I made a booking paid a deposit of $820 within an hour of making the booking I received notification that my son had been taken to hospital. I then immediately rang the hotel back and cancelled requesting a refund of my deposit I was told by Eddie to put it in writing via email and they would see what they could do, I received no replies to that email or subsequent ones and no refund. They took $820 off my money for absolutely nothing. This person is disgraceful and has caused alot of distress to myself and my family by withholding our much needed money.

I used to love staying here, but will never stay here again..... it smelt, I had to mop the floors myself when I entered the hand towels had been used by the person there before us, the milk had tobacco through it, then when we were leaving Eddie was extremely rude and although we were told 10.30 checkout were charged an extra fee for half an hour.... my only regret was not getting pictures put with this review.

Good conveniently located. Though the rooms and furnitures old, keeping in a satisfactory condition. We stayed in 2 bed room apartment with one bath for 4 days. The room daily cleaning is not available. The booking rate is comparatively less. But additional costs high. The main disadvantage is they are not refunding the deposit amount , while check out. I am still waiting for the security deposit back. No response from them. No email address for communication. Only phone number.

Rooms are horrible. cleanliness is poor with dust everywhere with the stove and bench top not cleaned, and the bathroom sink looks like someone has just brushed their teeth in it. The room looks like it's from the 80s with poor quality furniture and broken items. The ceiling fan is not attached to the roof, and the shower is shoulder height for a 6 ft 1 man. Only good thing about the room is the the air-conditioning works really well.

Horrible! It's a bad experience, we stayed a couple of nights and sometimes people shouted and fought about how drunk they were, the people who work there are very dishonest, they have nothing good to toast, they kept most of the bonus inventing excuses not to pay for it! Zero recommendation for this place. They literally told us if we want to receive the bonus, we should write a good review and send the screenshot! That's so dishonest!!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. this place is simply the worst. DO NOT stay here. And here is why SAFETY. the whole Apartment complex is unsecure meaning ANYONE can enter the complex without a key/key card. UNSANITARY. The apartment was left unclean, the bathroom had left reminisces of the last user hair etc. the couch had blankets to cover numerous stains. Cockroaches found roaming the apartment. On a NON-SMOKING floor smoke could be smelt through out the apartment seeping from other rooms i assume EXPERIENCE. On the 1st of December at roughly 3’oclock the fire alarm went off making some of the residence evacuate which would be good if it wasn’t by accident caused by the less then favorable residents PARKING. Parking cost $70 for my trip but was never given a parking permit, not too sure if this means is this another greedy money grab or was actual parking. Overall the most upsetting was the lack of security as told by other patrons of Perth city apartments this “hotel” is primarily used for those who are in a stuck position or need a cheap accommodation. booking this on a whim was a terrible decision and if you have an option go somewhere else ANY where else (Also awaiting my bond it’s been a week and have heard nothing reading other reviews the owner holds bonds ransom until the customer writes a good review. ) * I will edit if the situation changes and I receive my bond

Apartment was decent size and beds were comfortable but the hallways between rooms reaked of cigarettes, you pay $300 for a refundable security bond that does not get refunded even after trying to contact them 2 weeks later it has now been 5 weeks and still heard nothing with no refund. So it's great if you want to loose your money on a mediocre apartment

Be warned this hotel was featured on the news for being under investigation by the department of consumer protection in early 2023 and have been issued a warning for numerous customer complaints. They are notorious for fraudulently keeping clients bonds. Every negative review is responded to with a nasty comment from the hotel. Positive reviews are from fake accounts. The police were in attendance on our visit, due to DV situation in the building. Make sure you take pictures and video of the apartment condition upon checking in to the hotel as we did, to ensure if you have to take the matter to court to retrieve your bond as we are doing, that you have the evidence you require to get your money back!

Worst nightmare ever! Stay away from this apartment! Not safe, Noisy and Bad smell everywhere!!! 🤢🤮 Old and very dirty! Me and my family supposed to stay for 4days but left on the first day. Bad environment! i just felt been scammed! Please be careful with the no refund policy!

This hotel is a literal hole, all they do is steal your money and then threaten you about keeping your deposit. They told us we wouldn’t get our deposit back unless we left a “10 star review”. When we left the review they said we would not receive our deposit due to damage we caused in the apartment. They showed us fake pictures but would not let us view the damage in person. The men who worked there were extremely inappropriate and spoke to us in a very unprofessional way . Our apartment was infested with cockroaches and ants. Our shower had a hole above it where the dirty shower water from the apartment above dripped in. The entire building is a health and safety crisis waiting to happen. That along with the completely disgusting and irresponsible staff makes it the WORST hotel in perth. In my opinion the whole building should be shut down and demolished. Hopefully this review will stop other people being scammed by eddy and Anthony and the other crooks who work for them.

Warning everyone this host is totally a conman Don’t ever stay here or you would lose your money without conscious You can refer the verdict from the local court as below Whilst Mr Kamil has conceded that he has collected parking fees from invitees on the common property, the other facts upon which the strata company relies (set out at [26]-[31] above), are not in evidence before me, and I am unable to make any findings in respect of that factual matrix. In the circumstances of this case, there is no evidence that such a resolution has been passed for the erection of the CCTV cameras on common property, nor does Mr Kamil assert that any such resolution has been passed. By his response, Mr Kamil does not assert that he has received the approval of the strata company for the installation of the CCTV cameras, including by way of a resolution without dissent. Mr Kamil in his response justifies the installation of the CCTV cameras on common property on the basis that he has received the 'permission of the property managers and owners' corporation to monitor unruly behaviour in the building itself and also in the car park'. However, given the absence of evidence before the Tribunal, I am unable to make any findings as to whether or not Mr Kamil had the approval of the strata company, or anyone else, for the installation of the CCTV cameras.

