Always great service when I come in , quick and fast usually do mobile orders . Enough space to sit and eat. They also have the kiosks to order from. They take all war in take out and delivery. Please note picture were taken in the night that is why the kiosk says it’s closed.

I had the worst customer service here . Specially from the cashier who took my order today . I got nothing from what I ordered plus he had the audacity to lie to the manager in front of my face . He told her a made up story . Plus he and the other 2 women's packing food were taking smack about me . I don't mind people messing up what gets me mad the people would lie and not accept what they did . I'm giving 2 star just because the manager was the only one who actually pay attention to me and wasn't rude about it . She fixed my order. At the end she was even confused on how in the world the guy got that order from . Most of the employees act like you getting things for free here . No I'm paying my food .

In the 30 or so years I've lived in this neighborhood I've had the privilege of enjoying meals in many restaurants all over West New York. I remember the first time I entered this particular McDonald's almost 20 years ago and I remember the service and food being the absolute worst. I can safely say that after 20 years they haven't disappointed. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to in my adult life. Your order is never correct and you're almost guaranteed dirty floors and filthy soda vending areas. Today the soda area was so filthy that I actually decided to take a loss and skip it. Today was the first time I've entered this restaurant since before the pandemic and I can at least give them credit for being consistent throughout the years. Well, I'm glad to live in an area where there are many more options... and less expensive. I run a small hospitality business a few blocks away and I make sure to advise all my guests to avoid this McDonald's at all costs. I decided to give it another chance to see if anything has changed, But I think I expected too much

To whoever packs my Uber eats order from here.. What did i do to yall 😭. My order is never right, or missing something. No straw, drink had so much ice that in 3 sips half the drink is gone. I give up ordering here.

One of the male workers was really disrespectful and rude to some children that were just there. Behavior like that should be unacceptable in a place we’re children go, even worst with the things the guy said to those child.

The service was to slow I waited about 10 minutes jus for a burger and fries and they wasn’t busy.

They were preparing my delivery meal for literally 1 hour. And I ordered only one burger 🙃 This place is always delayed and usually there is something missing

Ordered a big breakfast this morning and we’ll they definitely need to change the name from big to small. Besides the food the service was horrible they forgot the coffee that was ordered as well as the jelly and butter for the meal. I had to get up and ask for my missing items, I also asked for a water cup because I wanted some tap water but the manager gave me such a attitude telling me and I quote your only getting a cup is if you buy one so what size you want. Figures she doesn't where a name tag so people cant complain about her. I bet this isn’t the first time she’s done this

The place was very dirty, the tables, the floor, only one person was doing their best to clean and the tables were not her priority. I'm very disappointed with the taste of the hamburger (2a), maybe 2 years ago I felt it better; I justify why I have stopped going to Mc. Finally, the place, which is well designed, presents an environment that leaves much to be desired.

The food and coffee is usually fresh at this location. The service is good too. If you speak Spanish it's a plus. I always use the mobile order or kiosk. It saves time. They keep it clean and have a play area and bathroom but you have to ask permission to use. There are some regulars that hang out in here so seating is limited. I always take it to go. Watch out for the after school rush crowd. The lines can get long and crowded.

This is good, but this specific location is always out lattes & everything like that except ice coffee. Weird.

This McDonald’s always has some strange people lurking about, day or night. It’s more the neighborhood than them. The ketchup never dispenses, the soft drink machine is often empty and the screens for the pending orders in the front is never accurate.

Probably the most useless staff I've seen on the East Coast. I only buy drinks or pies here and somehow those orders have been incorrect on more than one occasion.

A complete joke of a McDonald's along with the employees order was wrong along with the menu price not the same I was overcharged for a soda when the menu states their a dollar any size when Iasked the manager why I am being charged more when it's a dollar she gave me an attitude stating not here the soda machines were all empty and when I asked the cashier to fill it she's said we don't have soda DON'T WASTE YOU'RE TIME HERE

They alway forgot when i order and then when i order my chicken nuggets the 10 they always gave me 6 pices
