Stumbled upon this coffee house while visiting west palm. The owner greeted us with a warm smile and took our order. Such an inspirational sweet woman. The food was great and coffees were even better! Can’t wait to visit again, definitely stopping by here again! 💙💙💙

I really try to not leave negative reviews, but this was impossible not to. We walked in, and were greeted by the owner of the business, she went on a rant about how Jamaican coffee is the best in the world and also the most expensive, when she was finally done and ready for us to give our order, she couldn’t remember anything I told her (2 drinks). She had to repeat the order to me about 7 times. The delightful employee of hers that was working there, is being mistreated by her, she was constantly micro managing her, and being super unkind to this delightful, hardworking young girl. Upon finally receiving the coffee, after all the hype she put on it, I was expecting the best coffee of my life since it was over ten dollars for one cup, and man it was anything but that… there was so much sediment in my cup, it tasted super watered down, and not worthy of all the hype given. We kept noticing how terribly she was mistreating her employee throughout our time there and it was heartbreaking. When we were finished our drinks, we made sure to tell the young lady that she was wonderful and we really appreciated her servicing us. The owner, hearing this, tells us, “yes, she is well trained.” I’m Disgusted that a person can say that to another human being as though she was her dog that did a trick. Young lady, if you are reading this, you deserve so much better for how amazing you are.

Never thought Delicious would be a word I used to describe the a cup of hot coffee. This place is gem hidin in a calm cultured part of WPB, Definitely a must visit. The Menu is loud filled with home made mouth watering treats. Not your pre-package breakfast toaster oven replacements.

The coffee that is served is of high quality but a cappuccino with almond milk fetching a price of about 13$ was not worth it. I also ordered the carrot cake which had decent flavor but was a bit dried out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, it is worth a shot just not a return.

Nice small coffee shop for a quick brunch and cup of coffee. The waitress Jessie was awesome, very friendly and professional. I wish it was more kid friendly, less like a schoolhouse and more relaxed.

Good experience that turned horrible! Put a sign up saying “If customers break/chip any of tableware/China you have to pay!” Food was really good! Had the corned beef hash, a buttered croissant, cornmeal porridge, and the ackee and salt fish. The only thing we didn’t care for was the cornmeal porridge because it was was grainy and not thick. The service started great as Jessie was ecstatic and very chatty, a bit overly chatty but it was fine, and then it all went bad when it came to the tea pots and china. My mom didn’t hold on to the top of the tea pot correctly and it came loose and fell onto a cup, chipping it. Immediately, Jessie handed us a couple napkins from across the counter and came over to see if the cup was chipped… which was her only concern! She saw the chip and told my mom that she would have to pay for that, to which my mom responded it was an accident and that she shouldn’t have to pay (which makes sense??). Even worse, when my mom said she wouldn’t pay Jessie said that SHE would have to pay which.. that’s horrible even if this is a private establishment. Jessie said she’d have to call the owner, and my mom was confused and getting more upset at this point. Jessie eventually came back from the kitchen to tell us she had called the owner and instead of paying $80 for the chip on the cup, we would only have to pay $10? Again, very odd. When my mom said no again, Jessie said the owner wanted to speak with my mother on the phone and my mom wasn’t having it. Mind you, this whole time we were still sitting there waiting for our food with the spilled tea sitting on the table since she was more concerned with the chip rather than giving us more napkins and towels to clean up the mess. Overall, I would go back for the food but the service when problems arose and odd management ways were upsetting. There is also no bathroom just fyi!

My wife and I went for a ride and stopped at this little gem. It's hidden, but you will not be disappointed once you find it between downtown and city place. The atmosphere is welcoming and the owner of the cafe is hands on and full of positive energy.

Come to this cute little oasis in West Palm. 😎🏖☕️ I got the opportunity to hang out with Jessie today at the cafe. She was a an absolute delight. The iced mocha I had was perfection. Sometimes people add too much chocolate, but this had just the right amount. I also had the tiramisu pancakes which were good, but they just tasted like regular pancakes to me. I'll definitely be back for a pick-me-up!

