The night crew at this location are so rude , there’s this tall male that does not know one thing of customer service. Then there’s a girl with really long hair and black round glasses that yelled at me for no reason, saying I had to pay over by the ice cream which I knew already , I was just looking at the baked goods they had in stock at the moment . The attitude from this night crew was just not it . Btw I had to describe the way they looked because they don’t wear name tags. Get better employees or better management. Nice place just like any other normal Dunkin. Employees are courteous and serve your drink on time. Unless you go during rush hour you can usually go in and have your stuff within a few minutes

I order a avocado toast didn't like because it got soggy the toast asked for it more toasted they didn't do it asked for money back couldn't get that so I had to order something else being in a rush to get to work had to management needs to be on top of this I've been coming hear for a while not sure if will often now

I just placed an order for pick up. I specifically asked for different type of bread for sandwich and when I unwrapped to see it was the original bread and not the one I requested. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO PEOPLE'S ORDERS. This is not the first and I'm sure won't be the last time you continuously mess up peoples orders. I see how employees work in this location and it seems they lack the proper customer service and clear lack following instructions reading order requests properly.

I order something that my sister wanted and I wanted a mango pineapple refresher for myself and they said the didn’t have any refreshers and when I was waiting for my sisters drink another person ordered the same thing and 3 Uber orders of the same thing and I saw them making it and so I complained and then they told me to leave and to never comeback this is so rude of them and it was hot to I got home so thirsty

Been going here for many years, but the quality has sure gone down throughout the years. The iced coffee honestly has a weird taste to it and barely has any flavor. When I order a iced caramel craze about 3 weeks ago, it tasted more like milk than coffee. I asked to get that remade and it still tasted like milk. Honestly it felt like a rip off.

Came by on Feb 20th, 2024 because I really wanted a coffee after a long day of work. Got my usual order but the lady behind the counter (she was Indian) handed me my coffee and it spilled all over. I assumed it was because she had placed the coffee lid incorrectly. My hand and hers were burned and she then proceeds to blame for it. I ask for another lid and she proceeds to throw it at me and begins to insult me. Sucks that this happened, I would be wary of this Dunkin location. Terrible customer service. :l

I went to this Dunkin when I was vacationing at Virginia beach, first, the lady at the register only heard half of what I was ordering, I had to keep repeating my order to her, I order a medium coffee, the other lady preparing my order gave me a small coffee even though my receipt said medium, I had to go back and wait, then the item I ordered two of, they only charged me one, had to go back in line and order the second one.

The donuts are a bussin but a bit costly, just don’t try any thing else from the donut section.

The cashiers will never get your order right and instead of giving you what you order they'll guess and very wrong too. I tried to order chive bagel bites and she put roasted pepper egg bites, then a bacon sandwich.

So I went there to get some ice cream since I was craving something, the lady in the BR spot was really not in the mood. First she ignored me, then she rejected my request, and since I didn’t know what to pick because I didn’t want to choose something I wouldn’t like I was really indecisive she straight up looked at me that I needed to hurry up since she had things to do.

The Old Gujarati guy at the night time does not know how to behave properly with customers. He did not knew basic flavor swirls to add in hot latte. Just made regular espresso latte and when asked for flavor just told me to leave, very impolitely in front of other customers, Made whole Monday early morning really bad start of the day. Forget about the drink, just behaving perspective he could do better and try to be a good humble human to all eventho if it was his bad day.

I ordered through UberEATS. I chose the Oreo cold brew ice cream 24oz. Fresh pack. Instead I received a damaged rocky road ice cream. My friend can't have nuts so obviously it was discarded. This is a major allergy food safety issue. Very poorly handled.

Was there at around 9:30pm. Filthy, disgusting place. Garbage spewed everywhere on the floor. Could not believe it. The employees seem mentally slow, or they just simply do not care. AWFUL establishment!

I went to get a watermelon raspberry with green tea refresher. I grabbed it and went on my merry way excited about it. Once I got to my car and tried it it was pure watermelon raspberry and no green tea. If they didn’t have any green tea then at least tell the customer. The girl that made it was laughing and flirting with the kid who took my order. My order was at 5:12pm on 6/17/23

I’ve never had a bad experience here.. but I’ve also never had to deal with them being “closed” at 1:30am. It has to be a new guy doing this cause this NEVER happened, door’s locked and everything is going off in there with no one in sight for 30 straight mins. Rude and a waste of time/money tonight.

I usually really like DD. This location would be better if it was upgraded and had good staff.

Anyone reading this review, don't go to this Dunkin, it's the worst. I ordered 4 sandwiches in detail. I received 3 correct and 1 wrong. (My sandwich to be exact) Past experiences always ended up the same way, something went wrong. Thanks for nothing because I also am calling to the store but no answer. Get better workers who can read an order and not mix it up. Last time I'm ordering from this location.

Great little Dunkin’, the employees are always great and fast, it’s very busy sometimes but it’s not bad.

every time i order coffee rolls and glazed donuts and they don’t have any of them , the place disgustingly smells like hot socks and that was the killer for me i won’t come back here never ! and people please don’t go to this store if you don’t like the staff they’re people like us they’re not machines working for you stop being an as*holes

I’ve been going to that Dunkin location for YEARS and years. Since management changed, the quality has gone down the drain. They hire a bunch of teenagers and don’t offer them proper training on how to make the food and drinks. Either that or they can’t be bothered to learn (plus they are rude, get your order wrong, and take forever because they’re too distracted talking to each other or on their phone). The morning crew is BY FAR the most competent but, if you go at any other time of day, beware the quality will be inferior in every aspect. The Indian guy late at night doesn’t know how to make good drinks. The donut quality also decreased. Now, they look anemic. Pale as a sheet - as if they were barely dipped in oil. Inconsistent quality. If you’re lucky, maybe you’ll enter the store during the shift of one of the workers who actually knows what they’re doing. Trash is left to pile up. Oh and I spotted cockroaches walking by the sugar and straws, right beside the ice cream display counter.

I ordered a cream cheese bagel and a hazelnut iced coffe. My coffe came out BLACK AND BITTER despite clearly asking for extra milk and sugar. Then, when i get home and see my bagel, it had a VERY thin streak of cream cheese on it!! THERE WAS BASICALLY NO CREAM CHEESE!! This is unacceptable and just disrespectful. The worker clearly knew he didn't put any cream cheese at all because there was just a streak on it. I cannot believe the service in this place is this horrible.
