Everything was great. I had 2 appointments and was late for my first one and was still helped by a very pleasant receptionist. I went back to thank her but I think she was with her next patient. Then when getting sized for my glasses the woman was great as well. Very nice and informative. Everything was great. Been coming here for years and this was the best experience I’ve ever had at the mall

My experience was really great from the representatives who greeted me, took my intake form, to the doctor who did my eye exam. I was a walk in and they made every effort to get me in earlier. My doctor was thorough and took time to explain and describe the results of the tests and what I needed to do to maintain the health of my eyes. Would definitely recommend!

It was my son first eye exame and the doctor and assistant were great. Marcus who helped my son pick a glasses was so attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Very helpful researching insurance information. It was a great experience and we are coming back for 2024 glasses for my daughter and myself.

Everyone was extremely helpful as this was a last minute emergency. Dr.Mathew was exceptional. Professional,kind and caring. She went out of her way to set up an appointment for me with an Opthamologist and called me later in the day to see how I was doing.

Dr. Mathew has been the best optometrist I have had. I have been going to the eye doctor for over 23 years. She was helpful, explained things clearly in a way patients can understand and was charming too. The manager Byron and the older woman who does the first check up were kind and not pushy. The office was well maintained, and modern. I will continue going to this office.

Excellent - I was a walk-in, and they were able to take me right away, they still had my information in their system from when I was there years ago, and everyone was helpful and great. They didn't try to talk me into buying more than I needed to, and were keen to help me get any discounts that were available.

The Dr I saw was GREAT and very efficient. She answered all of my questions and I left feeling very satisfied! Marcus was excellent helping me choose my frames. The entire staff was pleasant and welcoming!
