They need to raise the prices because they were just THAT GOOD. Get the hot Italian and you will not be disappointed. Liz at the counter was such a sweetheart and chef was an artist. Oh and don’t forget a key lime pie on your way out!

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted cheerfully by everyone on staff. It felt like we were not just customers, but friends. And as newcomers, they readily informed about the many different types of sandwiches because the menu is extensive. The husband and wife team are outrageously wonderful. It was fascinating to watch the owner artfully construct each sandwich. Above all, this was the best sandwich I ever ate in my life (the Flotilla)! Really! The soft (but not too soft) bread and ingredients melted in my mouth. The special blends let me know, with each bite, that this is not just ordinary ham and cheese. I can't wait to return and try something new and daring. The Yacht Club Subs has become my new happy place!

Had to try this local place with all the good reviews. Could they be true?? Ordered Italian and Club my wife preferred the club I preferred the Italian. The 9” is huge even for me as a 6’4” guy. Both were excellent and deserving of the 5⭐️. It does take them a bit of time to make them. Waited about 15 minutes.

This sandwich was amazing. I couldn’t stop eating it. The lady that took my order was super sweet, the owner was friendly. Naples needs more places like this. Totally worth the few extra bucks it costs. Even the pickle was good. The bread was great too. My sandwich had fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, roast beef greens, tomato, roasted red pepper, balsamic, and some other sauce. I got it without the roasted red peppers because I don’t like them but the sandwich was delicious.

Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!! Id give 6 stars if I could. The staff are very friendly and the customer service is amazing. The ingredients they use are SO fresh and the bread is so delicious! Highest quality. Id come for lunch every day, I highly recommend getting on board 😜🛥️

The Naples Italiana sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I picked it up for lunch at home. I can tell the meat is high quality.

Back with my second review of YCS. I'm on a quest to try all 22 sandwich menu choices - there are 14 cold and 8 hot sandwiches to choose from. Here is my initial ranking (it's all personal taste!) after my first 6 sandwiches (all 9" subs - yes, I have a big appetite!) 1. The Commodore (Hot) 2. The Beacon (Hot) 3. The Waldorf (Cold) 4. The namesake Yacht Club Sub (Cold) 5. Here's the Reef (Cold) 6. Skinny Dip (Hot) All are really great sandwiches - fresh ingredients, excellent bread and no skimping on the meat! Next up: The Flotilla! And you will not find a nicer group of people!! What's your favorite?

Best sandwiches in Naples - best sandwiches in the whole Southern United States, probably. Chef Frank, Manager Liz and the rest of the staff are lovely people and the food is absolutely outstanding. Ingredients are fresh and abundant, and carefully combined into clever creations by a true master of the craft.
