No family friendly!!!!!! Good Italian food, experience server and very nice guy who helped us with food choices The disappointment was that we had a 1.5 y.o. Baby with us who had an excellent behavior during our dinner. I know my baby and I totally understand how annoying it could be, so we had a quick diner and I turn off the cartoons and snacks for the baby so he didn’t cry did scream at all. We were almost done actually but still thinking about desert but the restaurant team told us that that someone from another table or so told that our cartoon for the baby was too loud and bothered them and that those guests are very important ) so we just left. Will never go back. We saw how family friendly they . I was shocked because I know how I always do my best when I go outside with the baby to keep him quit and he was quiet. And I know I literally go outside with my baby so rare so it’s a celebration for us, cause I’m usually at home w the baby. Additionally, during online reservation I put “birthday” celebration but nobody cares) ok. So, feel like they know their regular customers and that’s what’s important for them and others are not. Regret we didn’t go to Belagio Italian place near that place what our friend recommended

Restaurant is beautiful and wait staff great (and really nice to look at the waiters😉) The food wasn't bad but expected it to be so much better than your average Italian restaurant. They made me a really sweet happy birthday plate.

Is the best restaurant in town, it was a special occasion and we tried all the desserts 🤣🙈 it was incredible, the quality of the coffee is the best in town. Also, the fresh made pasta too. Everything are made there and fresh the quality is amazing. The waiters are great and the chef too. It is a must go!

5 stars doesn't do this resteraunt justice! The food was incredible from the bread all the way to desert. The staff were all very nice and answered any questions we had, We will absolutely be back

Had diner last night at Restorant Santucci. My husband and I were with another couple. I had checked reviews of this restaurant and they all read very well. This review may then come as a surprise. We felt Restorante Santucci was over rated and we were underwhelmed! The bread was tastless, as it was servered with olive oil and balsamic glaze. The food was ordinary. I had a goat cheese stuffed raviloi, our friends had pasta with a bolognese sauce. My husband's dish was the best , Frutti de Mare. My husband's iced tea was very weak in taste and color, looked more like weak lemonade. There are so many Italian restaurants to choose from in the West Palm Beach area that there is no need for a return visit. We were not

Jian Luca was our server tonight. Absolutely perfect service and incredible meal. I highly recommend anything they serve on special. Had lobster ravioli that was delicious and my husband had a rib eye cooked at a proper temperature and very tender. Also would recommend the carpaccio with the burrata addition. 5/5 stars all day long. It’s been too long since we have had a high quality restaurant in downtown west palm beach

Spectacular pastas! All pastas are home made and you can taste the freshest of the ingredients that goes with your dish. We love our pastas and you can see on my post. Staffs are friendly and attentive and always stop by to chat with you. I like that!! We were seated with the view of the kitchen and can see the coordination of the chef and his staffs. Try to grab table by the kitchen would be a plus.. We would definitely return again. Thank you for such a rememberable meal🙏🍴🙏

Loved the Carpaccio with burrata andnflash fried mushrooms, the Carbonara is to die for!!! And the chocolate mousse is so smooth. Sat at the bar and Estrella treated me to the best night of italian dining ive had in years. Her Negronis are the best in town, look no further. Thanks for the service Estrella!

Always an exquisite experience. Dont go if your in a rush as everything is done from scratch and it’s delicious. We had the bronzino and osso bucco, although i wish the food would come with a side its a la carte but its superb quality and flavor. And dont forget dessert. tiramisu is my favorite! Thanks for another wonderful dinner.

First visit last night, and we will definitely be back! The service and ambiance are excellent but the house-made pasta was heavenly. My spaghetti carbonara was authentic and transcendent...made with guanciale the Sicilian way. If you're looking for real Italian, you'll love Ristorante Santucci!

This is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. Every course we had was made to perfection. Made to order, hand made pastas - delicious. Service was second to none. Family owned and you can tell. I was here on vacation and it was my first time here. I will come back every time I’m in town. Highly, highly recommend.

5 of us went for dinner, nothing was very impressive and all 5 dishes lacked flavor, worst part is our server never once stopped by during our meal to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. Tiramisu and Panacota were the highlights. I don't mind spending plenty on great food but this place was a let down, too many great restaurants in the area to come back

This restaurant is amazing and very upscale. Pretty much the only authentic Italian restaurant in Palm Beach County. It's worth the drive if you live anywhere in south Florida. The owners and staff are amazing. Choose anything in the menu and you'll truly enjoy it. To make the night even more memorable just ask one of the owners to pair a glass of wine or liquor with each meal you have. Come check it out!

Authentic Italian with late supper service?! Absolutely. It is a small space, so reserve in advance. It is a little hidden gem and I will be coming back to.

All the food we had at Ristorante Santucci was very good, but some dishes were better than others. The bruschetta and cheese plate appetizers were good, while the calamari was tasty but not as crispy as I would have liked. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and pastas; my linguine Vongole tasted like it hadn’t been salted, but the flavoring was there. Overall we had a very nice meal, 4 stars.

We had a wonderful experience. Santucci, is in downtown West Palm Beach. It’s an Italian cuisine gem. Exquisite quality, superb knowledgeable service & beautiful interior. It’s a family chef operated restaurant with great attention to detail.

The food is good but not great. Fish was overcooked and pasta was chewy. Wines by the glass were filled with sediment. Also, there were screaming babies and other issues in the restaurant that made it impossible to enjoy. For my visit, the staff didn’t care that one table with a baby was disrupting the entire restaurant. Also, the restaurant pretends to be upscale with its decor and valet parking, but the plastic folder with cheaply printed paper menus and customers with T shirts and shorts land this place firmly in the low end of the scale. Avoid.

Foods are amazing! We got Bruschetta Pugliese as appetizer and ordered bacutini and riosotto de chef. I love my risotto a lot, full of flavor with fresh ingredients, highly recommended! The staffs here are very knowledgeable, explain really well and provide the best service !

We celebrated my dad's birthday at this hidden gem. Authentic Italian food (not US style) was delicious. We had spicy mussels as an appetizer and it was amazing. Great wine choices, it was a busy night but staff was very attentive and personable. Small restaurant but they are a great high-end option.
