Terrible experience here at this place. The night staff were super rude and unprofessional. I asked the girl that attended me at the window what’s her name because I wanted to report her, she didn’t want to give it to me then when I asked to speak to the manager, she came back and said her name is “Patricia “and that the manager was coming back in 2 weeks which obviously I know that’s not true. I told her I was not pleased with my experience and that she was super unprofessional and she said “okay”. After tasting the drinks that were ordered I noticed they gave me the wrong drinks and they didn’t even give me the receipt for it. I am super unpleasant with this experience and would like to speak to this young girl’s manager.

This Dunkin’ location is conveniently located right in West Nyack across of the Palisades Mall. Service is always fast and efficient! Upon arriving we advised staff that our order was going to be fairly large. Christian went above and beyond handling our requests. Everything was delicious and warm to the touch! Keep in mind that it does get fairly busy throughout the day. Can’t ever go wrong here, especially since it’s 24 hours!

This location can be hit or miss but more often a miss than a hit. The only good things this location offers is it is 24 hours and their drive thru does move very quickly no matter how busy. On the downside, the consistency and value of their products at this location is atrocious. Coffee is way too bitter and stale, drinks are not always filled up all the way to the top, way too much ice when you ask for only a little, and lack of quality in their cream cheese are my most notable gripes. You can order a drink one day and it is good and then order it again another day and it isn't even close. I could go on but for brevity's sake I'll leave it at that.

Fast, friendly service! Their Coffee, donuts, bagels (etc) is always fresh! Although they drive through line is always out onto route 59 they move so fast and there is usually only about a 5-minute wait at the most. I give them a lot of credit they work very hard, thank you for getting most of our mornings started with your delicious coffee we appreciate you.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has really gone downhill more recently. They’re only as busy as they are because they are open 24hrs and have a drive-thru in a convenient location. Many employees need to be re-trained on how to make drinks correctly and to company recipe, because more times than not- what you order is missing something it’s supposed to have, like drizzle etc, it wasn’t made correctly, or it’s gross. Or maybe you take a sip and get some little specks of spoiled milk in a cold brew you ordered knowing it’s pretty hard to mess up pouring some over a cup of ice, but alas- another drink that went down the drain. I don’t recall this location ever being even close to this consistently disappointing as it has been this summer.

It appears that management has changed. A lot more young people and some of them have absolutely no patience! They can be pretty rude sometimes. But if you happen to get some of the season professionals, it can be a pleasant experience.

This Dunkin is very hit or miss. I've come here 2 times and had a GREAT experience, then i've come here and had a terrible time, rude staff, and flies flying around the doughnuts... Yep. Gross.... So honestly, if you cant wait to go to another Dunkin, give it a try, otherwise, go elsewhere. Overall Rating: 3/10

My coffee was great! the service was good but the store was messy! Saturday rush maybe??

I've been ordering matcha lattes from Dunkin Donuts for years but will never again go to this location. What I got was a cup full of milk with a slight green tint. The last photo is what they're supposed to look like...and did when I ordered them in the past. If this is the store owner's cost savings scheme I'm not willing to fund it. To my knowledge employees are given strict measurements to use when preparing things so in no way do I blame them. I just expect to receive what I paid for.

I used to go here often on my way to work. That is not the case anymore. I was sold an iced coffee that had a crack down the side of the cup. It ended up leaking all over my Car and when I lifted it up it fully busted and went EVERYWHERE. I turned my car back around furious as to what just happened. The lady was sweet but her colleague insisted it wasn’t there fault. I told them to have a manager call me. No one ever did. So instead myself, my friends, ny family and, anyone who I know I strongly discourage them from going here. It’s bad enough that they have roaches the size of your fist. I go through the drive thru here almost every workday. This is the fastest dunkin donuts on the planet. There could be a line of cars out to rte 59 and still get my food quicker than any other dunkin donuts. These workers do a great job. This is the place that corporate dunkin donuts should send new employees to learn what it really means to give great service. Keep up the good work. And thank you for NEVER getting my Order wrong.

It's Dunkin Donuts ! Coffee or hot chocolate and donuts. Same as from my childhood. How can you go wrong?

Not only is the food good. The always make my beverage, just the way I wanted. Staff is friendly also.
