So today I found the infamous popeyes chicken sandwich as I took a bite of this forbidden delicacy I felt a wave of emotions burst thru my body and soul leaving nothing but happiness and an inmatching sense of Immortality from the soft baked bread to the Greasy mayo mixed with the salty vinegary pickle and that crispy crunchy chicken breast I'm finally home life as I know it has changed

Good food busy but expensive 5chicken tenders 2 small Mac n cheese medium lemonade $22,00 dollars 🤨

They don't clean the tables or floor. If you don't ask for napkins or condiments they won't give them to you. Overall my experience was not a pleasant one. The food was fine.

I’m not asking for a smile but some basic manners would be nice. The people who take the orders look so miserable. The short skinny girl that looks like a malnourished Dominican boy with buck teeth needs to chill with her attitude. It not my fault she’s a cashier at Popeyes, she needs to aim higher is that’s the case. I been holding my tongue but next time she better watch her tone and do her job right.

Excellent service! My mother (who doesn't speak English) went to there with me, and they were very accommodating. They were understanding and gave her exactly what she wanted. A day later we went to Popeye's at West Side New York and they didn't have the same menu as they did over here... So yeah, 100% recommended for Hispanics who want a welcoming, patient service 😊

The flavor is very good ,Is getting too small needs more space or another branch on bergenline, it gets too pack cause is a small place ,and not enoug cooks or fast enough to get customers out they are cheating us with small french fries box and charging us a Large one, at Garden state mall the serve a large box french fries.this photo is the actual Large box we should get in every Popeyes.

The chicken is so good and the fries are the best at any fast food restaurant the bisket is soft but crunchy.

First time getting the wings, it so tiny, don’t order that. Everything else is good.

Chose a 3 pc meal. No drink. Was charged separately each chicken piece. (which is understandable) but to box everything individually. I ended with 2 bags full of containers. Odd choice to pack everything individually considering it was just for 1 person

I came to eat with three friends, we took takeaway, we made it clear in our menu that we wanted tenders, we got pieces of chicken, impossible to eat that, terrible service and wasted food and money

Was nice to have this close to our Airbnb while we were visiting.

You know....it's Popeyes. It filled a craving that I don't always have. The food was fresh, the tenders and chicken sandwich were good.

Ordered my food and got it pretty quick, the employees were nice and efficient but one of the smaller Popeyes that have been to.

I come here to grab food for other people they love it. They love this one over the one in Union City on Kenndy Blvd.

The chicken sandwich was amazing but it took a little long to make however I will come back again. food is also pretty expensive 1 sandwich and a small drink for nearly $9 I could get the same thing at Wendy's but with nuggets and fries (also known as the biggie bag) for $5.33 but again the sandwich was amazing.

I was charged $7.50 for a small lemonade and 1 chicken wing. Yall buggin' with the prices.

Menu only shows combos, not prices for pieces. I'm not going to pay 11 for 3 tenders and a side and a drink if all I want is the chicken, and just go blindly up to the counter to find out how much things cost. Boo to popeyes

Rudest customer service ever. The man who works there who only knows Spanish (1PM today on July 20) kept on arguing with me although I got stale cold food. I asked him kindly that I need to speak to someone higher and he said I’m not letting you know that information although that is the right of the customer. He delivered BAD and COLD food without any compromise and he also had terrible service and also did not provide a number for the person above him. He also told the girl there to hang up on me and not pick my phone up. I have been calling continuously and he’s not picking up. He needs to be fired immediately. That man is the downfall of this store.

It's a shame. I will not be going to this Popeyes no more. They got my oder completely wrong, which i understand it's an honest mistake but then they have the audacity to charge me 1.25 for each sauce and ketchup. I understand maybe if it was extra but it wasn't. After I tried to explain to her that I never got any sauce with my oder she told me the sauce was an additional charge. Complete RIPOFF!