My husband & I stopped here with the intent to just get coffees. However when we saw the gorgeous cakes in the display, we just had to try some (and I’m not big on sweets). But I made the right choice. BEST carrot cake I’ve ever had, & my husband demolished his cake. The coffees were great too. The owner & staff were very personable & I loved how pretty and clean the environment is. If we lived in the area, I’d visit this Black owned gem all the time. ☺️

Dope spot to have a nice cup of authentic blue mountain coffee from Jamaica. It’s ridiculously expensive but so is Blue Mountain beans. If you love your coffee you’ll love this spot. The owner is always present and friendly. Highly recommend!

Discovered this place today and absolutely loved it! It is the perfect fusion of Jamaican and European cuisine! We had the beef patty, fluffiest blueberry pancakes, guava pastry, carrot cake and chocolate cake (don't judge us) and everything was delicious! It goes without saying the coffee was amazing because you can never go wrong with real Jamaican blue mountain coffee. As a fellow Jamaican, it was so nice to taste a piece of home. The owner was an absolute pleasure as well! We will be back!

The coffee was awesome. It would have been nice to know that the eggs come over easy with the 2/2/2 special. We were charged $17 for them to be replaced and told thank you for being understanding. The bacon is baked every morning, but can be overcooked

I was here 2 weeks ago,I enjoyed a lovely ginger beer and jerk chicken wrap. And I am back today to enjoy a curry chicken and rice dish with a House Drip coffee and scrumptious carrot cake. The combination is a Royal experience. To spoil yourself is to eat here religiously.Next week I will try their cornbread.

I was visiting West Palm from Miami last Sunday sand looking for a cup of coffee (Not Starbucks!). I found this charming coffeehouse on google maps and was instantly interested in trying Blue Mountain coffee. The lady behind the counter was very welcoming and turns out she was Allison, the owner. She was so lovely and informative about her business. She had just baked a three layer sponge cake so of course I had to try it and it was divine! All of the desserts (she bakes in house) looked delicious! The Blue Mountain coffee is rich and balanced. I highly recommend visiting this special locally owned coffee house!

We had some time to kill before our flight so we stopped based on the reviews and distance from the airport. The owner was so attentive and welcoming. The coffee and carrot cake were delicious!! What a great spot to stop and relax!

I don’t normally post bad reviews for small businesses however this is pretty serious. I ordered a guava and cheese pastry and I took a bite out of it and it was covered in mold. The girl at the register didn’t even care, she insisted on arguing with me about it. See the photos

Just had brunch around the corner and came across this charming gem. Best coffee I have had in the USA. Next time we will have brunch here! Note the coffee is from her families estate in Jamaica. It is so smooth and silky. Loved it!!

I had a late breakfast/brunch after reading the amazing Google reviews and they are so well deserved! The owner is so kind and caring and made sure that I had everything that I needed and even made recommendations while I was looking over the menu. I had the 2 pancakes 2 eggs and 2 bacon strips and an iced coffee and I felt like I got my moneys worth—especially for South Florida! Everything was very fresh and tasty and I would absolutely come back if I came to the area again. I’m even considering going back tomorrow while I’m in town 😊

I visited Blue Mountain Coffee House on a Saturday afternoon. There were a few customers seated in the intimate space enjoying their coffe and a woman was chatting with them, as soon as I walked in she greeted me with a huge smile and friendly attitude. She told me about the pasties on offer and highly recommended the rum or carrot cakes. I chose the carrot cake and a cappuccino to go along with it. The carrot cake was moist and flavorful. The cappuccino was wonderful! I later discovered that the woman who helped me and who was chatting with the customers was the owner; We had a nice chat about her business and where I was visiting from. I would definitely visit Blue Mountain Coffee house again.
