I left Mitchell to come here instead. I've been a patient here for several years. No regrets. I'm happy with my care here. I even transferred my elderly mother here after she experienced unacceptable treatment as a patient at Mitchell's office by the man himself. I'm grateful for Coast to Coast Medical.

Have always treated me with respect and care.Going through hard situation and they have really helped me know that I have somewhere to go that treats me as a person and helps me get the help I need.I always leave feeling understood,Thanks for all of the staffs hard work and wouldn't wanna go anywhere else.My quality of life is so much better with this place and all staff is amazing💜 Also for people that complain about the wait,I get it but they are doing best they can with room full of people.You can always go somewhere else. If someone is bad off or kid I would gladly be ok waiting little longer.Just remember they serve alot of people and doing the best they can so just expect to wait and will always be someone worse off than u.

Fast health care, wait was minimal! Got there for my DOT physical, the place was packed there at 8am when they opened. Was out before 10am! That is so very fast for a full clinic! Good friendly nurses and doctors! I will be using them for health care in the future!

I cannot say enough about our wonderful experiences with Lance and his staff. When we went to him for the first time, I was blown away. He took his time with us, did a head to toe assessment that I haven’t had a Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or a Nurse do on me since I was in the hospital in 2014 on the Cardiac floor with Congestive Heart Failure. Sad, scary, but true. If you want to be treated like you are Lances family, then this place is for you. He and his wife are absolutely amazing!!

Shout out to Natalie!! She's is such a good dedicated employee and strives help people. The Dr's there are amazing with very good manners . And to all the nurses. Such hard workers in such hard times. Thank you!

What's the point of making an appointment when you still have to wait in your car for 3 hours? They kept telling me they'd call me when I'm next and I'm looking at the time and my daughter has an appointment by 1 at her clinic. I'm so frustrated. I've been waiting forever to be seen for a COVID test. I have got to find a different pcp.

Been my doctor an dot physical place for years an I must say Victoria is the best doctor hands down I was a diabetic currently almost off my medication I've lost weight an feeling good the meds she proscribed me for my sinuses is working wonders I must say if I could give 10 stars I would

Everyone is nice and polite. My company told me there was truck and trailer parking. You can definitely get in but you have to back out to leave. So maybe you can drop your trailer in a truck stops in West Memphis and bobtail a couple of miles to this place. But, I made it in and out with the 18 wheeler, truck and trailer.

Made me wait from 9 am till 5:30 pm to tell me they can't redo my prescription unless I go in for a physical and blood work. I'm in MO. I have high blood pressure. I'm not asking for an addictive drug. So they know I've been on the same med. Never called to say I've had a problem with it. So ok let her have a stroke. Then they wonder why I hate doctors

This place is not worth the place it built on. The things up front are ryde could care less, don not care about the patient. The patient could be bleeding out and all would be fine. You could be dead and they wouldeave you where you are. All they got going for them is Lance Harrell without him this place would shut down. Whixh would not hurt me. I would get better care from a snail then this place. It needs to shut down

My last visit started off great. I only had to wait 30 minutes before being called to triage, and I went straight to a room after that. Dr. Chris was perfect, professional, and polite. It was the nurse that was my problem. I didn’t get her name, but she came in to tell me I had to get two shots. Then she rushed me to “pull my britches down.” It felt like she stabbed me with the first shot, although she was gentler with the second. She told me to pull my pants up then check out. I did, and some of whatever she had injected me with got on my hands and clothes. When I got to the window I told the receptionist I received two shots, but I didn’t know why. She had to pull my file to tell me what was going on. Besides the nurse coming in all aggressive, with no information, acting as if she didn’t have time.... it was a decent visit
