Great Paris Baguette location! Good selection of pastries and cakes. Good coffee. What else to ask for?

Welcome to the Neighborhood Paris Baguette! We are glad you’re here. I’ve been waiting for this place to open, they have great pastries 🥐 and cakes. We got coffee and a few pasties to take home. The customer service is top notch. They also have sitting space which is great

Would not recommend. The service was terrible. We were in a line of 15 people and every 10 minutes we moved up. This place takes INCREDIBLY long. Much less, when in line, employees are pushing through you to get pastries in the glass door. Many people were angry in how disgustingly long they had to wait in line for OK food. People constantly take your seat too.

This is commercial faux French food. I feel bad for the employees because they were never trained so it is not their fault the service is not great ( it took forever to complete an easy order.) Additionally, the coffee was watered down. My brother's coffee looked as if they poured gallon of milk in it even though he said very little milk,( because took so long and had to get to work we just left instead of ask for new one). The trash bag was already at capacity and no one seemed to care even though a customer pointed it out to an employee. This will do well in area with people who do not know real French food or care. I can see this becoming another hub where work from home people hang all day on laptops and trash it up.

So happy to have a Paris Baguette in the area. Great selection of pastries, cakes, and salads. Everything was well organized and looked fresh. Staff was super friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

One of the worst managed Paris Baguette locations. The location has opened without adequate employee training where employees do not even know how to use the register and customer turn around is very slow. On Sunday Nov 5th, it took over 15 minutes just to pay for two croissants and the manager looked too afraid to speak up or jump in and help as the line was building up

Appetizing selection of delicacies to match a wonderful cozy coffee selection.... unfortunately the service is slow

What a relief for Paris Baguette to open in the area with their great range of addictively delicious pastries and snacks🎉! The minor teething problems (long queues/slow service, order hitches, loyalty points etc.) should settle in due course.

Was so excited to have this open up close by. Held off reviewing initially as everyone noted the slow service, etc. Figured there were kinks to be worked out. But they have had enough time now. Service still slow. Line and space inefficient. And today the tongs were all sticky, and we bought 6 pastries, none of which could possibly have been made today. All tasted like we shopped the day old section. Disappointing.

All 5 stars for the service! The general manager, this really sweet Chinese girl, helped me get the perfect cake delivered to my friend. I really appreciate all of the kind staff! Thank you so much!!

We’ve were very excited for the place to open. Their pastries are very nice. They put too much milk into cappuccinos though making them taste like lattes. One of the staff members making the cakes had her unclean looking hair down when she was making the cakes which is quite unsanitary. Would go back for plain coffee and pastries but obviously not the cakes.

This place is amazing! I especially want to shout out Ari for her amazing energy, and always making me feel super welcome! She never fails to go above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience whenever I come in. I typically come in for the amazing peach iced tea, and she always makes it the best! I sincerely cannot recommend this place enough. Between the amazing, super friendly staff, and the amazing drinks/food, it blows certain competition across the street out of the water! 😉 Thank you again to Ari and all of the amazing morning staff who always make the experience at Paris Baguette super enjoyable. - Joe

Staff needs more training Pastries are delicious but seem over baked, they look too brown. But nice place in general, good for West New York (with Paris’ prices :)) )

This place is great, the food, atmosphere and the staff they're all great especially the cake staff, Keila and the rest of them there are exceptional at what they do and they do it with a smile on their face. Also the espresso donut is amazing 😻

I was in shock.. This is port imperial the zone of busy and people expect quality and have a great service… but shelves were empty, no restock even on the beverage refrigerator. There were 4 people and I’m guessing two Caker’s and no one could restock and help if we had questions…. There was a long line of more than 8 people and two cash registers and the line could not be moved quickly and efficiently….very long wait time to pay and my car double parked this is ridiculous. Staff were dry all with serious faces no one but one lady. Never again. I have been to other Paris baguette and this one not good. I’ll stay in palpark or fort Lee!
