    Service was a tad slow, and we ordered using the Sonic App. It was shortly after 4:30PM and they were, I would say, only slightly busy. (6 vehicles were parked when we got there, and I only noticed the carhop serve 1 vehicle, shortly after we arrived.) The delay was waiting a good 7-8 minutes after activating the Red Button, BUT THAT IS FORGIVEN. *I've worked in fast food, a few times, as a cook. So I completely understand that "looks" on the outside does not necessarily reflect what's happening in the kitchen with orders they may be working on. We ordered 1 Rt44 Coke and 1 Rt44 Ocean Water. When the carhop arrived, the order was correct, and she was very sweet and friendly, with a SINCERE smile! It was EXTREMELY REFRESHING to see her smile and you could actually FEEL the POSITIVE ENERGY that she had, like a warm fire on a cold dreary day! After the day my friend and I had, WE BOTH NEEDED THAT, MORE THAN I CAN EVER POSSIBLY EXPRESS. We informed her that we had activated the Red Button, shortly after arriving, because we wanted to order 2 additional Rt44 waters and 2 cups of ice. She was quick to inform us that she could take our order herself, right there! After placing our order for the waters, our order was out QUICKLY! THANK YOU FOR POSITIVELY CHANGING OUR MOODS AND FOR HAVING THAT GENUINE SMILE. SHE, LITERALLY MADE A VERY, VERY LONG, HOT, BAD, ALMOST UNBEARABLE DAY, THAT WE BOTH HAD ENDURED, BETTER, IN MY HUMBLE AND APPRECIATIVE OPINION, BECAUSE OF HER, SIMPLY, BEING HERSELF!!! BECAUSE A SINGLE, SOLITARY, MOMENT IN A DAY CAN COMPLETELY AND POSITIVELY CHANGE AND HELP SOMEONE, WITHOUT YOU EVER KNOWING. *I gave only 4 Stars because they were out of the Powerade slushes, that my friend REALLY had his heart set on getting one! BUT WE RECEIVED 5 STAR SERVICE, AND OUR ORDER GETS A 5 STAR RATING. I WOULD HAVE RATED OUR EXPERIENCE 4.6, IF THAT WERE AN OPTION! (Or a 9 out of 10!) **I HOPE THAT OUR WONDERFUL CARHOP WILL BE INFORMED, PERSONALLY, HOW MUCH THE 2 MEN IN THE SILVER TOYOTA TACOMA, GREATLY APPRECIATED HER POSITIVE ENERGY, GENUINE SMILE, SIMPLE KINDNESS, AND APPRECIATION FOR OUR BUSINESS!!!!!

    Food was great. i wasn't that hungry so I just got a Jr burger but it was made well and fresh.loved the tater tots too; a little salty but my fault for never remembering to ask for no salt. We also got the cinasacks which are a guilty pleasure of mine 😂 [pictured]

    Never had a blast that looked like this. This photo is after I asked them could they finish filling it up, the topping was skipped all together. I would've left it as that's the new way of doing it, but I had one at lunch today. Didn't think about taking a before photo until after I sent it back. Had to go back after getting home because the slush was wrong. Since I visit this location all the time (weekly) I'll chalk it up as everyone being tired!!!!!!

    There were no cars there. I was drive thru and the speakers did not work last time I was there so I pulled to the window to order. They saw me and ignored me! I waited, thinking they were doing a call in order. I finally pounded on the window and they just glanced at me and never came. They were punishing me for not stopping at the speaker. But they got punished because they had ZERO customers and I tip big anyway. But I especially tip big during the holidays. It will be a long time before I go there again. I finally left and went to Weinerschnitzel. Cars were lined up there.

    If I could give them zero stars, I would my first job was sonic so I am sympathetic to certain things but I have got here about 15 times trying to get ice cream and I've waited a few weeks in between or a few days in between to see if they've got it fixed and they still haven't got it fixed after months. They should at least have a sign or something so that way I don't waste my gas and time driving over there to try to get ice cream and then I have to disappoint my son because the ice cream machine is still "broken". Couldn't get the employees names. Don't wanna get them in trouble, but I was originally speaking to a girl and in the middle of me talking I got cut off my man who tried to ask if I wanted anything else and I thought it was very rude that I didn't get finished talking. And I was of course polite and said no, sir, and left but this sonic has had problems for a very long time. I don't think my little review is going if you fix anything but I will never go back again.

    Worst service ever... got our burgers wrong. Asked them to remake took over 20 minutes to get replacement burgers because they had to make the other orders placed after ours. I should not have to spend 40 minutes at Sonic to get my entire order the way it was ordered... never again! I'll hit up the Sonic on 16th St. moving forward.

    I ordered a #2 Double cheeseburger with medium fries and Route 44 Blue Ocean Water drink for $13 and got home and it was a single neat burger and fries 😔💭 That is not what I paid for. I did not want to have the folks who didn't get the order done right on the mistake time and I know that I may not trust them mistake it again with a special wonton order the way young folk think while having to make an order over properly 🤔👍

    It is the worse place I have been to yet the Burger was cold and tasted raw the fries tasted like they were raw and the coke was flat
