Ordered delivery via Uber Eats one Sunday afternoon and everything came on time. Since my in-laws were over for lunch and they haven't had a whole lot of mediterranean food, we wanted to get a little bit of everything for them to try. Here is everything we got: Eggplant Salad - pretty standard. No complaints here Shepherd's Salad - refreshing. I always like a good shepherd's salad if I'm eating a heavy meal of lots of meat and rice Falafel - this was good. I thought it was just a side of falafel but was pleasantly surprised when it came with rice, salad, and hummus Fries - soggy and crinkle cut, but nothing the air fryer couldn't fix (2) Mix Kebab (adana kebab, chicken shish kebab, lamb shish kebab and chicken adana, served with rice) - the kebabs were a bit dry but in most of my experiences at other similar restaurants, they usually are. I really liked the adanas though. One of these is enough to share between two people Baklava - I don't love baklava because it's too sweet for me but at least this had a nice and strong pistachio flavor The food came with an entire baggie of warm and fluffy pita bread, which I loved. I think next time, I'll try to order some gyro with one of their pitas.

Tried this place again, after a bad experience, I ordered a large garden salad for $9.99 with "Tomatoes and Cucumbers" in the description. When I called about it, the owner says it's mostly lettuce,. I asked how he could charge $9.99 for a tin with only lettuce when it says it has tomatoes and cucumbers?? He said have you been to the store lately? You can't make this stuff up!!! Look at the photo. Is that a $10 salad??!! I understand prices have gone up, but lettuce is still inexpensive. TOTAL RIP-OFF.

I ordered via Uber eats, but wasn’t able to track the delivery as the restaurant delivers the food themselves . Uber eats stated my order was “still being prepared” when the delivery man called stating he had arrived. I was supposed to meet the deliver man outside , but he graciously met me inside the (warm) main entrance to my hotel ! Food arrived a tad early (beautiful) & with a polite smile ! All food was packaged impeccably !!! Furthermore , I was quite impressed with the quality & taste ! Red lentil soup was amazing and hot upon arrival . Cigarette pie was incredible ! I prefer hummus with garlic but their hummus was still like Christmas in my mouth ! Falafels were a bit too dry for my taste but the hummus made up for it ! I highly recommend trying the mix grill ! Last but not least the baklava was outstanding ! As a traveling nurse; this dinner made my night !

The portion of mixed kebab got significantly smaller and prices were raised. We used to buy it for dinner a lot but now we will have to go to another more affordable place. Food is just ok. Often meat tastes old and too salty. This time the rice had too much oil.

Friendly chef and staff. The baklava was excellent. The Lamb Kabob wrap was almost perfect - would have liked one (or two) more cubes of meat, but the seasoning was spot-on and the wrap flatbread was excellent; it was a most enjoyable experience. The eggplant salad was a little bland, but nothing that the diner could not tweak to their liking. The fries were a little soggy, but that is the problem with takeout fries.

Very disappointed!!! This place is over rated if I can I didn’t give any stars. the food super salty old bag salad, no dressing for the salad. Horrible tea for a Turkish restaurant, nothing to do with it. a very rude owner. Very expensive for such bad service and bad food. Never again

I took my son to have lunch there since I love Turkish food we got there & ordered lunch, the food took almost 20 minutes to be ready when we where the only costumers, we ordered some Adana wraps and honestly this is how it was composed, 75% was the flour wrap, 8% lettuce, 10 % tomatoes, onions and the 7% was the Adana meat all burned. At first I was so happy that we have Turkish restaurant in the town other than Latino restaurants, now that I have experience the restaurant all I can say good luck to the owner if he wants to grow his bank account he better by starting to change the way he sells his food..

Went to dinner and the ownership changed. The ambiance was a bunch of men hanging around inside like if it was a soccer ⚽️ 🤔 stadium all looking out of place. The food wasn't as good as before. The Hummus felt like it came out of a can, the pita bread portion was less then before and it wasn't hot or fresh. The horrible part was I was charged a gratuity as pictured in my bill. It was only me and my lady. I recommend that after this experience I best will never come back nor will I ever bring or recommend any one to go there. The service was not worth it.

I had the falafel lunch special. It comes with 5 falafels, hummus, one piece of pita, rice, salad, and a drink. The falafel is made fresh to order which takes about 10 minutes. I didn’t want any rice, however you can substitute it for an extra $3… I disappointed with my order because it lacked flavor and the portion very small, seems like a kids menu item. However the location is cute and so maybe other items in their menu may prove to be better options.

The hidden jewel of the house it's the Baklava. You can not go wrong ordering it with a Turkish coffee. It's explolosion of flavors. !!! Don't get me wrong the lamb it's also great specially Adana (charcoal-broiled) but if you're in Jersey this is a must stop. Definitely we're coming back.

Disgusting owner who was standing behind counter. I observed his worker touching garbage with his bare hands then handling my food immediately, when I told the owner he automatically went into defense mode and started arguing with me and asked if I wanted a refund immediately. I said no I've been waiting 20mins I don't want a refund tell your worker to put on gloves. But owner didn't give up and started yapping his mouth off, i couldn't even understand half the things he was saying because he doesn't speak proper English. Horrible first and last experience. Sad part is they are Muslim and so am I but they treat Americans with A lot more respect and dignity then their own kind, smh.

Excellent place, five star service from the manager, I assume. Fresh food, we really enjoyed all the dishes. Unfortunately we did not take pictures of all of them. But this place is highly recommended if you want to try Mediterranean Turkish Grill. We ordered liver falafel with humus and an Adana kebab. For drinks we had Turkish coffee, Turkish Tea and yoghurt drink. We would like to come back and try other dishes!

Here are some specific things I loved about Hudson Kebab: The food was flavorful and authentic. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The prices were reasonable. If you're looking for a great place to try Turkish food, I highly recommend Hudson Kebab. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered their kebabs with rice and I’m never gonna order from them again. The kebabs were hard like a rubber and wasn’t fresh at all. It took driver 10 minutes to bring me food from Resturant and it was stale. I paid $25 and got a stale food. Literally threw a food in garbage. Not recommended at all. Please save your money.

Very good place to dine in and for catering. We went for lunch to try out the food, spoke to the owner about catering, right away he brought us an appetizer sampler so we can taste and decide. It’s not about complimenting appetizers plate but it’s service. We placed order for catering and he came himself to deliver food. This is highly recommended place!

Food was good. Ordered a chicken Adana wrap w/ fries and bean stew. Stew seemed to be pricey for the serving size. Was taken back a bit for the 18% gratuity considering the service and seating. Will just take-out in future.

I liked the fact that their Turkish food tastes exactly same as foods in Turkey, which is very rare and amazing! Food is very fresh, delicious and good looking. Plus, It’s a very friendly restaurant. People are kind and sincere. Also, inside of the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and it is great to sit and eat. Deserves 5 star!
