I have to say that Everett is the BEST salesperson that I've EVER seen. He is convincing, outgoing, smooth with the ladies (but I'll surely take the compliments), gets people in the store who wouldn't have otherwise even thought to go into Zales. He told me that "as beautiful as I am, my husband should be kissing the ground I walk on and come down and buy me what my heart desires." Well, unfortunately we can't afford it but otherwise, Everett is absolutely right!!!😂😂😂. It's great to be pampered like that even if it's by a salesperson. He actually sounds sincere. this place was amazing! my salesperson Kim was absolutely fantastic!! i am very picky and indecisive and she was the most patient person you ever would have seen. she was extremely helpful and made some very good suggestions and worked hard to find me my perfect ring! if i would suggest someone going here i would say absolutely and tell them to look for Kim!

horrible i came here before got helped but second time i came in there was 3 white women who ignored me and when i asked for helped the sales lady bump into me and left dint even notice me and finally some lady with darker long hair said hi but ignored me when i asked for help so i left never again will i spend money here..

I had the best customer service ever. It was my first time in there and I was honestly a nervous reck. The sales assistant Judy was extremely warm and helpful. She made it a great experience! I’m so grateful to her. I’ll definitely be back with my partner. Judy is definitely the best. Totally go in to see her if you’re looking for something special.

The salesperson was pushing what she would wear on me and he style didn’t match mines. She was frustrated I didn’t want to settle for what she picked. I think it’s cus I was buying silver instead of diamonds and gold. Also they “promised” me my ring set will be ready on the 13th and of course, I still don’t have my rings. My first Zales expirence and most likely my last.

I enjoy going to the Pallisades Mall location and have done so for several years. There's no pressure to purchase anything, the staff is helpful with ideas and I've been comfortable with all my purchases to date.

I have to say I’m a very annoyed. My fiancée bought my engagement ring from the zales in Woodbury commons in November. I brought the ring to this zales to get sized after my pregnancy in May and I had to order a new ring due to the size being more then 1 size. They said they were going to call the second the ring came but it could take up to 13 weeks. I decided to call to check the status as I’m obviously waiting and waiting for my engagement ring and the guy I spoke with told me my ring is there! I said how long has it been there no one has called either of us to let us know the ring is there and he said “don’t know but it’s here so yeah” so extremely annoyed about this as I’ve now been waiting 7 months to be able to wear my ring!!!!!

I came in to this Zales not knowing what to expect and was blown away by the amount of care that the reps treat you with here. they were not pushy at all and gave me and my spouse a great selection of rings at a very good price too. my wife was very happy with their kind service, hence why i did not hesitate to write this for them. i would recommend everyone to come and explore their options. you will not be let down!
