What a fantastic hotel - my partner and I both agree that we found our New York hotel. We stayed at The Wall Street Hotel for 1 night in August during a layover, and arrived after a red eye into New York. We got the hotel around 10am just to see if we could store our luggage there. Luckily, the front desk staff were able to get us a room early (with no extra cost) and we even got an upgrade. The room was fantastic and roomy (especially for NY) and the bed was comfy. The shower was especially nice as the water pressure was high. But the real winner were the amazing staff. We were greeted in the afternoon by cannoli’s left by the team, and we even got turn down service in the evening. There were small things that the room service team did that made our stay wonderful. The bar cart in our room was kept well stocked (the prices were not too bad by the way.) And the staff in the bar downstairs were so kind, and the drinks were great as well. All in all, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at recently. It may be a bit pricey, but it’s well worth everything, as you will be treated well at this wonderful hotel.

I stayed two nights over two weeks, one an Otto Suite and the other a two-bed standard room. Beautiful rooms and lovely amenities. The food from room service was inconsistent and not great for the value. We requested board games as listed on the website, but they no longer offer those. The beds are very hard. I had to sleep on top of a pillow to lessen the pain. Bar cart prices were very reasonable, and the turn down service was excellent!!

I had a wonderful experience at The Wall Street Hotel. Staff is top notch. Eddie at the front door was very kind and welcoming. The room was decorated beautifully. Everything was extremely clean. The bathroom floors were heated which added to a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay downtown but location is easily accessible to other parts of the city. Hotel is also located near the Seaport, World Trade Center, and Battery Park. Will defiantly be back!

I chose this hotel for a one night stay in NYC, my first time in US and NYC. The hotel has a very pretty interior and the rooms are beautiful and made to make you feel very comfortable. Beautiful views as well. On the personnel side, valets are really welcoming and nice, the bar and reception staff not so much. Having a hospitality background, I expected a high standard of service here but all I got at the reception was pretty much what I could have done through a self check-in: get the room key. The reception staff does not want to get to know their guests or make them feel at home even if it‘s for one night. The first few minutes at the hotel totally missed the hospitality and warmth one expects from a 5 star hotel. I did not receive any information at the check-in, such as an overview of hotel amenities, when the check out time is, what is there to do in the vicinity or in the city in general. This made me wonder: what is the purpose of the reception here? To conclude, pretty interior of a hotel is nothing without its people and does not justify the high price of stay on its own.

The Wall Street hotel is a luxury hotel located on the the crossroad of Wall Street and Pearl. We were greeted by a very nice staff at the reception, provided a key, instructions for parking around the area, dining recommendations and even historical landmarks to visit in downtown. The room was big and beautiful had two windows, king sized bed, huge bathroom with 2 sinks and a gorgeous shower. The AC worked great and was easy to control. I should also compliment the staff for their excellent and fast service. I asked to bring me a dental kit to the room and it was delivered to me in seconds. There is a lounge and a restaurant on the first floor. We had a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was wonderful: the service, the food, the atmosphere. We had a beautiful experience at the Wall Street hotel.

Five stars, definitely will be back! Stayed here with my family for 5 nights in a Carnegie suite, room as well appointed and sufficient in size. I've stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world and the Wallstreet hotel is top notch all around especially for what you pay. The staff during check-in were gracious, rooms were very nicely appointed albeit a bit small, door men were all very attentive and helpful with any requests. Will definitely be back

I have never given a 5 star hotel review before, but this hotel!!! Wow. From the moment we walked through the door, we were absolutely blown away with the true 5 star level of service and amenities one should expect. The property is stunning, clean, cozy, and no detail was overlooked. The rooms are so cozy, and fully stocked with anything (I mean anything) you could possibly want or need during your stay. The location on Wall Street is quiet, almost nothing is heard in the room and there are TONS of yummy restaurants and attractions just footsteps away. I could go on… the staff, food, ambience… absolutely perfected. The only “con” I have is the location. If you plan on doing things from midtown to uptown, it’s definitely a trek. But that’s also personal preference, not a deal breaker. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one truly put them to shame. Just excellent.

Stayed here just before Christmas and it was wonderful. Valet/Doorman took our stuff right to our room. Front desk was warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and we loved the decorations. Cannot overstate how clean everything was. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms have heated floors. Amazing hotel that we hope to come back to soon.

I've been going to NYC for business for years and have also taken my wife and toddler to visit as well for a vacation. I've typically stayed in Midtown, but I was recently introduced to the Wall Street Hotel. It's hard to imagine wanting to stay anywhere besides there again for business or a vacation. The hotel and service are world class, and the financial district neighborhood has so much authenticity and charm with many attractions in the area. Make sure to check out Battery Park which is nearby and get some incredible glimpses of the Statue of Liberty as well as the World Trade Center.

The Wallstreet Hotel is one of the best Hotels, we have ever stayed! The perfect choice for visiting, business or getting married. The staff had been exceptionally kind, helpful and sincere. Excellent bar, very popular. Very close to subway, ferries, Brooklyn Bridge, one World…. Great biking or running around the south tip of Manhattan. We will come back!

Since the beautiful Lounge at the Wall Street Hotel opened, I have counted myself among the regulars enjoying this glamorous and inviting space. The wait staff and bartenders are without fail helpful and genial. In particular one server, Tina, has made me and my friends feel at home and couldn’t be a nicer person! The cocktails and food are top notch; highly recommend a visit!

Awesome! We hosted a wedding in the area and used the hotel for a room block for our guests. Fantastic experience for all. Rooms are great, staff is wonderful and the bar/restaurant is lovely. Eddie at the front door is super helpful.

