Horrible service. Picked up for Uber Eats and waited 23 minutes! There was no one else except me. They made me wait just because. The bag containing the food was cold. Manager needs to check night cameras to see that staff is not working. It's currently 1045pm - 4/15/23

The store is currently undergoing renovations, so it might look closed, but the drive thru is open. The process is a bit awkward as the construction materials prevent you from getting close to the pick up window, so you have to get out of the car. Understandable, but geez. Anyways, got the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and it was pretty good but the stars of the meal were the hash browns and french toast. Those were absolutely amazing, can’t wait to have them again. BK coffee was good too. Also tried the Hershey’s Sundae Pie... wouldn’t recommend even as a chocolate lover.

If you really enjoy being frustrated trying to grab a quick meal, this is the place Workers seem to all be high school kids and there seems to be no adult supervision at all You drive up and you wait and then wait some more Finally a voice! So you go to a single window and pay Sometimes you get your food and other times you are asked to park and they run out with your bag Wonder how this will work in the middle of winter in a blizzard ?? French fries are often mildly warm and slightly undercooked If you eat indoors Like watching a circus act as people running around like crazy And sometimes you are forced to wait while they try to do the drive ups Once no hamburgers Macine broken Several times no refills machine broken They try but a lot of sorting out needed Dr Arnold Saslow

Waited on line at Drive through for 25 min. Finally placed order. Cashier read order from ticket but what I received was missing 2 bags of Fries. Tried to call because I do not live close but no one answered and a recording said box was full.

Food was Great !! Clean and nice staff, But wasn't helpful to me a senior, Trying to pay for my Whopper for 3dollars ' I paid $6.37 ^ I have rewards money 💵 $22.00 Gift card sheets ..They should be more helpful in that area...😇

Except for the original chicken sandwich, everything else was terrible. This after they made us wait in the parking lot like we were getting fresh food. Mozzarella sticks and chicken fries were like cold cardboard.

Chicken fries were dry the mozzarella sticks weren't even mozzarella it was or it looked like some kind of yellow cheese and the burger was a lot to be desired out of the whole meal I ate only the fries. NEEDLESS to say I'll probably start going to McDonald's. Thank you Sill hungry

It's just like any other Burger King, except they are going through some upgrades it seems and it is a very busy location. This is especially due to other businesses and the high school not too far away. Service is fairly quick and the food is your regular fast food.

This by far has to be the worst Burger King of all time I love burgerking but this alone has made me dislike the franchise the people that work here are rude and they try to rush you when you’re trying to order. I ordered a whopper junior with lettuce tomatoes onions pickles and pickles and a small fry along with a regular whopper meal with a larger drink and larger fries a few cookies and a chicken sandwich with nuggets and a bottle of water when I asked for ketchup and Mayo they gave me one of each like are you serious one I began acting my food I realized the buns on the burgers were dry like they had been sitting out all day and the fries were cold

Apparently having the person repeat your order to you is pointless when they don't add the items to your order. Pulled up, and see employees horseplaying at the window. That's not something a customer wants or needs to see. The employees were also playing with customers bags. Why? Management needs to do better.

Usually order food with a dessert and get the Hershey Sundae Pie. They said they were sold out of it. I overheard someone in the drive thru over the intercom want one also. Not good when it’s on the menu. Ownership you have many 1 star reviews. Take a bit more pride in this franchise.

Burger was good but edges tasted burned. Fries tasted old, no flavor, & needs salt. Everything was hot which was terrific
