We had a 9th floor suite with a balcony overlooking Kings Park. It was breathtaking. Convenient 5min walk to the Kings Park Cafe for an amazing mothers day breakfast and coffee. Bed was so comfy, and we were pleasantly surprised there was a washer and dryer, so no dirty clothes to take home. All self contained, with everything you need to cook a meal. Great facility, quiet, and staff very friendly. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

The rooms are spacious. The well equipped kitchenette, with modern appliances including stove top and full sized fridge and a dishwasher, are welcome. So too is the large bathroom well equipped with clothes washer and dryer, both near new. There is no designated smoking area so the front of the building is littered with cigarette butts. Surprised that a 4 star hotel would lack cable TV channels however the tv is large and new. Great staff!

We had our second staycation last week, and I will claim that this is my ''go-to'' staycation hotel. Quest made it feel comfortable when staying there. Rooms were neat and tidy with many amenities. The studio executives are a better choice than the studio room with an excellent view of Kings Park. The receptionist, Tom, displayed warm hospitality with extreme professionalism; he was also very patient when clearing our doubts and enquiries regarding our stay and went out of his way to aid our holster. However, one minor issue that we've encountered is that the apartment does not provide information regarding parking prior to our visit. Nonetheless, it was an incredible weekend we had again at your apartment; we will undoubtedly return for another patronage at Quest Kings Park.

Nice efficiently run place to stay. The studio apartment I stayed in was compact but fully decked out with hot plate, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge. Plus a great view towards the city from the tenth floor. Worth a stay for sure.

I had high expectations after reading reviews - these were exceeded. I chose because of location mainly, and the studio with kitchenette. It was perfect for my stay! View from the room was right over Kings Park, Kitchenette was way more usable than I thought, full sized washer and dryer!, shower was wonderful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and just interested in ensuring you had a lovely stay.

The rooms are immaculate and have a nice kitchenette and utensils. The hotel is just inside the free zone for buses which is cool. The park is phenomenal! The war memorial is well worth visiting. Brings tears to my eyes a week later just thinking about it. Some gave all.

Pretty good, clean, modern with friendly staff. Biggest gripe is not all rooms have windows you can open so it gets a bit stuffy. They also run these air fresheners in the hallways which are suffocatingly strong. Other than that I had a very pleasant three week stay.

The room as a whole was set up well. But sadly this room was disgusting. You would think in these times (COVID-19) everything would’ve been clean and fresh. But the bed was filthy with stains, the side of the bed had a huge brown stain, the headboard was stained too, the bathroom was stained. Overall, the intimate areas (being the bed, bathroom) were dirty.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful.

The room was smaller than what the photos indicated but it had everything we needed and was very clean. The water pipes make noise at night but don't keep you awake when you realise what it is. Staff were all friendly.

Nice and clean room, friendly staff, close to the city but out of the way from the hustle and bustle.

Have never had an issue at any quest apartments I've stayed at. Staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Will always continue to stay at quest no matter where I go as you can rest assured that you will always get fabulous service and the rooms will always be clean.

The 2 ladies that were there at reception area, when I booked in, were soo helpful, one of the ladies helped me to take my luggage upstairs aswell, also helped me with the food delivery, I was soo happy with their help, and a beautiful stay in our room. Will definitely be staying next time

Good location. Cleaning service could be improved, and not every room has a good view on the Kings Park unfortunately. But the rooms are good and comfortable.

Great stay here a few times. Well supplied and thought out utensils and general supplies. Housekeeping is great. Great service.No issues at all. Clean. Roomy. Good gym. Only downside is no restaurant and breakfast.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the service was so lovely, the workers were so kind! The room itself was so beautiful, not to mention how lovely it was to have blockout curtains to keep the room dark! And the beds were very comfortable. Thankyou so much for an amazing stay 10/10 will be back!

Nightmare for people who drive. No Parking lot. You have to come out every 3 hours for the street parking til 6pm. The mattress they use is probs the lowest quality. Stayed there for two nights and boths of my gf and myself woke up with serious back pain. Other than that pretty average experience for $230 a night hotel

Spent a week here staying at Quest Kings Park, the facility is well kept and the staff are super friendly! Shout out to Tong, one of the dedicated team members who stayed overtime to help me with checking in as well as booking a taxi for checking out, this legend deserves a raise, thanks again mate and the rest of the team!

The walk was a little further than I expected to get to restaurants and bars, but that's my own fault for not googling the distance before booking. That said, getting delivery was easy enough. The check in and out was quick and easy and the room was fine - everything needed for a business trip.

Good location, quiet, nice apartment, all amenities I required. Nice friendly staff, lady on desk at check-in was exceptionally helpful with local information. Shopping only 10mins walk or quick bus trip into city. Highly recommended

Great location and pleasant accommodation.

Excellent establishment to stay. Service was great. Rooms were clean and modern. However the shower in my room could not keep a consistent temperature (varied by like 2-5 degrees so did not really bother me). Right outside was Kings Park, which, in my opinion, is one of the greatest highlights of Perth. Highly recommend staying here just to be close to the park! It's a treat if you like running (or walking). The parking space is quite small though, so if you have a large car, maybe call to make sure they have a larger designated parking spot.

The rudeness of the staff is totally unacceptable I rang and was put on hold twice for over 5min. Was trying to place a booking but is seems the place must be burning down or they just forgot I was on hold, their telephonic manners leaves a lot to be desired, will book else where.

Quest Kings Park, whether you are staying for business, lesuire or self quarantine this is the perfect place and close to the CBD and from the bautiful kings park. I can not stat enought how welcoming they have made feel due to self quarantine in WA. Didnt treat me like an outcast, assisted me with the booking, a shout out to Andrew who went above and beyond customer service. The room are spacious with everything you need and easy for uber eats or groceries to be delivered. They have excelled in everything that they do and ensuring you have a safe, comfortable stay. I want to keep this place a secret but have to let it out for others to discover.

Check in time is 2pm, our allocated room was not available until 3:05pm. After a long day of travelling, at 5:48pm I was woken by a phone call from an irate Quest employee demanding to know where we were, as we had booked a room with them and had not arrived. Still half asleep I informed him we, had in fact arrived and were in the room ! He continued to reply without apology, that his associates had failed to let him know we had already arrived. Which we found strange as this information should have been in their system. Obviously no one knows what's going on here, we do not recommend this place to anyone.

Well appointed serviced apartments, some with balconies overlooking kings park. The service staff on reception are excellent and can not do enough for you.

Great hotel with clean rooms, stove tops and pans (perfect if you don’t want to eat out every night). Service is great. Parking kinda sucks, but street parking is free between 6pm-7am.

Stayed here for a couple of months as it was provided by my employer and I was very happy with what was given. The rooms are very well equipped, maintained to a high standard and all staff are very friendly and helpful.
