I am giving one star because it is impossible to give ZEROstars! I take pride in food… but this place gave me and my family food poisoning. Never again will I eat here or recommend this place to anyone. We ordered chicken nachos and I’m guessing they are doing a poor job at maintaining everything clean and watching out for cross contamination if we all got sick. Please do a better job at handling food!

Very bad service, very slow and the cashier ignores customers, apparently she doesn't want to work.

Cafe de olla was off the charts good. I've never really had Mexican coffee. It was made fresh along with the Tacos Al Pastor which were very, very good. Better than Tio Taco. Better than Tacos Veracruz. I havent tried much else but maybe their pizza is good too?

This restaurant is somewhat hidden so it might be a bit hard to find. The good is good, it offers a good selection of Mexican food and some more traditional U.S. classics. Overall, this location is alright, the food is not bad but also not the best. The price is more on the high side and the service is ok.

I'm from Los Angeles, and I miss Mexican food a lot. The only decent Mexican food I've had in the New Jersey/NY area was in Sunset Park Brooklyn. Until now. At Xochitl Tortilleria I had a pork torta that was yummy. My wife liked her bisteca taco (she also likes the carne asada tacos at Los Tacos No. 1 in NY). We agreed that both the refritos and the rice were excellent (the refritos were very smooth but tasted just right). The red salsa is very smokey and hot; we liked the green better, but it's still not like the salsa you'd get in L.A. The women at the counter were nice, though they don't seem used to speaking English. It took a while for our order to be ready, but they made it just as I asked (no cilantro on the torta but cilantro on the tacos). I look forward to trying the barbacoa. The tortillas are very good (that's how I found this place--a Mexican neighbor recommended the tortillas). They also have chips/dorados/ tostaditos. They had several good ripe avocados which is handy if you want more avocado or if you're making guacamole. I ordered to go (carry out) but next time will eat there so the food is fresher--there are several formica tables with benches.

The fries are soft and crunchy. Big portion of Cemita de milanesa de pollo. Good customer service the lady was polite.

The food was alright but they take a long time to take out the food!

EXCELLENT I RECOMMEND. my favorite restaurant of all time. these people are wonderful, almost like family to me at this point.

Tacos dorados tasted delicious in particular the beans, red sauce, as well as freshness of the crisp tacos.

Food is ok, can be better tho, they still need to work on their service

I like this place they have tacos Puebla they're delicious and also is very inexpensive they have jibaritos which is a Mexican drink with no sparkling soda I recommend this place because it's really authentic Mexican food their stuff is very polite in the place is clean

Unfortunately I don't see myself eating from this place again. I got extremely sick over the weekend. Whoever ate that chicken in my family got food poisoning, three days later still trying to settle our stomachs.

All is perfect in this place, the fresh food amazing. Good service, thanks we will be back.

The service in this place is horrible. Seems the employees don't want to work. I really don't recommend it.
