So fresh and delicious. It’s reminiscent of an Indian inspired “Chipotle style” restaurant. The menu has such creative healthy dishes. The portions are what we should be eating not the oversized meals we’re use to. Prefect for takeaway or a casual lunch date.

Great quick stop for lunch! I work in the area and all the restaurants have insane wait lines. I ordered and had my food within 5 minutes! Affordable priced and so filling! Got a build your own bowl with salmon, rice, sweet potatoes and cauliflower and each component of my food was delicious! Will definitely be back! Also their bottled oat milk chai drink is so yummy!

Seemed like a nice place - ordered the vegetarian DYI on 2/2 through a doordash pickup ordered. When I opened up, I found a hair in the food. Later checked the health inspection for this place, and the health department has noted there was evidence of 1) mice and 2) inadequate personal cleanliness back in 2022. They offered to remake it, however at that point the damage was done, and opted to get a refund through doordash instead. Safe to say I won't be returning.

A healthy Indian food with a twist. We tried several dishes and were impressed. Seems quite popular for take aways. Service is fast. We enjoyed the food quality and the taste.

Delicious food. We had the chickpea coconut curry and it was very good. The place is modern, bright, and clean. The entire menu is gluten free, they said. The food came very quickly. A great lunch spot.

Ordered the karma bowl and it hit the spot. Good price for the amount of food you get. Will def be back!

This was a strange ‘fusion’ place which I really wouldn’t call Indian. The falafel chaat bowl really didn’t work for me, and the white rice was too bland and dry with it. Wouldn’t recommend

What a great experience. Walked past here a few times debating whether I go in. Finally did it and food was great but the service was even better. I don't know the guys name what such a great guy. Would absolutely come back! Update: The guys name is Eric:) Treated every person that entered with so much respect & appreciation. Great guy!

SO glad I stopped by this place on my late night hunt for a proper good meal. Chicken Tikka Masala (made by Latinos & Latinas) was absolutely unreal!! Had a slightly different twist to it with the cilantro in there. Chicken thighs were plentiful and super tasty. Next to try is the Golden Chicken Curry.

Grabbed Inday for lunch a few times recently and I must say it's ALWAYS so good and fresh. I have been getting the salad bowls which are really unique. The portions are nice and big and I love how they have a healthy approach to Indian food!

This turned out to be a delicious option for a quick healthy lunch. The space is small but clean and chill ambiance, really fresh ingredients, fast and friendly service, and the foods totally refreshing and tasty seasonings! But just a heads up that green sauce is spicy!!

Had a fantastic meal at Inday, wandered in hoping the food was as good as it sounded by the menu at the door and it was that and better! Eric the manager was so helpful suggesting various options and super friendly - loved the homemade chai and lemonade to wash it all down. Shame we can’t take you back to London!!

My favorite quick lunch spot in midtown! Healthy options, vegan friendly, assembled quickly and under $15. And Guillermo is a delight 😊

Great atmosphere and great food also. Would highly recommend! Great customer service also. The cashier ( man with the glasses) during lunch time is always a friendly face to see!

Pretty good Indian fusion place. I liked the golden curry chicken. They just opened up in here. Must try if you like Indian food and are looking for a healthy option near grand central terminal. Staff seem friendly. They only take credit cards though. You choose a bowl and base. Will definitely go back to try other flavours.

Love the no-frills signature bowls concept. Menu is super interesting & healthy for most part. If you want subtle Indian flavors without the mess, Inday is the perfect spot. Quality is pretty consistent too. I like how it's never too crowded and service is fast.

Food was above expectation. Quality and quantity for this price is really good. I enjoyed the chicken tikka masala. Very close to the indian spice level and taste. People here are really nice and a decent place to sit and have your meal in small groups.

Nice and healthy the kebab is really good the portions are not to big but very tasty and the price are reasonable the place is very clean and they have a very good service

The rice is 9/10 times always hard. Why can’t they quality control the rice? It’s literally in every dish. It feels like I’m chewing on uncooked grains. It really kills the dish.

The worst eating experience in a while. Ordered 4 dishes for lunch takeout. The food was tasteless bland and inedible. We all had to throw it out. Please do not become a victim of your success and go back to producing food of good quality

Do you want a place to eat in the business of NYC? I am from the area. People are busy and rude. I was extremely well taken care of. I got there earlier for a work lunch. I waited for 30 minutes. The manager brought me French fries ( the good ones!) to make my waiting better. ( free of charge!) when you find a place in NY like that, you better treasure it.

Super yum, fast service, friendly workers, good price point ($15-20), and they have great WiFi when I eat in. I always get the lentil falafel chaat bowl with half rice half salad. The roasted sweet potatoes with the coconut sauce was divine. Complex flavors, gluten free and vegan. Tastes fresh and healthy, not greasy or heavy!

Inday is delicious, healthy and clean food. It’s salads and bowls with Indian flavors. Perfect if you are craving yummy food but also want to eat healthy.

The food was good and definitely healthier tasting. I got their chicken Tikka masala with chicken thighs and mix of rice and spring mix. The service was very fast.

Clean, healthy, gluten free Indian cuisine represents a fantastic value. App works smoothly and there are lots of delivery options. The food is really tasty. We are ready to order again. Dining in is an option: the interior space is minimalist comfort.

Amazing and soul enriching vegan/vegetarian options. I specially loved the sweet potato side dish, it reminds me of sweet potato chaat that I used to have in Delhi, India. Photos: Falafel over rice, Gun powder potatoes and sweet potato side dish
