    The music was horrible. There were 10 people max in the bar. Our waitress, Caressa, told the bartender she was scared of us - we were nice and politely asked her to change the music….that’s it. The bartender was rude and not nice. All we ordered was alcohol, about $100 bar tab, and to be treated so rudely was quite disappointing. We had a friend visiting from Seattle and just wanted to hang out, play pool, and listen to decent music. We will never go back 😕 super disappointed.

    All four of this owners bars should be better. Now they have been raising beer prices and shrinking glasses. This place is being reported as one adding cost above inflation. Famous for charging more when gambling isn't going well. Better off going elsewhere

    Not sure if it was just the bartender but my "smokehouse" burger tasted like a toasted cheese sandwich...burnt to a crisp. Never took a single empty glass or beer can off the table either. There was five of us. Embarrassing. The place has gone downhill. Will not be returning

    I only give this bar 2 stars cause this bar has so potential…I live in west Richland and there’s not a lot if any bars out here. The food can be better coming from me, a cook. The bartenders are Bi-Polar! They have good nights and alright nights…it could be better …I keep coming to this bar tho…hoping it will change 🤙🏾

    Went to Tys on Saturday night as I wanted to sing karaoke for my bday. We didn’t see that the karaoke girl was there, so my sister in law asked about it and the bartender was rude, said they don’t have karaoke, and kicked me and my 14 friends/family out. We were just there last Friday and people were singing karaoke. You lost all 14 of us as customers. We used to enjoy going to this place, but I am sorry to say we will not be returning back, and I will no longer be referring people there.

    The prices listed are not what we were charged. We asked our server about it, and she said it was what came up when she rang it up..... beer price posted was $7. We were charged $9.98...... Beers were WARM. Music was too loud for an early Saturday afternoon. The server was nice. But, we won't be back.

    My review reflects their delicious burgers. Ordered a cheeseburger and a smokehouse Burger both with french fries. Amazing burgers! Fry sauce was delicious and peppery. French fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Was surprised that I could order a cheeseburgers at 10:00 at night. Ordered them for takeaway. The bartender who helped me was friendly enough. They have a sign inside that says as long as they're open the grill is open. Will definitely be coming back. Maybe next time I will dine in and have the beer there. I've seen reviews that mention poor service, but my first and only experience was a pleasant one. Thank you Ty's for satisfying our late night burger cravings.

    Service sucks. When there are four empty glasses at the table and you have to repeatedly yell to the server for service and they still don't come to the table until you stand up and get your coat on ready to go. Too late. Apparently your in depth convo with the regulars is more important than my tip or business.

    Nothing fancy, but nice! Ty's has a great hamburger, friendly servers and clientle! Nice tap selection and full bar. Kids also allowed. Pool tables and darts, and always cool music playing. Great neighborhood bar!

    Just passing through town and needed a bite to eat. Didn't expect too much from the outside appearance but inside it's a fun dive with fun signs all over. Service was kind and quick. Food was excellent, got a bacon burger with a fried egg and some of the better fries I've had in my life. Totally worth a stop if you're passing through, if I lived here I'm sure I'd be here all the time

    Ty's is often on the way home from the Tri-Cites for us. My buddy and I stopped in for a beer the other day and the staff were their usual, overworked and underpaid, cheerful selves. This tavern is family and biker friendly, and we are always treated well. Have eaten there in the past and the food is better than average bar food. Stop off, have a cold one, and grab a bite if you're nearby. Make sure you tip well if you like it. I doubt the staff gets paid half of what they deserve. Worth dropping the kickstand for.

    We've been to this chain of bars and this most recent jaunt to Ty's was less than adequate. My girlfriend and I showed up and were quite obviously ignored by the unhappy waitstaff. The whiskey is way too expensive and their lack of caring about their staff shows in the staff's level of caring towards the clientele. Cheers

    Burger and fries were very good. Service was slow, 3 ladies working and bar was about 1/3 capacity. Almost felt like we were being ignored. Music was some kind of rave/punk mess and turned up super loud. Not a good experience

    Kicked out at 9:46 pm, we asked about kareoke and was threatened to call the cops, we just showed up, sober with a group of 15 and ready to have a good time for my sisters birthday.. We have been coming here for years! We will not be back! ⁰! 9/17/22 chick in the white dress should be fired! Really hope the owners see this!!! You need better server's!
