10-16-19 lunchtime. The line was not long. The lady at the register was polite, sociable, and helpful. The food was not bad just not for me. I would recommend and I’m sure I’m not the only one that Raising Cane’s should have a spicy chicken option as well as carry barbecue sauce. Not everyone eats your special sauce, just saying.. This location was kept clean.. Overall it was not a bad experience and I would return to a Raising Cane’s but it would not be my first option.

Okay seriously! I absolutely love Cane's Chicken. I will go out of my way many times when I am traveling to get some because I don't have them in Florida around the Destin area. I just stopped at your store and I am completely disappointed. Again I have literally eaten at hundreds of King throughout the country because I travel a lot. Lee's Chicken tenders are the smallest I have ever gotten anywhere. It's almost like you took two pieces of chicken and cut them into four pieces. They're almost the same size as the french fries. Seriously guys?

First time there. Great service. Reminded me of Zaxbys with less selections. No wings, just fingers and sandwiches. But it was tasty. Sorry, we ate before the pictures.

The service was quick and responsive, they were patient and waited while we figured out what we wanted. The food was good and hot. The bread is always fresh and buttery 😋

If they don't stop decreasing the size of the chicken strips (the main food item!) any smaller, there will only be chicken nuggets!!! And to have paid close to $17 for one combo order, I expect a lot better quality of food! And the fries used to be great, but as most fast food these days, not much is as it used to be. The main kudos for Cane's these days is there sweet tea! It's the best!

I ordered 7 canes finger 4 piece combos for pickup for a sleepover. The plates and drinks were ready when we got there, they got all the drinks correct and had already put in carrier trays, included an extra canes sauce in the plates, were super polite and had plenty of napkins, silverware, and ketchup in bag with plates. Was very pleased overall.

Just like Zaxby's, Cane's started out with large chicken fingers but over time they keep shrinking. Other than that, Cane's is great. Great lemonade & sweet tea! Although we had some issues with new employees that weren't up to par.

It was very good. I just didn't agree with paying extra for a different sauce when I paid 45 dollars for 3 meals. They should give you a choice of 3 different dipping sauces.

Very nice workers. I liked that they were more like me and nice to me. People that don't look like I do have turned fast food into a bad experience for people that look like me. I'm always happy to see a person that looks like me working there because I know it will be clean, I will be treated respectfully, and my food won't make me sick. So good job for the people that look like me working there. It shows on the quality of ur food, cleanliness of the establishment, etc.

Fast service, the food was really good. The music was a little loud. The bathrooms were clean but the soap in the lady's room was empty.

My daughter had a chicken sandwich and the grease was burnt and it smelled and taste burnt I told her to take it back but she wouldn't do it they must have fried our food in a different fryer because ours didn't smell like that only my granddaughters and my daughters did. I used to be general manager of a full-service restaurant and if you don't do your fries like you should the grease will burn and that one fryer had grease that was burnt so terrible you could smell it outside otherwise we absolutely love Canes

I wish we had stayed on the road and found somewhere else. I stopped here while driving from our vacation, headed back home in MS. Maybe it was the late timing, I don't know, but our food just tasted burnt...that's it. Without the sauce, it was just a burnt-smell taste. With the sauce, it was a sauced up burnt-smell taste. We'll just keep driving next time.

Staff not paying attention to questions but answered confidently wrong. The food is really good like all Raising Cane food is. The Texas toast is my favorite 😍

Quality Canes locations. Food is always out fast and on point! Highly recommend!

I can't understand how a chicken joint with no sauces available except their nasty "signature" sauce stays open. If the chicken were delicious, I might could understand. But it's barely above mediocre.

Visited this location on 10/1/22 during lunch it was busy and didn’t mind waiting 20 minutes in drive thru. Food was very fresh, customer service was A+! Very impressed, so decided for lunch again on 10/3/22 I would visit again. I got the same exact meal. Box-No slaw-Extra fries(NO SALT). Today however I was very disappointed with what I was given. I got to my location and I called the store, spoke with a manager named MIA or MIYAH, I politely informed her that when you double dip fries back in grease IT DOSENT REMOVE THE SALT. My food today had to be thrown away and waste of money and time. Reason for throwing it away is because the manager told me “she was actually dropping the food, she also told me that the crew member FORGOT TO CHANGE HIS GLOVES… now I was disgusted because I didn’t know exactly what she meant. I also explained to her that my tenders, bread were not even hot. The fries were full of grease, dark brown and had SALT! Instead of apologizing and accepting the wrong that was done she proceeded to be defensive. I just ended the call, lastly she asked if I wanted to come get a fresh remake. To which I declined number one, it should have been made to my request in the first place, secondly it should have been your first choice to apologize and offer a replacement. Lastly, I was disgusted by her telling me that the crew member didn’t change his gloves when handling the food. So with that being said I highly doubt I ever visit a RC in this area.

Way below the high standard of the many Raisin’ Canes we have visited across the country. Grease old? No salt on the old fries. Send the training staff back to this location. With TWO Chic-Fil-A across the street? You need to be the best to draw this West Monroe community away from Chic-Fil-A! You will closing up soon if you do not improve. Trust me, we know our Cane’s!

If you thought the cup labeled unsweet would in fact be unsweet… you’d be incorrect. Actually the one labeled unsweet is 5x sweeter than the unlabeled. Never gagged over a drink so badly, luckily the food was decent enough to contain my lunch from earlier. I beg of you don’t do this to me again, us unsweet lovers shouldn’t be mocked and tortured like this #justiceforunsweettea

Was excited to see the line wasn't a mile long like the one pn Louisville. You CAN NOT go there for drive thru, literally will be a hour or longer in line.

My daughters favorite place! I wish I was kidding but she only eats this specific chicken! So if you have picky eaters it’s worth it!!

My daughter and I stop by Canes on the way home . The food was horrible and this is a first for us. The tenders was dry and hard like they have been sitting there. And we love Canes so we just couldn't believe it.

Always really good and consistent. Even when they're packed the line moves steady. You get what you expect from them every time and it tastes good every time. It's worth ot to get the Caniac combo and the tea is so good.

Food is GREAT! Drive thru was quick and workers were attentive, polite, and professional. I've only eaten Raising Cane's a few times, but it is by far my favorite!!! I highly recommend Raising Cane's to everyone!
