The tank wash department is now owned by Quala wash. Used to be a great trans wash now is trash. Arrived around noon for my trailer to steamed to be brought up in temp. Dropped it, came back at 7 am next day to pick it up and it had not steamed at all. Worker guy said “ oh but you left” I was like so…. I went to the petro down the rd. How does that affect you hooking up to the trailer & if was some sort of issue why didn’t they call my cell, I listed it on the paperwork!!! Also noted I was dropping it and waiting for it. Incompetent workers.

These guys are freaking awesome. I'm an owner OP. I brought my truck in to get an inverter installed. They did all the hook-ups and improvised on the spot for necessary parts. I dealt with George and Claude. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and their cost effective measures towards saving me a fortune was right on the money. Thanks Guys... Grace Trailer Services is definitely my shop of choice for all my truck necessities. I had an issue with my water temp being to high. Same techs had the part delivered and installed with no concern. They worked over time just to make sure I made it out of the shop today instead of sitting another day. They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was road ready. I couldn't have asked for better techs to work on my rig. I will be back boys...

They do it all! Washout transport tanks as well as trailer repairs. Joe and his crew get things done. Jason and his crew can find whatever part you need. Daniel runs a tight ship. The secretary is very kind and understanding. Highly recommended!

Had a broken copper line going to the vapor recovery in the crows nest. Was fortunate that they fixed the issue within 45 minutes. This sort of service brings customers back. Outstanding job

This could be a good place if they would actually do what they said they would. We took a trailer in for a five year inspection, and they wouldn't pass it, said they had to order parts, well after 3 1/2 weeks our shop mechanic called them and they said they were still waiting on parts, our mechanic called Dallas where the parts were coming out of and and had to have them re-ordered. This is a poorly ran place.fyi our trailer is still not done!

Great Place. I needed a part for my 2013 Great Dane Trl and they had one on the shelf. I was having work done on my trailer at Great Dane in Memphis Tennessee took the part I needed from Grace Trailer Services over to the Great Dane dealership unfortunately the part didn't work but Grace Trailer Services allow me to return it and get a refund.. very polite people easy to get along with.
