The serving sizes were very small compared to the ones at other Panera locations. I asked the manager but he never got back to me, which was weird. Other than that, the location was pretty, but not clean.

So not a soup person unless I'm sick. Well. I'm sick and hubby went to pick up for me. Chicken noodle soup had no taste and it was COLD. (I was in parking lot). No butter for the bread. Never again will I have soup from here.

Becareful with the the soda machine and the ice. I got a cup of water with heavy ice and as the ice melted the water turn gray. The ice is very dirty so I am assuming that the machine in maintained.

I was at this place several times already. I CheckInn and order through the terminal. I get a text and on the screen it says your food is ready for pickup, but it’s not! In the kitchen they push a button that the food is ready and then they let you wait for another 10-15 Minutes!! This is the third Panera Branch in Naples who does that! Why would you tell your customer your food is ready and then let them wait? Maybe they have a Timer from their Employer and they cheat by clicking it early so the employer thinks on his report that his employees are fast. It is just not ok!

AC too steeping, vegetables too cold, sadwich lacking taste. The place looked clean. Nevertheless, saw cockroaches on the seats... Would not come back.

We love Panera Bread's cafe latte and breakfast/lunch. The only complaint is that a lot of times the latte is barely warm and not hot. I usually order take out and realize it when I start drinking in the car so I end up discarding half of it. Other than that, I love their food and coffee.

Love the chicken and wild rice soup. I got a combo with half Asian salad with chicken. Huge portions and delicious food. You can look up ingredients on the kiosk and special order.

They were closed by the time we brought the food home to tell them our issues so couldn't talk to anyone yet. The soup was cold, there was no topping to the soup, the sandwich was ok, my husband's bowl was a mess and looked like it was all shoved in and packed in very quickly. And there were NO bread baguettes at all! That is like a Panera Bread tradition or calling card. I feel like because it was the end of the night (like 20 min to closing) that the staff just wanted to get out and go home. But still disappointed and paid almost $30 for just this order.

$13 for a chicken sandwich! I almost took it back. There catering is good, but I didnt realize there was a kiosk to order as well, probably with pictures of the items, but that was highway robbery!

Food was ok(Caesar salad), service was good except baristas were not very friendly which is fine as long as they did their job!

Great food, I'd prefer a better type of free chips but everything else taste great. The smoothies are great but I'd prefer being able to get a larger cup for the smoothies as well. Service is fast and good, overall great place to stop for lunch.

This is their chipotle avocado turkey melt sandwich… half an avocado uncut on one side of the bread and turkey on the other. It was not good. Utter laziness. Learn how to make a sandwich… it’s not that hard.

I go to this Panera frequently. I’ve always gotten my food reasonably quickly and the store manager/owner seems very dedicated as she’s always there making sure everything is running smoothly. I’ve had a couple instances where the food preparation employees were grumpy but overall I really like this place.

Quick breakfast, great coffee, excellent outdoor dining area. Indoor dining clean and organized but chilly. Solid choice if you are pressed for time.

Ordered the new Chicken sandwich without looking at the price. Picked up the sandwich then looked at the price $11.25. Huge disappointment, slightly warm Chicken breast on a non-descript cold roll with a few pieces of greens along with a few pieces of unrecognizable chewy disc shaped crisps. Chick-fil-A does not need to be concerned, no comparison, at a third of the price and way better.

This Panera Bread had very fast and kind service. The food was good and was exactly what we ordered. This is an easy review and a good recommendation.

The food was pretty decent but what was really exceptional was the friendly cashier named Declan who helped me and my adopted, autistic, Mexican son, Lupe; who has a deathly fear of soup and bread. The cashier told him that Panera’s food was not the reincarnation of George B. McLellon. Thanks to that cashier we had a gay ole time. It’s so nice to see that Panera hires people of special needs “Thank you Declan.”😘

A few weeks ago I went to Panera. I ordered a Tuna salad sandwich and a bowl of French onion soup. There was maybe 1/8” of tuna salad. It look like spread mayonnaise. The French onion soup was pathetic. It was lukewarm, the cheese was almost nonexistent and it was as plain as Campbell’s onion soup. It probably was Campbell’s soup with a little cheese on it. Buyer beware.

The food is always absolutely spectacular. By far my favorite fast food joint, even though it probably doesn't count as one. And the service at the restaurant that we were serve today was beyond incredible. Really love this place, we'll be back several times.
