This place is awesome to get your Tea or Coffee fix on. Now you don’t have to go to two different place’s to get great tea and coffee.

Great tasting as always. Happy hour, from 2pm - 4pm is hectic per usual and service is always good. What is there not to like about here?

Sweet coconut tea, please!! Thank you HTeaO for cooling me down on these hot summer days! Buy tea by the cup or the gallon!

Went in and got a small tea. Was distracted and gave cashier a $5 and after transaction I realized the tea ended up being over $3. Receipt showed medium tea and cashier told me that’s just how it rings up but it’s still a small. She refused to change it so ended up overpaying. Be sure you double check the screen before you pay.

Went through the drive thru for a mobile and was asked to pull to the side. Waited around 20 min and still didn't receive my order. Pretty annoying that these workers can't just get to the orders in the order they come in. Horrible experience which is upsetting since most HTea0's are very fast and polite. (Not busy at all)

All of the HteaO are so clean, polite and caring. The different flavor teas sweet and unsweet alike are so good. They have two different kind of ice...so ladies that love ice. Yummy...a water fill station in the front of the building. Folks please try the Georgia Peach 🍑 Tea.

Ask for peach cobbler gallon but only got a large cup. Got home, and the tea was just cinnamon and water. I told the employee I asked for a gallon, and her response was not doing gallons, then shut the window and walked away

I don't know really what to say... The tea speaks for itself. My favorite is the coconut and watermelon. When I'm having a bad day it's kind of been my comfort. I also like that you can earn drips for rewards.

My 1st time hearing about it & visiting it. Very impressive menu & selections. Very nice options to select & mix. Loved the free citrus flavor & only .75 for available fruit flavors. Also loved the gallon option. Not expensive. Chose the coconut & It wasn't light nor too strong. Heard they have an "horchata" mix, can't wait to try it on my next time in Odessa. They sure know how to mix it. But like I said, I was impressed on the options & mixed they have. I'm from out of town BUT they should add one in El Paso. HTeaO, please consider opening one in EP. Not a professional critic nor business man but you won't go wrong opening one in EP.

It’s good not going to says it’s the best Tea I’ve had in my life but hey they got multiple options of different kinds of tea one that caught me off guard was a horchata tea they got that’s a Mexican style drink it’s different to have it as a tea version I don’t know if I’d come back to this place just for a drink but hey it’s good to have a different option to change it up from time to time if I ever needed to

The tea and service is spectacular. My favorite flavors are the peach ginger ice tea and coconut tea. Great place to get a nice cold ice tea.

It may be unusual for anyone not from the South, but an all iced tea establishment is the place I never knew I always wanted. I believe the first location opened in 09, with others popping up across the state-and nation. The basics: there's 3-4 sizes of cups in both plastic and foam, over a dozen flavors in both sweet and unsweet not counting limited editions. My favorite: Blueberry Green Sweet. You can add orange, lime and lemon slices at no charge. Some locations are also offering coffee too. They sell premade gallons to go, along with half gallons and mini gallons. I'll be honest, it's not cheap. Their "Huuuge" plastic cup clocks in at about $4.25 or so after tax. A gallon will run you about $6. They do offer a Happy Hour from 2-4 where all cups are half off. Also, sign up for their loyalty program to earn points/drips with every purchase that can be spent on free gallons of discounts. Drive in is usually quick, but go inside for free samples and to see a fairly extensive selection of YETI products and chips/candy. Overall, highly recommended.

Tea is good. Coffee drinks needs work. It takes a long time to prepare and the portions are wrong. Taste mostly like milk. I have had a few issues with ordering decaf and they end up getting them mixed up. The employees are really nice and tea taste great. I order coffee almost every visit, this is why I could only give 2 stars. The other HTeaO makes more consistent drinks that mirror what you would expect a coffee or shot drink to have. If I decide to order coffee from the west side again and the drinks are more consistent I will update my review because coffee aside it's a great place to get tea.

First time trying this joint out 🤷🏽‍♀️ we will see 👅 Well…..their tea is ok I guess….but was not impressed. Tasted like sugar water to me to be perfectly honest 🤷🏽‍♀️

If you’re going to sell coffee you need to update the system. I was told the computer wouldn’t let them add hazlenut syrup to a white chocolate mocha. Also for a latte it’s way too much foam almost like a cappuccino. Lots of training needed if you’re going to serve these types of beverages. In definite need of improvement. Waste of 6$.

They advertise on the side of their store that they have coffee. They didn't have coffee. The gal behind the microphone said, "We won't have coffee until maybe December 2nd." And that sucked because it was weeks til then. Great tea though. I had a Mango Tea that was absolutely delicious.

Has a lot of flavors available to try if you go in. Parking much better there than at the east store location. The store is smaller, but has most everything that the other store has.

The staff is always nice and the location is always clean and organized. So many options to pick from and a good amount of merch.
