Have had a membership for months and I bring my own flax oil due to MEDICAL NECESSITY and health issues and there’s never been an issue. Just now I was DENIED HEALTH ACCOMMODATIONS because the massage therapist was “scared” to use flax oil because she doesn’t know what’s in it… meanwhile she couldn’t tell me what was in HER OIL??? Chemicals and poisons and all kinds of added ingredients whereas my oil was 100% flax oil. Why would there be something in my oil that’s harmful when I clearly told you I am healing cancer and cannot have any toxins on my body???? The therapist was clearly on a power trip and just denied medical accommodation. I mean, they go through this big hoopla about how you can co tell the lights, the temperature and even the conversation level BUT YOU ARENT ALLOWED TO CONTROL WHETHER OR NOT THEY PUT TOXINS ON YOUR BODY. Utterly ridiculous. Beware. They don’t care about customers with legitimate health concerns. Go somewhere worse that cares because it ain’t this place.

Been going here for 3/4 years. Always on time clean and friendly. They aren't shy about reminding you that they may have specials at the time of your visit. Have seen several therapists and always had a good experience.

Unfortunately, this place is run by young adults who cannot get a hold of a manager. As the girls are very kind and nice, that does not help when there is an appointment that was scheduled incorrectly. My schedule is incredibly tight. I pay a monthly membership to have credits built up and to give you an example of how tight I’ve been here twice in one year leaving me with around nine credits when you are very restricted with spare time, and these types of things happen, and you aren’t able to use services you pay for it is extremely discouraging. The fact that you cannot find a manager is even worse. Unfortunately, they also change the terms and conditions as far as freezing your account without any prior knowledge to the person that has a membership. So I will give this place a one star review based on the fact that whoever scheduled the appointment was unable to do it properly. And management is nonexistent. It’s a shame, because the place has potential.

Maggie was phenomenal!! She is truly a master of her craft!! I didn't even have to tell her what was wrong and she informed me about exactly what my problem was and what was causing it. She was able to pinpoint alot of my stress areas and applied enough pressure to relieve those areas. Highly recommend her!!

I have been looking for good deep tissue massage therapist and I think I found my home and my therapist. This place is very friendly and professional.Kaley greeted me as I walked at the door and check me in and then my awesome therapist Maggie came to get me after couple of minutes. Maggie know what deep tissue massage is and I will definitely see her from now on. I am happy to have tried this place and now I am a member. Thanks Kaley and Maggie and see you next sessions. Happy customer ;)

The people here are so amazing. I only see one person. I won't say her name because then she might get booked and I won't be able to be seen by her when I need it :P . Ivanya knows how to get to the points of aches. Even stress parts I never thought had issues consisted of points I held my stress. Great ppl here.

I dread the mistake of walking into this establishment and signing up for their month to month services. I am an active duty military member. This facility has known for 2 months that I needed cancel my services. When I notified them in person they said they could cancel in the system and there would be no issue and I could use the credits I had purchased and gifted to me on my account. I come in the next month to use a service credit and something told me to ask if my account had been canceled and no longer charged. They said I then had to complete paperwork to officially cancel my account AND my card would be charged once more. So I took that charge in Feb, now it is March and I’m being charged again? What sense does this make? I am currently in Germany and will be paying the extra cellphone fees to ensure this charge is reversed and stopped when they open up in 2 hours. The customer service of this Hand and Stone location is utterly ridiculous! Take my advice, save your time, save your stress and save your money by totally avoiding this establishment!

The staff are always so friendly and welcoming! Jackie (massage therapist) is excellent! She always listens to what my needs are and she is very skilled at what she does. I also love the many different enhancements you can add on to your massage. The monthly package is well worth it, highly recommend!

So impressed with this location & staff~ Shelby is a fabulous manager. Lovely human being and excellent at what she does. Looking forward to coming to this location from time to time. Dan is an outstanding massage therapist ~ Massage is essential to health & wellbeing.

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I booked the classic facial with Jourdyn. She was so amazing and gentle - highly recommend her. I will definitely be going back!

The staff were friendly and courteous, and the masseuse was amazing. She did the right amount of pressure on me since this was my first time ever. We did a couples massage. Would definitely recommend ultimate relaxation and mental peace.

Jordan left me relaxed to the point I almost fell asleep. Great hands and did a great job on a 2 hour massage!! I would definitely recommend her!

UPDATE BELOW* THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Only leaving one star bc I have to give a rating. I went for a facial on November 16th and woke up the next morning with an infection scabbing eyelash line and pink eye. I have called to speak to the manger, Shelby, at least 6-8 times and she has only called me back once (3 days later). Every time I call she is out of office or on the phone and won't call back. I did sign up the membership and told them I was not interested in paying another month. (Would you want to pay to eat at a buffet you got food poised at?) The young girl assured me her manager would call back and pause the membership to discuss my last facial. Instead I didn't hear anything and got billed. I have contacted Hand and Stone Corporate. This is insane and the lack of care they would put into their guest is absurd. That manager should have been on the phone with me the next day. HARD PASS. Do yourself a favor and put your money into a local spa that values and cares about you and your business. Update: Shelby finally had one of her front desk employees call me back on her behalf to tell me there is nothing she can do now... After blowing me off for a month she can no longer help and she has escalated this to Renee at corporate. We'll see because she didn't have the managerial decency to call me back on her own.

Husband took me here today and we had the best experience ever!!! Everyone was so nice and we walk out feeling way better then when we walked in.
