Every single time I order with you guys my order is WRONG. Every single time. I don’t even know why I bother with wawa any more.

Tonight I visited your store at norristown as I was pretty hungry and came down to grab a sandwich! Upon receiving the sandwich I asked your employee “Joanna” to melt the cheese on the sandwich if possible. On hearing this she started to abuse me and “Threw” the sandwich right into the trash right away in front of me which was pretty unexpected for me! I expected her to either say if it wasn’t possible or she could’ve taken the chicken patty and heated it up for couple minutes to just melt the cheese! But she choose to throw the sandwich in the trash apart from anything mentioned above! This was really disgusting. I would ask you to train your employee on Atleast how to respect food! I could see she wouldn’t treat the customers in a better way even after training but Atleast she have to be trained on how to treat food for which we work our A** off everyday only to eat that food. This is one of the worst experience I’ve ever gone through.

Floors looked great, the atmosphere was jumping. The crew behind the counter putting together food seemed very busy. The cooler fully stocked shelves were not empty, tons of people coming in and out. The associate at the register who rang us out was very nice and pleasant. Didn't notice if the trash cans were overflowing as we entered the store everything seemed well kept together. The cashiers need to stop talkin too long and line are holding up people by talking to their friends and neighbors for a long. Of time the manager of the store should not permit this this is time-consuming they should keep their conversations to people that they know coming through their line to a minimum this is happening quite a bit and it really is irritating at just started happening with this year so who is the management of this establishment the cashier talks to people for at least 10 minutes and holds people up in the line people that want to make a pit stop and get in and get out it's impossible for them to do that because of the cashiers moving too slow or talking to people that they know too long these people need to get their act together it's okay to knowledge to someone that you know but they're talking to the people too long and tempers are flaring people have a line that have something to do other than stand in line and wait for cashier finish that conversation that personal time on company time

Food is usually okay, but they often have conflicting gas prices posted.

Worst sandwich I ever had! Asked for a gobbler. They gave me turkey lunch meat and a ton of stuffing and no cranberry sauce. Can't you make a simple sandwich. Was hungry. Ate half, and the rest went in the trash. You suck!!!

This place has a sign requiring a face mask when entering the premises but refuses to enforce the sign. You can walk in without a face mask no problem no questions asked. It's a public safety threat

We go there every Saturday evening for coffee. We went tonight and the Columbian (my preference) was empty. I asked the employee working the coffee counter for Columbian and she said it wasn’t made. I opted for regular and that too was empty. I asked her for regular and she said that wasn’t made. The store was not crowded at all so it wasn’t like she was busy. We left without coffee. I was extremely annoyed.
