These guys usually get my order here pretty quick but accuracy is always way off! I mean how exactly do you miss no pepperoni on a cheese and pepperoni pizza? Like really the only obvious topping is missing? Would you like a credit no I don't want a credit last time I said okay to a credit I had to argue with the store because they had no record of any issues with my order! I'm just blown away with how obvious this mistake is!

6/8/2023- pizza joints don't get enough credit when they do things right. The last 3 or 4 orders have been pretty close to right on point good job team who's there now. Its really to bad how disconnected team members have become with how important items can be. I ordered garlic sauce and they forgot it. No big deal right? Be right back with another.....30 minutes later it shows up. Sooooo I'm already done because who's waiting for pizza to get cold so I can have some sauce with it. Do I eat cold pizza so I can enjoy sauce or hot fresh pizza no sauce.... sad day. Like here's your cheese burger hold on to it for 30 minutes then I'll put the ketchup mayo and mustard on it.

Super friendly and courteous. Pizza was bomb and so was the service!!!

We had a drop off at a location thing because they won't deliver to our house. Didn't like it. Dude made me feel weird and it was just all around uncomfortable. The food was ok. A touch burned. Idk how you burn it when you cook it for 5 minutes.

Kennedy store is completely incompetent. Ordered tots with no garlic sauce. Came smothered in a sauce I literally can’t eat. Called the store and they brought out another one and this one was also smothered with sauce. Manager was upset that I called again to fix my order. Told me I was taking him away from his business. Guy was a complete jerk. After three attempts and 1.5 hours later I finally got to eat dinner. Absolutely ridiculous

It was the best cheesy bread ever with the garlic dipping sauce. And the cinnamon bread twists were soft and yummy. The Store Mgr Stacey @ West Richland, WA was super energetic and her staff looked like they were actually having a fun time! Best Domino's Store I have been in. Keep up the great service.

There was an issue with my order being incorrect, but they made it right and delivered the correct pizza in reasonable time. Pizza wasn’t hot enough like the others were, so that was disappointing. Places mess up from time to time but these guys have been good to us every time we order.

Special order pizzas with extra cheese and extra sauce weren’t labeled. People with allergies to certain toppings don’t know which pizza is theirs. Manager was flippant about it and extremely rude.
