So glad this Wendy's opened up! There's plenty of seating and service is fast considering the large amount of people going in. Just be prepared for a little wait time since it's new to the area. It's very clean inside and they do have a restroom. There's also the option to order from the kiosk which is faster than being on line. Soda machines are available too. There's no parking garage that belongs to them so street parking is a bit hard, other than that happy to have a Wendy's nearby.

Police were called by staff due to problems with an aggressive non-customer that didn't respond to a management request to leave the premises after getting rough with the ice vending part of the fountain drink dispenser. I didn't feel safe and had to move out of the way, then eventually leave, so I had rather a nerve-racking coffee break. Unfortunately, scenarios of this nature are becoming commonplace in city fast food outlets.

This was my first time visiting this Wendy's, and my first time in more than twenty years to a Wendy's. The food was good, the oatmeal bar was delicious, and the French fries were really good. The person who took our order seemed a bit wooden and stiff, but to be fair, he could have been painfully shy.

Was nice and hot with fresh tasting food. Good service no complaints because they are cheaper than most of the other burger chains

I think it's great Wendy's is on bergenline now. My first experience wasn't the greatest. The lines were very long and it took some time to get my food. There were no seats available so I had to take it to go. Something was wrong with the soda machine because the cola tasted like seltzer. Absolutely disgusting. I had to urinate and there's was no restroom. Parking is an issue. It's best to go there on foot. It's new so I will give it the benefit of the doubt but some improvements need to be made. Best advice: use the kiosk when ordering, use a card for payment, and take it to go.

So the staff was wonderful i got the pleasure to meet Xioamara the Asm on duty who took my order . Very polite & welcoming . I also spoke with lucero who was very nice n well spoken. The restaurant was spotless clean and Well kept . Most bathrooms are disgusting to be honest but I’m was pleasantly surprised when I used this . It had toilet and soap lol . Thanks and great work 50th st .

Had the bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit and it blew my mind. Sooo much better than the bacon egg and cheese from McDonald's. By the way, the nuggets are the #1 out of all the other chains. So good that you don't need sauces for it.

The food here is always great. Burgers always come out nice and juicy 😋

Wendy's why would remove the grilled chicken sandwich. That was your best sandwich. The wrap is not good. I wished corporate read my comment and do something about it. Everything is fry. Why can you try to have something healthier on your menu???

This place never has their beverage machines filled with soda literally all the selections taste like seltzers water and they do nothing about it. It's been two years this way so I only come for the food and never order a drink because I come twice a week but they just don't fill it with the syrup.

Glad there is a Wendy’s here now but the service is slow and horrible. This place is empty and was having trouble with the kiosk. Asked the woman walking around wiping tables if she knew if something was wrong with it and she said I don’t know and walked away. She didn’t offer to help me at another kiosk or take my order. 2 burgers took over ten minutes and there was only one other customer. Location seems well kept but obvious employees aren’t trained well and no sign of management.

Food 5/5 got my food fast less than 6 min Service 5/5 the guy who helped me was polite I like the vibe

Manager didn't look just said no specials but online found special he didn't want to be bothered very unprofessional

Brand new location and of course it's bergenline so it's known to have rough parking in the area until the new parking garage opens up near by. Overall great fast and friendly service.

Sep 29 2023 nasty shouldn't wipe ur boogers and sweat while preparing food Just came out of this Wendy's tell the guy in the blue shirt please wear a mask if he's wiping his boogers every few second but wearing gloves next time wear a mask makes no sense to wear no mask but wear gloves and Every second wiping his boogers and sweat while preparing my food instead you wanna wear your gloves and wipe ur boogers while ur preparing food not cool waisted 16 dollars I'm not eating this food next time wear a mask Then have the nerv to get mad when I say something about it Mean while everyone else is wearing gloves and mask
