The other day I got, Master Pizza West Orange, for lunch. I ordered their Chicken Alfredo, Pepperoni, & Buffalo Chicken Slices. Their Buffalo slice was very dull in taste and doughy, and their Buffalo sauce is the predominant flavor. The Buffalo sauce overwhelmed the chicken and other toppings. It could be blended a little better, imo. The Pepperoni slice had little to no flavor, and could barely taste the cheese. On the contrary though, their Chicken Alfredo slice was phenomenal! Not many places can pull off a decent Alfredo slice, but they def did their thing! You can taste every bit of the chicken, broccoli, cheeses, and the Alfredo sauce! The Alfredo slice greatly improves my total score. The people who took my order was very patient, and understanding as well too. Excellent customer service. All in all, I’d recommend, Master Pizza West Orange, especially their Chicken Alfredo pizza, to anyone in the West Orange or Orange area!

I just moved to Essex County. This pizza is superior. I went to the West Orange shop and the employees are a colorful group and seem very fun. Their customer service was good, and the pizza is SUPERIOR! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great place for pizza and a sub. The dozen wings had several pieces that shouldn't count. The salad was uninspired but I am not a vegan so who cares. The deal of the day at $40 was a knock out for the weekend football. You have to try it.

I have always order pineapple pizza from different places and I have never heard of the pizza being cooked first and then putting cold pineapple on top of it. The employees don’t even know why they do it that way. The whole point of a pineapple pizza is for the pizza to have that Smokey flavor of meat and sweet. I will certainly STOP ordering any type of food from Masterpizza west orange. Also the chicken on the right side was not fully cooked. And to think I paid $35 for this.

Now while the pizza did the job, it is the customer service that really pushed me to make this review. Midche took my order over the phone and provided excellent customer service. I usually hate ordering over the phone, especially for pizza as most times I am met with rudeness and lack of patience for customers. However, I must say, in my 10+ years of ordering food Midche gave me the greatest customer service I have ever received over the phone. Her kindness and compassionate energy bursted through the phone. Everything came out just the way I asked!!

I was over at Dillon's which is a bar right next door I called and spoke with a woman and I asked for a hot roast beef sandwich with a little extra gravy sauce just to make it a little Xtra moist. When it arrived it was cold, no sauce. When I ordered it and I told her thank you she said no problem usually when people says no problem there's always an issue. I tip the person $5 to deliver the sandwich 50 ft right next door with that being said I had to take the sandwich back and when I addressed it to the woman behind the counter she was very rude saying no she didn't hear anything I said. When I said I don't think I'll order from you again she replied in a snotty matter "no problem". The customer is never right at this establishment.

You mean to tell me this is a chicken noddle soup??? It literally smells so nasty. I’ve even made my co-workers smell the soup just to see if I was a little off but I wasn’t. It’s literally chicken noddles and water. If you do not know how to make a simple chicken noddle soup please just take it off the menu. This is unacceptable. I wish I can give it a no star
