I’ve
been
going
to
that
Dunkin
location
for
YEARS
and
years.
Since
management
changed,
the
quality
has
gone
down
the
drain.
They
hire
a
bunch
of
teenagers
and
don’t
offer
them
proper
training
on
how
to
make
the
food
and
drinks.
Either
that
or
they
can’t
be
bothered
to
learn
(plus
they
are
rude,
get
your
order
wrong,
and
take
forever
because
they’re
too
distracted
talking
to
each
other
or
on
their
phone).
The
morning
crew
is
BY
FAR
the
most
competent
but,
if
you
go
at
any
other
time
of
day,
beware
the
quality
will
be
inferior
in
every
aspect.
The
Indian
guy
late
at
night
doesn’t
know
how
to
make
good
drinks.
The
donut
quality
also
decreased.
Now,
they
look
anemic.
Pale
as
a
sheet
-
as
if
they
were
barely
dipped
in
oil.
Inconsistent
quality.
If
you’re
lucky,
maybe
you’ll
enter
the
store
during
the
shift
of
one
of
the
workers
who
actually
knows
what
they’re
doing.
Trash
is
left
to
pile
up.
Oh
and
I
spotted
cockroaches
walking
by
the
sugar
and
straws,
right
beside
the
ice
cream
display
counter.