Would definitely not recommend. I feel so ripped off. Paid through booking.com got to accommodation and it was appalling and did not feel safe. We had checked in and paid a deposit for God knows what az room was appalling. Decided was not staying and was assured deposit would be returned as we did not stay. Out of pocket from booking.com and also out of pocket from the deposit 164 more than the accommodation cost. Daylight robbery. Owner just rude and now noone responds to calls. Must disgusting dishonest behaviour. Do not stay here

Be aware, although cheap, this is not the best "hotel". The building is not very clean throughout, and cannabis can be smelled regularly. Your room will not be as nice as the one shown online. The facilities are very similar, but drug users definitely occupied the room at one point. There are many long-term residents, a couple of which are unsavoury characters, and quite a few rowdy teenagers riding the elevator all night and day. If you choose to take the stairs, there is plenty of urine stain artwork to see. Overall, not the ideal place for a family stay. If you're an adventurous male, the price can't be beat. Wouldn't take your date past the main entrance though. Whoever has rated this place with 5 stars is fraudulent. Stay safe.

This is,not a safe or clean place to stay. The rooms were dirty and our car got broken into the 'secured and paid' hotel parking area. Also very noisy at night. The manager did not want to refund us for the nights we did not want to stay anymore because of not feeling safe.

Do not stay here, staff incredibly unfriendly and pushy and made me very very uncomfortable especially as a young female. Owner called me “darling” extremely condescendingly when I asked questions and sent extremely threatening messages and texted rather than providing a pre authorisation hold. And insisted I provided account. Extremely extremely rude, please stay away.

Very dirty and a huge disappointment. Photos does make it look like a reasonable place to stay until you walk through the door…not a place I would recommend especially if you’re travelling with kids.

Do not stay at this place. After a booking for three of us, 2 coming from Darwin, one was already in Perth,. The borders shot down, so the two of us weren’t able to come to Perth anymore. We called them to see what’s the options for us are, talking about a possibility of cancellation but without any confirmation from our side. After that they tried to avoid our call (calling with my number three time in a row, no ones answered, when my boyfriend tried with his number straight after that, they picked up the phone) We finally decided to keep the apartment for our friend, when our friend called them on the day to see when he will be able to check in, they told him that the booking reference has to check in (I was unable to come due to Covid restriction) they never mentioned that before when I told them more than one time, that I was trying to find a couple who could be able to take our place in the appartement. The staff on call were arrogant, they didn’t showed any compassion as the situation was beyond our control. And they even hung up the call without letting us finish the argument. Will definitely not recommended this place at all.

We stay 6 months there, Eddie and Antony the owners was helped us for every needs. They gave us a very competitive price for the apartment and also the carpark. The beds were comfy and well presented. The apartment is good furnished. They have a pool! Thank you all.

Eddie and his staff went above and beyond for myself and my 3 kids. The apartments are clean functional and had everything we needed for our stay and so close to the city centre and other shopping. Friendly helpful customer service and so welcoming and accomodating. Will definitely be back. 😊

Perfect location for if you like to go out in the city right beside everything. Stayed here for 3 months had no hassles. Lift broke Eddie done all he could to get it fixed. Nice swimming pool. When you walk in they always solute you and have something nice to say. I Would recommended Perth city apartment hotel. I'd happily stay here again and might just go back in the near future.

OUTSTANDING customer service! Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. The managers go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers and to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. No other hotel has ever gone above and beyond like Perth City Apartments do. I found myself in an unfortunate position where I didn’t have my wallet on me and my phone was almost dead and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that I was still able to receive accommodation and even found a phone charger for me! The rooms are very spacious with all amenities required with lovely views and only minutes away from a shopping centre. Will definitely be going back 😊

I recently stayed with my 3 doggos due to having to evacuate last min from bush fires. It was a massive relief to have such great customer service at this time, the whole process from checking in to checking out was a breeze. Walked into the room to find it lovely and clean with the air-conditioning on. (Big bonus on a 40° day) It was In a perfect location for myself. Beautiful park half a block away. Easy access and parking.

I’ve been there for 5 months, never get any problems with and it was a great opportunity because everything in Perth was so busy. Eddie and Anthony was really helpful for anything. The apartment is really functional and correct. Thanks guys !

Late check in, Owner/staff helpful. Great location, just in front of Watertown. Reasonable room apartment. Only downside not enough toiletries for 5 days. Other rooms disruptive. City traffic noise.

The room is very clean, very comfy, and everything was there inside the room in the kitchen, and most all the staff are friendly and easy to talk to, and the hotel also a pet friendly that's a good thing to a person was looking for a place to stay if they have a pet with them. Also the hotel was near in waterfront mall that was a walking distance from the hotel where you can buy some food or go for a shop. I highly reccomended this Hotel it's a perfect location for everyone. Thank you Eddie for accomodating us we appreciated your help until next time.

Do not stay at this hotel, I had booked in to stay there and spoke with the man alot of times and when we went to check in they didn't have our room he had booked it in for 2 months prior.