My wife and I stayed at the Wall Street Hotel in June 2023. The staff was always courteous, professional and genuinely friendly. We felt valued as guests from the moment we stepped foot inside the building. The rooms and hotel as a whole are as comfortable and calming as they are stylish and tasteful. It was a pleasure to be guests once again and we look forward to our next return. Thank you!

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and well designed. Large bathroom with great shower and heated floors. Bed was comfortable and they use very high quality linens (sheets, towels and robes). Lovely. Hope to return.

A Refreshing Stay at The Wall Street Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Wall Street Hotel, and it was a complete turnaround from the hotel we had previously been staying at. This place is a gem, especially if you're looking for a modern, clean, and bright hotel in the southern end of Manhattan. We were lucky to get a corner suite, which was not only spacious but also tastefully appointed. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident. The room service was amazing and thorough and the quality of the food was impressive. It's worth noting how exceptionally clean the rooms were. The housekeeping staff even left a lens cleaning cloth for my glasses, which I thought was a thoughtful touch. The hotel's staff, particularly in the bar, were outstanding. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, enhancing our overall stay with their attentive service. My family and I felt at ease in the bar and had great time connecting and chatting because it was conformable and not loud. While the hotel isn't close to many of the typical tourist sights, there's a certain appeal to the peace and quiet of the area. Plus, with the 2/3 (Penn Station) and 4/5 (Grand Central Station) trains nearby, you can be uptown in just 10-15 minutes, making it a convenient location for exploring the city and quiet down after a long day of crowds. The gym is clean and well designed. The only "knock" I would give the gym is that it doesn't have any machines (It does have treadmills and two Peloton bikes) but if you want to do exercises like pull downs or extensions, you'll have to use free weight instead. Like I said, this hotel is so good that this is the worst thing I can say about it. LOL I highly recommend The Wall Street Hotel to anyone needing to stay in this part of Manhattan. Its combination of modern comforts, exceptional cleanliness, and top-notch service make it a standout choice.

Just had a wonderful stay at the Wall Street Hotel! The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious for NYC and the showers were amazing!! Awesome location if you are looking to enjoy downtown as it is steps away from South Street Seaport, Battery Park, and World Trade Center Memorial. Plenty of dining options are also within walking distance. The staff was incredible and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

I was in need of a relaxing and centrally-located "home base" during a weekend full of activities I had planned in a few different places around NYC. I decided to book a night at the Wall Street Hotel and it was exactly what I wanted and some! First off, during, what felt like the quickest check-in ever, I felt like I was immediately in good hands- the staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was also quite impressed by the interior decor, everything felt wonderfully curated, I definitely took down some notes for my own space. Secondly, the room! To my utter delight and surprise, it was SILENT in there, I was a bit worried since the hotel is in a heavily trafficked area that the cars would be audible but that was not at all the case. The bed was **chefs kiss** phenomenal and even the pillows were too. The shower was a beautiful marble tile, of course, and the water pressure was great. Oh yeah, and the bathroom floor tiles have adjustable heating! Also can't forget to mention that there is a Nespresso machine with pods (and prompt refills upon request if you run out of pods), a perfect couch nook and table to remote work or drink said espresso in, and the cleaning staff leave chocolates after they've made your room! Lastly, the location is perfectly central. Being a block away from trains, buses, and the NYC ferry I was able to get to other areas in Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn, and even Queens super quickly. All in all, I look forward to my next stay!

We stayed at The Wall Street Hotel this past week for 2 nights as a family. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All staff were friendly especially the gentleman at the door. Both Eddie and David were so welcoming and friendly to our family. The rooms were very generously sized for New York and it had very high ceilings. The bonus perk was the heated floors in the bathroom. My husband also commented on how great the gym was. It has all new equipment and great for all types of workouts. We also spent some time at the lobby bar and it was a beautiful room with such high ceilings and great drinks. Looking forward to see what the rooftop bar will be like once that is open. The Wall Street Hotel is also conveniently located near the South Seaport, World Trade Center, and Battery Park. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights & had an absolutely luxurious experience. The rooms are spacious (especially by NYC standards), beautifully furnished and tastefully done. The bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows. There was also a nice minibar service with a great and reasonably priced selection. The bathroom was perfect with a large, walk-in shower with multiple shower fixtures and awesome water pressure. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful – they really make you feel welcome. The location is great for downtown – just a stone’s throw from all the major sights including the seaport, Trinity Church, World Trade Center, and New York Stock Exchange. The gym is first rate – with state-of-the-art equipment and a variety of weights – I have never seen such a well equipped Hotel gym. The bar off the lobby was comfortable, very stylish and had great service. All in all, a wonderful stay!

I stayed at the Wall Street hotel this weekend and it was a beautiful relaxing experience. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. This hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Everything is brand new and top of the line. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and this truly is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed in the room is extremely comfortable I got amazing rest. The room makes me feel like I am in a master bedroom in a beautiful house. The shower and bathroom is beautiful. The mini bar in the room is fully stocked with anything you could want. Anytime I needed anything the staff came right up to assist with a smile on their face. I highly recommend staying here I will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay and experience !

I was having such a nice time remembering our recent trip I thought I’d post a review. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful summer weekend at the Wall Street Hotel. All the staff were great, but we especially enjoyed a warm welcome by the doormen every time we entered the hotel. They were all so friendly and helpful and made us feel at “home.” Our room was stunning—the hotel’s decor is gorgeous. The room was very comfortable too, we woke up well rested every morning. And even though it was sweltering hot outside, we loved the heated bathroom floors—so cozy. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. I’d definitely stay here again.
