The
worst
customer
service
ever!
Go
to
Bagels
by
Jarret,
the
staff
is
much
more
pleasant
and
the
food
is
delicious!
The
most
bizarre
and
unprofessional
events
took
place
on
a
Saturday
afternoon
about
45
min
before
closing
time.
I
ordered
a
cold
sandwich
and
I
see
that
the
cashier
rang
me
up
for
about
$14.00.
I
asked
her
what
exactly
is
she
ringing
me
up
for
and
she
tells
me
that
she’s
ringing
me
up
for
other
things
as
well.
The
cashier
tells
Rosa
(the
person
who
took
my
order
and
was
also
making
my
sandwich)
that
I
didn’t
ask
for
the
other
things
and
Rosa
had
all
the
attitude
in
the
world
and
kept
making
nasty
gestures
and
mouthing
off
saying
(in
Spanish)
that
I
did
tell
her
that
I
wanted
those
other
items,
etc.
To
their
surprise,
I’m
a
fluent
Spanish
speaker.
When
I
told
Rosa
in
Spanish
“I
didn’t
tell
you
I
wanted
those
other
things,
I
only
told
you
that
I
wanted
a
sandwich.”,
she
literally
looked
me
in
the
face
and
rudely
said
“you
did
tell
me
you
wanted
the
other
things”
My
fiancé
and
I
couldn’t
believe
it.
Even
he
was
trying
to
tell
her
that
he
heard
what
I
said
and
that
I
didn’t
ask
for
anything
but
a
sandwich.
Rosa
continued
having
her
attitude
and
turned
her
back
on
my
husband.
I
told
the
cashier
to
cancel
my
order
and
I
just
left.
Bagel
box
needs
to
get
it
together
and
hire
people
with
better
customer
service
skills.
All
that
attitude
was
uncalled
for.
She
did
not
even
start
preparing
the
other
things
that
she
claimed
that
I
ordered.
