I order two bed room. I have 4 disabled kids. So it's very late around kids bedtime. I go in room we have 1 bed and a small sofa. I go up front the next day the claim they can move us Monday it was Friday morning. We ordered a weekly room. Long story short. They did not give us out two beds.and we paid fully for a weekly two bedroom. They didn't do anything to accommodate us after there error. But ask us can we take an upstairs room and my daughter has a wheelchair and no elevator. These people are so inconvenient. I wasted my money had to sleep on a small Couch I'm 240lbs. So I was extremely upset.

This place is rough. The rooms are very dated and in need of some updating. The hot water was barely warm. The A/C unit was loud and shook the whole room when it kicked on at night. There are hardly any power outlets in the room. It was listed as having breakfast, but nothing was there except for some watery coffee in the morning. I'd recommend only if you're traveling solo or just need a really cheap place to crash.

Been staying for over 2 months I have a small dog a very small dog I've also been paying 10.00 a night even though there website says there pet friendly now tonight they charged me 15 and said the manager came to my room this morning And collected 15 more dollars what a joke if they want to keep our business they need to make it right js or I won't be back and I've been paying nightly so I know they are making money off me so why charge me extra then lie about coming to my room and collecting 15 more dollars the next morning which never even happened and I've already paid 10 the night before this is the only problem I've had beside refrigerators and tvs and ac units not working so if they won't to get a better rating from me quit trying to screw me over this ain't a holiday inn or a Hilton inn express

Checked in yesterday 1/2/22 around noon I stayed in room #114 none smoking it was very clean good service nice staff thanks for hiring right staff

I’m a realist so when I booked a $50 a night hotel, I was not planning on walking into a Hilton. However, the service was great!! They called me when I hadn’t check in by 6:30 pm to make sure I was OK and to let me know my room would be ready when I got there and check-in only took 5 minutes The only thing I wanted the room for was a comfy bed, a hot shower, and a working A/C and they did not disappoint. The water pressure in the shower was nice and I never ran out of hot water. The room was clean but it is older. And the A/C was super cold on a sticky night. Now was the room perfect? No! It has some tiles in the ceiling that need fixed and could use some updating. But it did what I needed to do and had a good price.

DON'T STAY HERE! Rooms were dirty. The fridge smelled like death, the bathroom was disgusting. The walls were stained with I don't know what. The only reason we stayed was because we were driving 10 hours straight. I covered my pillows with my personal towels so my kids faces didn't touch the pillows. The sheets looked like they haven't been change or washed in a while. The comforter had a big hole. I could go on and on about the nastiness of our rooms. I'm just glad I had my sanitizing whiles to clean the door knobs, and such. I had to clean the toilet too. It was gross. My overall experience was bad. I think the owners should spend more time cleaning the rooms and keeping up with the place. I saw the house keeping staff and it was the owner just going in the rooms changing the towels, I didn't see any cart or cleaning supplies on him or anything like that. The only good thing I can say is that the morning receptionist was really kind but that's it. DONT STAY HERE!

It's a cheap motel. You get what you pay for, of course, and shouldn't expect otherwise. On the upside, there were no bugs, no trouble with anybody, and no problems with the facilities. So if you are looking for economic pricing, and don't mind the sound of semis, this place will be perfectly fine for you.

Horrible experience. The hotel we had booked was effected by a tornado the night before so finding another hotel was hard and landed on this one. Checking in took about 20 minutes when I was the only person there. The woman did serve a man that came in after me, during checking me in as well. She was a miserable old thing. Got even worse when we went into the room, the room was slept in! I went to the office and the wicked old woman, instead of apologizing, said “mistakes happen mam, that’s why they have abortions” 🤯🤯 I was shocked and disgusted at her comparison to giving me a dirty room. Disgusting place with terrible staff.

This place is gross. Spaghetti sauce handprint on the back of the door. No wifi. Only a couple of channels on the TV. Tub didn't drain, hairs all over the tub and shower. AC didn't work well. All furnishings dilapidated and smelly. It was 3rd world. Import the 3rd world, become the 3rd world.

This place is not recommended for anyone this is a public announcement I never seen bedbugs before matter had piss stains and blood on they tried to cover it up don't not waste your money

Really good size room. Good amount of channels on TV. There is Noise bc of the big trucks but they are one of the cheaper places. I stay here everytime I need a hotel.

Employees are friendly but the room is dirty shower ishower. Is dirty you know that someone Or bleach in the tub and left?

Rooms need to be updated but on the plus side I didn't see anything crawling

Dirty. Hair in bathroom, bath mat had holes in it, chairs were filthy and sheets were stained.

Great value. Good truck parking. Not sure why the new credit card fee.

The guy who checked me in was super friendly and VERY polite and helpful. The housekeeping is either 2w is either not doing their job, or half a*s doing so, bc there were many basic things that were not wiped down and hadn't been for a long time. If y'all need anyone, I started my own cleaning company years ago and have over 15 yrs experience cleaning residential and commercial jobs.

I was very disappointed I ask for room service and didn't receive and was given the run around about being accommodated for the bad service!

Rooms are HORRIBLE! Do not stay here ! Room had a water leak when it was cold outside in January. Horrible management and they will rip you off. DO NOT GO HERE !

The rooms were dirty and very uncomfortable!! The curtains was broken in one room and the air didn't work and it smelled horrible we changed rooms and it was mold on the ceiling it was late so we slept in our clothes because we was scared to take anything off. Very disappointed for the price we paid!! Never going there again!!!! NEVER

Waste of time, energy and money! Will never stay here or recommend to anyone! We booked this hotel as a half way point for our move from Tennessee to Oklahoma. We had a family emergency where my dad who lives with me was hospitalized unexpectedly and this hotel was not very accommodating when I called to change the reservation.

Not bad if your looking for a short stay that's inexpensive. Looks like they are updating the rooms. It looks a bit rough on the outside but there are updates inside the rooms. Huge parking lot, not full. Near a lot of things. The lady working the front desk was very nice. No breakfast in assuming because of covid. Only thing she didn't give us the wifi info and there is some mold on the ceiling in one spot room 111 don't know if it's new or old.

Nice room, has a microwave, dorm size refrigerator, flat screen TV. Easy walking distance to the flying j truck stop. And plenty of parking for 18 wheeler trucks. Fit what I needed.

i like this place, BUT there was a few bed bugs my first night staying here and it wasn’t very clean in here ! i literally went to the walmart down the street and bought CLEANING STUFF to clean my room! the BED? man it’s so UNCOMFORTABLE!! not to mention the staff lost my reservation and tried to kick me out even when i paid for multiple days in advance plus HOUSE KEEPING is so annoying, the workers here be ALL IN YOUR FACE!

Hotel Catfished !! The condition of this motel is awful. Upon entering the room, we could not help but to see the gapping creases in the ceiling, with paint cracked and hanging. I proceeded to the bathroom. Switched on the light.... There was a cockroach on the floor. I took a pic for proof I called the front desk to get a refund because surely we were not going to lay our head here! While waiting for a resolution from the front desk, we saw another roach by the mini refrigerator! To think this hotel has a no refund policy!! Thats extremely audacious! We ended up leaving to find other accommodations and we are still waiting to find out if we will get our refund! Never again!
