Honestly I love this place my friends and family come here often however, on New years day we went and the woman who is the manager is out of hand. I made reservations online then received an email that I was charged $107 for 3 of us to have 1 VR Session. When I got there I asked about it. The guy told me he would talk to his manager when she came out she demanded that I pull up my banking app so she could see if that's what I was actually charged. I was so disgusted. My banking app is private. I showed her the email. Why would I want to allow a stranger manager or not to check my purchases or bank balance. I'm a black woman so I'm not being insulting but this is 1 black woman who does not deserve this job. Someone higher than her needs to contact me with an apology.

Kids really wanted to come here and so we gave in this past Sunday. Two adults (35+ years) and three kids (all 8 years old) raced. Each got the package that includes 3 races. It is a very fun experience for both adults and kids. The kids enjoyed their time, only complaint is that the kids races take a bit long (due to space) and there are more adult races then kids. I get it, its a mostly adult experience however just wanted to warn those who have impatient children (as I do). The place seems unorganized but its actually not. Really enjoyed our time there, staff was great, and helpful. Would definitely come again.

We did ax throwing as a team building and it was AWESOME. Our instructor was AJ and he was absolutely awesome. He made it so much fun and still safe cause I mean we’re throwing axes here. Can’t wait to come back and visit. Shooting for my blue dot 🔵

Go Kart is indoor racing cars Inside Palisade mall in New York, for adults and for kids, Its so entertaining, and the price is affordable, The only reason I give 4 stars, Its not dangerous but at the same time Its not that safe, Me and my son love to go there but there is one time my son got a strong bump that pushed his body forward even he was wearing the seat built, When he done he sade he has pain in his chest from the bump, Be careful wile you drive safety 1st.

My most recent visit to Autobahn Palisades was an awesome one! Amaia greeted me at the front desk with a smile and some jokes. The Supervisors Matt & Ted along with Andrew (a pit crew member) welcomed me back like some old friends! The karts were in great shape and I was able to do my 3 races against racers both novice and experienced. Can't wait to visit again when I have some free time!

Had a blast here for first two races all was well and the racing was fun. They put us in our seats for third race and didn’t let us out, they let all the other rows out more then once while we sat in row 2 for 30 minutes helmet on in the cart and someone dropped the ball. They might have switched shifts but it was not fun waiting to see every row go before you and twice at that. If it wasn’t for being treated unfairly and strapped down to wait 30 minutes which I have proof of time waiting, then I would have done 5 stars. It was fun going fast in the carts, was annoying they automatically slow everyone down when someone makes a mistake but I understand that. They really need more hot pink helmets, I was happy I found one for my birthday at least. They need to get better on fairly letting the rows go in order of time sat down as well. I would come back for fun if in the area again.

It was awesome, I had a blast. It was fun I enjoyed it very much and definitely coming back with my sister. The place is beautiful and the staff members helped me a lot since it was my first time.

Awesome experience. Kids had a blast drive I genuinely enjoyed Axe throwing. Will absolutely visit again. Visited on 11/12/22. Not crowded at all for a Saturday.

Great and thrilling experience. The only thing was I was charged for 2 hours and I think it’s a little bit of a lie when the actual run time for two round was only about 15 minutes each? I don’t get that. Other than that the staff could use some more enthusiasm, just super dull. It was so much fun though, the rush of the experience of lift drifting in karts and I went with my car enthusiast family so it was a nice competitive experience. They do have claw machines and lockers for your stuff. JUST MAKE SURE TO BE THERE LIKE 10 min BEFORE THEY NEED YOU TO GO TO YOUR RACE.

The front desk check in staff is amazing! Super special shout-out to Esther…she was patient, knowledgeable and so kind!! And to Sean! His energy and kindness was a whole vibe!! He was so amazing with our twin sons, and with all the other kids I observed him interact with! We can’t wait to be back. Our kids loved it!!

Took my wife here on Christmas Eve for her birthday and the staff was unbelievably kind and enthusiastic. They even waved a birthday balloon from the stand as she drove by. They really made her feel special. What an amazing crew!

My coworkers and I had a Team Building Event here and we had an amazing time! The staff was very professional and super friendly. Can't forget how helpful they were as well. If you're looking for a place to have fun with friends, family or coworkers, this is definitely the place to go!

Had a blast at Autobahn Speedway for my birthday! My wife and I are both F1 fans and this was the perfect way to get ourselves in the driver’s seat and have some fun! JT (fellow F1 fan!) was super helpful and even took our pictures at the end to commemorate (race wins and podiums for both of us! 🥇🏆🍾🏎💨💨)! Thanks JT and Autobahn! Definitely looking forward to our next race!

I went with a group of 10 people for my birthday and we could not have had a better time!! We did the Saturday night combo deal of axe throwing and go-kart racing. As soon as we walked in the staff was extremely nice and sweet to us, and made the start of the experience very smooth. It was all of our first time Axe throwing but our guild made us feel so Comfortable and confident. He played games with us and was really funny. Overall if you are looking for something different to do, this is definitely the place! It a great place for kids and families but in my opinion it’s an even better place for a group of Adults to go out and do something other then the usual dinner. Even though this place is located in a great spot in the mall, it’s two levels below where all the Restaurants and bars are. We grab a great dinner with some drinks before we came down. I was recommended this place for any type of event.

My Bf and I had an AMAZING experience here! It was our first time and Kyle was our axe Instructor! We had different game options that were for beginners that was easy to follow! His energy was great! I recommend coming here for a first date!

Honestly, I would most definitely come again. They have great prices and give discounts depending on the events. Costumer service is an also 10/10; Employees are very nice, gentle, and patient. Would recommend for everyone to at least try this once.

