from a pipe leak for about month now (7-25) with little to no updates on when it will be fixed I have called multiple times and of course the manager is “out sick” and the assistant manager can’t do anything for me. Finally I get a call from the manager claiming she’s the reason for the lack of communication. I asked politely if there’s a way to mutually part ways and she tells me no but offers me a new place. So I ask why wasn’t this an option to begin with and not when I asked to terminate my lease? Of course no answer to that. I asked to speak with her boss about this matter and apparently nobody is allowed to speak to he/she. This is by far the worse experience I’ve ever dealt with living in an apartment. If you can avoid this place i recommend you do so because as long as they get their rent that’s all that matters but they will keep you updated on the next foot truck on the property but not when your maintenance request will be repaired.

Hi. Do not rent here. Health hazard. Not suitable for life. 1) Roaches and ants from day 1 (when first constructed). 2) Potentially contaminated water. It burns my eyes. Could indicate septic issues or chemicals. No visible mineral contamination. May be septic, as the shower suspiciously reeks of urine, and I have cleaned thoroughly with chemicals and scrubbed. 3) Maintanence did nothing about the roaches; they walked in for a few seconds and promptly left. We bought our own roach poison. 4) Rent for long time tenants higher than new tenants. :) 5) Pink slime growing in still water (toilet that is used daily, pet water). 6) Poor construction. I am afraid to incriminate as we are stuck here till our lease is up. 7) Contaminated air: allergic reactions, sneezing, difficulty breathing. Do not come if you have respiratory issues (asthma, etc.) as this will cause consistent need of inhaler, etc. (by my partner). I have no medical history with respiratory issues or allergies and am now struggling with all the above. When I am outside the apartment, I have no issues. TLDR; We are leaving this place for being a health hazard and paying luxury rent for a very non-luxury apartment. DO NOT COME HERE. Message to owner: No, you will not find a "Spaghet-less Bone Sauce" on lease. I am not on lease, and will not be on the lease, as WE are not renewing. Please, address these issues for future tenants. If you have any humanity, for the literal children and toddlers I see living here, you will address these hazardous conditions.

Maintenance was completed within a few hours of being issued. It was a big relief to get my sink and disposal operational again. The Maintenance personnel also helped me understand how to care for the disposal to prevent future problems. Huge thanks!

My sister recently moved into this apartment complex and I had the opportunity to stay with her for a few days while visiting from North Carolina. The apartments are super cute on the outside and the inside is so elegant. It was too cold to use the pool, but I can’t wait to visit in the summer. The leasing office staff is friendly, they always have snacks and drinks available to take. The best part was the Starbucks coffee! I really miss this place and my sister, I can’t stop thinking about it. Highly considering making the move to FL and this is definitely my top choice!

If you're looking at this place for an easy commute, keep looking. It's worth it to commute another 5 minutes or so. If you want to know why, keep on reading. I stayed at this place for only one year because it was close to work. I ended up reporting the entire experience to the Human Resources department to dissuade new hires from choosing them as a destination. The walls are very thin. The stairs to the second floor apartments are down right scary. They have a fire alarm right above the scary stairs. I received noise complaints from the office from simply having my television at a normal volume (you know falling asleep to a television). The code box in the front didn't really work in the middle of the day. It really wasn't a stellar idea to put a hot box with electronics in Florida with no shade. The buildings aren't numbered all that well, so if you have guests they will in fact get confused. The BBQ grills were cleaned maybe once per month. They claim it's done once per day but really anytime I needed to use them I was in fact cleaning it for the entire community (thanks). When I left I left some stuff with double sided tape on the walls and instead of asking (I gave the staff an opportunity to do a walkthrough and they forfeited it). They simply ripped it off the walls and then charged me for the damage they caused. If they had simply called I would've directed them to get a hot air gun and they could've just pointed it at the walls to remove the material. It wasn't very environmentally conscious of them, and it honestly it was just stupid. Again they forfeited the walkthrough where they could've pointed it out and it would've taken me 15 minutes to remove it. They also tried to charge me for cleaning after I had the apartment professionally cleaned. When this was eventually sent to collections due to them simply not communicating with me in any sane way, they took off the cleaning bill because not even they were willing to believe it. Especially after the pictures I presented. Overall the debt collection agency they used is scum and is currently under investigation. I would've sued the apartment complex for all of their maleficence but it wasn't worth it. They got their money of course because the debt collection agency is insane but at this point I've figured I bought the privilege to write some of the worst reviews on the planet I can think of for these people. Please don't stay here, go anywhere else. Garbage was picked up pretty inconsistently.
