His kindness aside, Larry totally butchered my hair. My hair is very simple to work with–thin and fine. It's a no-brainer to cut correctly, especially by someone with a "lifetime of experience." So, I asked for a trim and a razorcut at the tips. He didn't even rinse or clean off the hair clippings. When I got home, I realized how awful my hair looked. The lighting in his shop is dark. His shop was not clean or updated, with junk around. It's not up to modern standards. He did not take a card, only cash. There was different kinds of unswept hair all over the floor. Anyway, I was forced to recut my own hair at home that night after wasting $30 and a fee from an ATM to get cash on this nightmare haircut. He left it short on one side and long on the other in the front and thought that was ok. The back was a different story. He told me to give him "feedback" about the hairstyle when I returned. This is my feedback! Never again. I'm actually embarrassed to even post a picture of it.

Larry is an awesome barber! My family is visiting Memphis Found Larry he gave me the best hair cut and beard trim I have ever had! Trimmed my wife's hair just the way she wanted! LARRY Trimmed my grandfather perfect, she was so happy. Larry is a true pro of his craft. A cut above any barber I have ever been to! Thanks Larry!!!

Understood my style request and did a great job exact to my request. Able to do a walk-in. Nice person. Great shampoo and rinse with a massage brush was very nice.