Honestly, this was pretty lame compared to outdoor tracks. It's a tiny track (it's inside the mall) and there's no way we got anywhere near 50mph, probably more like 20-25mph at most. Very long wait to get checked in (30 min+) despite having a reservation, followed by long waits to race. We were there for two hours just to get three short races in - speaking of, you're not literally racing against each other and trying to overtake (you're not on a grid to start and karts accelerate at different times to start the race), it's that your time is tracked and that's how you're racing against each other. I would recommend this for children if they staffed up a bit, but otherwise definitely wouldn't. The staff that was there was nice, but they need many more folks to run smoothly.

Had an awesome experience here today! Our host was Kyle and he was super knowledgeable and fostered an extremely fun and positive environment. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Went here for the ax throwing for my 22 yr old autistic son’s bday last night. Let me first say all the staff were very nice, personable and friendly. How they run the ax throw is ridiculous. We were a group of 5. There was another group of 4 & another of 3. All 12 of us were forced into 2 ax bays. There were 4 other empty bays that were not used the whole time. I’ve been to several other ax places(Stumpy’s). The staff there gives you some safety info and techniques and then leaves you to throwing. Here the employee(coach) stayed the whole time and you couldn’t throw unless he was there. There was so much confusion, back & forth, on who our coach would be. Finally the coach said we would play a game. The second coach didn’t how to play the game the first coach was getting started with us. The game the coach said we would play was so complicated and confusing, all 12 of us were looking at eachother wondering what was happening. Our crew joked about doing calculus or long division while we just wanted to have fun. The group of 3 were not very good and threw much fewer axes than the rest of us. I’m sure they paid the same expensive amount we paid. I won’t be back and I’m pretty certain they will not go back. Poor management.

Was there just yesterday, 10/10/23. Place looks great and we caught it literally with only one small group ahead of us. We were scheduled for 7 pm and was told to come back by 6:50. We arrive back by 6:45pm and was totally ignored. A staff and a young boy begin go-carting at 7:01 and as we stand there next in line, we are ignored. It's now 7:05 and it seems they are about to have a whole session of 3 races which lasts about 15 minutes. We caught a staff member walking by from the race area and asked why weren't we allowed on at 7. He said he didn't know but he was going on his break, sorry. After paying $135 for this, killing time for almost an hour, I did not want to wait another 15 minutes or thought it was fair to have to. I'm glad I got a refund without any issues. Maybe it was a fluke incident but that was a big let down.

We went axe throwing for the first time ever and had the best experience. I can’t say enough about our instructor Dr.Fun. He made the whole experience and we had too much fun with him. He was very personable and funny. If you want to go with a big group or even go with a date I highly recommend you ask for Dr. Fun! I would definitely go back again and plan on bringing my friends.

Went axe throwing with some friends and we had Justin helping us out. He was knowledgeable, personable and super friendly. He made the games fun and enjoyable, even with the large group of 12. I would definitely recommend.

The experience I had here was very fun and enjoyable. Yet with these Go-Karts the gas and brake can easily be mistaken for new drivers. Other than that this track is fun to drive around. While it is fun, the experience was and can be exacerbated by other reckless drivers around. My experience had multiple poor drivers making it less of a fun race due to their bumping. Sometimes it feels like bumper cars rather than Go-Karts. Outside of the issues with other people, the business they run with Go-Karts and Axe Throwing is always a good time and I would definitely recommend going here.

Had an amazing experience axe throwing for the first time. Special shout out to Donte, who was so patient and made the whole experience so much more fun and enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit!

We visited autobahn on 5/21/2023 A group of ten and we definitely had a great time! I would recommend it and will definitely be back with the family!!

It's heaps of fun...they're no signs for the place though...but you will see best buy...go in an up the stairs..then take escalator to 2nd floor..👍🏾

Lil messy, disorganized... Run by kids... But good family fun without being excessivly expensive... Will require patience as they can be disorganized... And a lot of jumping through hoops just to participate... Also they need to create some split package combos so u can do it all... Right now... They kind of force to choose between a package of one activity or the other .... Which sucks due to pricing and timing... Unless u wanna get ripped off and time wasted... Trying to do it all. (Axe throwing & go carting)

Axe throwing was dope. Definitely make sure you come try it out. They have a worker with you also teaching you new moves and playing various games. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Shout out to CY, he was awesome!

We loved it!!!! It’s definitely an adult go kart racing track. Suggestions: come early or on the weekdays. Avoid Saturday or Sunday because it gets crowded and full up fast. The kids / teenagers are aggressive drivers so be careful which group they place you in. The staff are amazing, they speak Spanish and English and are very informative of the prices and expectations. Overall a great day date with my significant other.

I had never been axe throwing, me and my mom had went for the first time today, and we had so much fun! AJ was our coach, he was super cool he made us feel like we were just hanging out with one of our friends. At first my mom couldn’t hit the board but by the end she was beating me in games!! He was a really good coach, made it very easy to learn. overall we had a very fun experience.

We celebrated my son’s 13th birthday recently there. It was a memory he will cherish for a long time! The staff was awesome, everything was organized and they did not rush us at all !!!! All the kids had plenty of time to enjoy racing and they let us enjoy our party room for longer than expected! Thank you Autobahn Speedway - no event could have been cooler for these boys!

It's the best place I ever visited it's fun it's exciting and they have great staff and great service especially the one and only staff member his name is AJ is the best place to visit come and see it by yourself

It was fun and i went very fast. Only one crash but that was cool. I was fine. Overall great experience. Also Mia at the front desk was real helpful. Give her a raise!!
